About Mayfair Casino
Mayfair Casino is a high-end online slot site with a London-centric feel, deep blue branding and a classy feel. It was formerly on the Nektan label but has since migrated onto the popular Grace Media label, run on the Markor platform, home to a long list of strong casino contenders, including Pots of Luck and Winners Club. Markor have been in action for over a decade now and their operation spans all the regulated markets so you’re playing with a reliable and trusted name if you play here.

First Impressions – Website, Brand and. Sign Up
The Mayfair Casino aims to exude an air of class and formality from its website, invoking luxurious nights out in the capital, dressed to kill and scoring some big wins across the blackjack and roulette tables. London doesn’t in fact have a ‘Mayfair Casino’ although it does have a Mayfair area which is synonymous with high end accommodation and expensive nights out. It is this that the team invoke with the imagery of women dressed up to hit the clubs and stacks of chips and cash. And they do it well.

And once you look past the branding, the website itself is clean, simple and easy to use with a straight-forward navigation and links to jump straight in to register or log in and start wagering immediately.
WHAT OUR REVIEWER SAYS
I noticed that Mayfair Casino has a two-part website. You will jump from the MayfairCasino.com page into the casino.mayfaircasino.com domain once you click to sign up or play. But don’t let that worry you. I found the experience seamless and sign up took just a few minutes. Like most sites now, the registration is three part – you’ll need a username, password, your address, email, date of birth and mobile number to complete.
Once registered you are directly into the cashier and prompted to deposit. It’s a little pushy, but I didn’t mind because I wanted to claim the bonus. See the screenshot below which shows the deposit page. Only four options unfortunately, but my favourites were there – Paypal and Visa.
It’s worth noting you can OPT OUT if you don’t want the sign up bonus with all its wagering requirements. As you can see, once the deposit was made it was clearly displayed in my balance along with a bonus balance. And the game options for my bonus bets are clearly displayed too.
So … top marks to Mayfair for making it easy to sign up and play.

Online Slots
Mayfair Casino has a selection of over 700 slots from a good variety of provider including big names like Big Time Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Gameburger, Pragmatic Play and Yggdrasil.
The selection suits pretty much all kinds of players, from casual slots fans to high risk fanatics searching out the latest jaw-dropping high variance busters from studios like Big Time Gaming.
Here are 10 of the current most popular slots on the website:
- Big Bass Splash
- Eye of Horus
- Fishin Frenzy
- Gonzo’s Quest
- Fluffy Favourites
- Sweet Bonanza
- Thunderstruck 2
- Starburst XXXtreme
- Gates of Olympus
- John Hunter and the Book of Tut
WHAT OUR REVIEWER SAYS
Mayfair Casino has a lot of our favourite slots and the list is easy to navigate thanks to the search bar that allows you to search by game provider too as you can see in the screen shot below. Whilst there are lots to choose from – well over 700 I believe – there are some big game studios missing from that list. Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, ELK Studios, Quickspin, No Limit City and Thunderkick are all notable by their absence. In short, the mainstream stuff is here, but sadly no Fat Rabbit, no Pink Elephants and none of NLC’s really super-charged high variance gaming.
On the other hand, if you are a fan of Megaways slots there is a full section dedicated to theses, including the classics like Bonanza and White Rabbit.
I also like the fact that the games eligible for your free spins and bonus funds are flagged with a green or blue overlay and the words, ‘free rounds’ or ‘bonus’. That makes them easy to find!

Other Games at Mayfair Casino
If you’d prefer to take a break from the reels then there are plenty of live tables to test your luck on too. These are provided by industry leader, Evolution Gaming. So there is a long list of classic Blackjacks, Roulettes, Craps and Texas Hold Ems, alongside the gameshow format titles like Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Deal or No Deal. If you are new to live tables and want a good entry point, these simple gambling games are a good punt.

