Race Casino has a Formula 1 brand with a racing car emblazoned across the front of the home page. It’s a spectacular and original theme for a slot site and in keeping with L and L’s history of creating unique and eye-catching brands.

Besides the branding, Race Casino follows the same site layout and structure as all other L and L sites. Important information is easy to find – most is linked from the footer area where you can read up on gambling responsibly, site bonus policy, how to raise a complaint, and general terms and conditions.

After browsing around for a while I found a Light/Dark button in the main menu. This allows you to switch from a dark blue background to white which is helpful because the dark blue can feel a bit strong after a while.

Sign Up and First Deposit

Registration is a simple 3 step process here. You’ll need to enter all your personal details including full name and address, date of birth, email and chosen username and password. It takes about 90 seconds to complete and you’ll need to click a link on the welcome email to finish up. Once done, you’re ready to deposit and play.

Account Pages

Once you are signed up or logged in you can administer your account and make deposits and withdrawals from the My Account area. Slightly confusingly it’s called My Profile under the main menu. However, it’s easy to navigate around.

When you hit the Bonuses link you need to use a sub-menu with Active Bonuses, Available Bonuses and Bonus History to find what you are looking for. This could be a bit clearer, but after a few times using the site I got the hang of it.

Catalogue and Game Providers

Race Casino has the same game catalogue as other L and L sites which means that there are around 40 game suppliers and more than 500 slots to choose from. This is a smaller choice than you find at rival white labels like White Hat Gaming (often over 2,000 games) or Skill on Net (often over 4,000 games). However, most of the major suppliers are represented including NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, Play n Go, IGT and WMS.

There are a few notable omissions however, including Push Gaming, Yggdrasil Gaming and Relax Gaming. If you want to play games from those suppliers we recommend a site like Play OJO which offers over 4,000 slots to choose from.

Jackpot Slots

On first inspection Race Casino does not appear to offer much for the jackpot chaser. Under the Jackpots section of the site we found just 9 games! That includes some Mega Moolah and Major Millions games from Microgaming and a few Jackpot King slots from Blueprint Gaming. However, using the search function we found a few more Jackpot King slots (17 in total). It’s hard to know how many jackpot slots this site offers but we would estimate the total to be around 30. By any standards that is quite a small selection.

We recommend Casumo for a wider choice – they have 267 including their own exclusive Casumo progressives.

New Slots 

The Race Casino team appears to be keeping their game listing very up to date. We checked to see which new games were featured at time of writing (May 2023) and found slots that were released in the last 2 weeks like Cursed Seas by Hacksaw Gaming (April 2023) and Knights of Avalon by Red Tiger (May 2023).

Megaways Slots

Race Casino has a selection of more than 130 Megaways slots from a variety of game providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NYX, Blueprint Gaming and Microgaming.

This will be enough to keep most Megaways fans happy with classics like Big Bass Bonanza Megaways and Kingmaker Megaways in the mix. However, if you are looking for more choice then you could try BacanaPlay (155 Megaways games) or Casumo (176 Megaways games).

Slingo Games

Game Menu, Search Functions and Game Window

The game menu at Race Casino is quite basic. You can search out games by category like New, Popular, Hot, Jackpots or Slingo. There is also a search function that allows you to search by game name. However, there is no option to search by game provider which is a significant omission. All other L and L Europe sites we have tested allow you to do this.

It would also be nice to be able to filter by game features, RTP, variance or paylines. Instead. The options are limited and it makes exploring the selection and discovering new games you haven’t tried before a bit difficult.

The game window itself is the same as at all other L and L sites. You will always see the a tournament leaderboard to the left of the game indicating standings in the latest tournament promotion. This can be minimised if you won’t want to view it. You can make a quick deposit and open up live chat to support without leaving the game which is useful too. But if you want to search out a new game then you’ll need to return to the main menu to do so.

Slots RTP at Race Casino

To enter you just have to play the relevant slots during the specified time period. Wins will earn you points and your position will be updated daily. However, you will only enter the leaderboard once you have completed 100 game rounds and only bets of 40p will count towards your score.

The top prize on the leaderboard for the tournament that was running when I tested the site was £1,000. This is a good prize level but the competition lasts for an entire month. If you play at Casumo you can win £1,000 every day in tournaments. However, that is a much busier site with more competition.

Cashier Options 7/10

Race Casino cashier accepts deposits with the most popular debit cards, Mastercard and Visa, as well as Skrill, Trustly and Paysafecard. However, there is no Paypal or Neteller option. The casino does NOT charge for any transactions and the minimum deposit threshold is a reasonable £10. But when making a cashout, it’s higher at £20.
