Support was generally very good at Casino Lab, though we found the live chat a little irksome. Here is what we found.

First, the live chat app is initially populated by ‘Chat Bot’ which will try to answer your queries without transferring you to an agent. That means effectively pre-populating the chat with FAQs and multiple-choice questions that will hopefully eventually lead to an answer to your question. You can see that on this screengrab.

If you answer is not in the list of pre-populated questions this can be annoying. However, as you can see here, once we had been transferred, an agent did respond to are question within seconds, which is a good level of service.