SIGN UP OFFER – UP TO £500 AND 150 FREE SPINS
The welcome offer for new players at Mayfair Casino spans your first THREE deposits and allows customers to claim up to £500 and 150 bonus spins for some of NetEnt’s most popular games. This is how it breaks down:
- 1st Deposit: 100% up to £100 and 100 bonus spins
- 2nd Deposit: 50% up to £100 and 50 bonus spins
- 3rd Deposit: 50% up to £300 and 25 bonus spins
Your free spins are available on any of these games: Starburst, Aloha! Cluster Pays and Finn and the Swirly Spin. The minimum deposit to qualify is £10 each time and the wagering requirement is 30x the deposit PLUS the bonus.
WHAT OUR REVIEWER SAYS
This is a very competitive welcome package in today’s market. Not many other slot sites are offering this kind of deal. Most are now capped at £100 or less. The choice of spins is also good, though we would have liked a few alternatives to NetEnt in there, such as Book of Dead by Play n Go for example. You can get these at Voodoo Dreams if that is what you are after. The £10 minimum deposit is also good as many sites now set their minimum to £20.
The only drawback to this offer is the wagering requirements that are high. 30x would be Ok on just the bonus, but for the bonus AND deposit, this is a lot to ask. If that puts you off we recommend trying Play OJO instead where free spins come witih NO wagering requirements.
More Promotions at Mayfair Casino
Mayfair Casino, like others on the Grace Media label, delivers a bespoke bonus program that is tailored to your gameplay. So, expect free spins and bonuses tied to your favourite slots and a range of tiered offers that increase as your spend does too. These are dropped into your account and notification will come via email and SMS if you opt in.
Other current site-wide promotions include:
Weekly Cash Spins – deposit and wager £10 each week to receive up to 15 cash spins (no wagering requirements) on games like Wolf Gold and Pirate Gold.
Bonus Spins on Selected Games – deposit and wager £10 on the required day to receive 20 bonus spins on selected games where winnings come with a 40x wagering requirement.
WHAT OUR REVIEWER SAYS
For regular players the website does not offer much in the way of promotions. 15 cash spins is a good deal each week but the 20 bonus spins offer doesn’t really appeal when the wagering requirements on your winnings are set to 40x. We can only hope that Mayfair offers more to it’s regular players behind the scenes.
Cashier Options /10
The cashier options at Mayfair Casino are not as varied as you will find at other casinos. However, they offer a low minimum deposit and the most popular services are all represented.
These are the deposit options with fees and limits.
Min Deposit | Max Transaction | Fee | Processing Time
Visa | £10 | £5,000 | Free | Instant |
Mastercard | £10 | £5,000 | Free | Instant |
Trustly | £10 | £5,000 | Free | Instant |
Paypal | £10 | £5,000 | Free | Instant |
Much Better | £10 | £5,000 | Free | Instant |
And here are the withdrawal times and fees. Processing times refer to the time period AFTER Mayfair Casino has approved your transaction.
Min Deposit | Max Transaction | Fee | Processing Time
Visa | £10 | £10,000 each | Free | 3 to 5 days |
Mastercard | £10 | £10,000 each | Free | 3 to 5 days |
Trustly | £10 | £10,000 each | Free | 3 to 5 days |
Paypal | £10 | £10,000 each | Free | Instant |
Much Better | £10 | £10,000 each | Free | Instant |
NOTE: All withdrawals of less than £30 are subject to a fee of £1.50. They are also subject to a processing time advertised on the website as 2 to 3 days.
WHAT OUR REVIEWER SAYS
For me personally, Paypal and Visa are enough to cover all my deposit needs. However, there is a lack of variety in the cashier at Mayfair. If you are wanting to deposit with Paysafe, Neteller or Skrill for example, all of which are popular options, you will be left disappointed. Furthermore, whilst the minimum deposit and withdrawal limits of £10 are good value, the fee imposed on withdrawals of less than £30 (£1.50) seems unfair. I can’t think of any other casino that does this. So, if you are put off by fees for low value withdrawals I would recommend trying another site like Casumo for example.
Finally, the withdrawal processing times here are also longer that at other sites. 2 to 3 days is surely too long in the UK now. Most sites will turn around a withdrawal in a matter of hours. So we think Mayfair should too.
Customer Support at Mayfair Casino
There is no email or phone support at Mayfair Casino, only live chat which is available between the hours of 8am and 4am 7 days a week. There is also an FAQ page with common queries and relevant answers on it.
WHAT OUR REVIEWER SAYS
Customer support is an area in which Mayfair Casino does not score well for me. With only live chat available, and not 24/7, the options to speak to the team are more limited than at rival sites. When I tested the live chat function the first question I asked regarding deposit and withdrawal limits elicited a response from an AI bot suggesting articles I should read. You can see in the screenshot below.
If your query is beyond the AI bot it will put you through to an agent. When this happened we had to provide all our registration details again for ‘security’ which was annoying and time consuming. To be fair, eventually I got through to a support agent whose response about account verification documents and my bonuses were swift enough.
Mayfair Casino also performed poorly on the support section of our testing because the FAQs page turned out to be blank for every question! It seems there was an error on the website, and it just further gave the impression that support is not this site’s strong point!
Our Verdict 8.6/10
Mayfair Casino is a great option for those who like their online slots play to come with a bit of heritage – the brand speaks of an old-fashioned era of gambling, with a particular London vibe to it. That makes a nice change from the many gambling sites out there who build their brands on zany themes! It also invokes the idea of trust which is just what we are looking for from our casino operators. And in our experience, by and large Grace Media deliver on this promise.
However, there were some weaknesses in the experience at Mayfair Casino. The game catalogue does not feature some of the more leftfield game suppliers and we were disappointed by these omissions. Furthermore, both the cashier options and processing times had room for improvement. And finally, the support service came up short with no email or phone support, and live chat initially populated with AI bots. In short, we felt are needs were not being met!
Overall, a mixed result then. But having said that, if you want a solid casino with the most popular slots around and a generous welcome offer, then Mayfair remains a good choice despite its faults.
Good luck and have fun!
