However, compared to the offers available at other sites it is at the lower end of the value scale. What Are Regular Promotions Like?

The promotions program is thin and what is available is poorly communicated. On the evidence from our testing, 21Casino is not a good fit for players who like to know what rewards they can expect for a regular spend.

There is no loyalty program, weekly free spins or daily bonus wheel advertised on the site.  We went to a support agent who confirmed that 21Casino does not have a loyalty program and that currently they couldn’t provide us with any information about upcoming rewards.

However, we did find some hidden promotional activity. On one occasion when we made a deposit we were offered a choice of a 100% match up to £100 or 50 bonus spins on Book of Dead. Neither deal had been advertised on the site or sent to us on email or SMS. We also had to ask support which game the spins were for because it wasn’t clear in the offer area.

The terms were standard, with free spins winnings as bonus funds with a 10x wagering requirement, and the match bonus also having a 10x wagering requirement.

We took up the 100% match because it allowed us to play any slot game we liked. Opting-in was simple and we could see our bonus immediately displayed as a separate balance. Tracking wagering requirements was less easy. There is no progress bar in the game screen so we had to close it and return to the account page if we wanted to see how much more we needed to wager. That is not a major flaw, but some sites handle it better.

Which Game Providers Feature At 21 Casino?

The list of providers is comprehensive. We counted 119 in total using the Providers filter in the main game menu. That is excellent coverage.

What we could see is that the library is very up to date. During testing on 9^th September we saw games including Skywind’s Fury Festival, Relax Gaming’s Nugget Ridge and Pragmatic Play’s Ra vs Osiris appearing, all released on 3^rd September, just a week earlier. This is a good sign, making 21Casino a good choice if you want fresh games to play.

What Is The Game Menu Like To Use?

It’s OK, offering a bit more functionality than the basic menus options on some white label casinos.

There is a keyword search tool and 11 game categories including New, Providers, Drops and Wins and Jackpots. Under the main ‘Slots’ category there are also format filters for Megaways, Cluster Pays, Buy Feature, Mega Symbol (3x3) and Sticky Wild. The inclusion of a ‘Buy Feature’ filter here is a bit odd because feature buys are not allowed under UK regulation since 2019 so it will have been switched off in those slots.

Rolling over each game logo (desktop only) brings up the game provider name, winlines, reels and a volatility rating of 1 to 5. These are all helpful hints when searching for a game you might like. We could also save a game to Favourites here, which made it easy to return to ones we enjoyed.

Unless we searched by keyword, it was not possible to list the main progressives separately to a full list of over 900 jackpots including fixed and locals. That means unless we had a specific game in mind, we had a lot of scrolling to do.

Are There Any Other Games?

Yes. We found Slingos, pachinko, plinko, crash games, video poker, dice and hi los. There are 41 of these listed under ‘Other Games’ in the main menu. However, the real total is over 100. We know because we discovered further options by searching using the keyword tool.

It’s not ideal. It would be much easier if all the games were listed in one place, or given sub-categories like Crash Games, Slingos and Arcade. We also found that if we entered ‘Crash’ as a keyword, the casino returned games with ‘Cash’ in them as well, which made the search less effective.  

Despite these shortcomings, 21Casino has a strong offering of alternative gambling games.

Making Deposits and Withdrawals

We made deposits with PayPal and Mastercard to test 21Casino. The payment pages are clear and there is an option to deposit without leaving the game screen which can be helpful.

Two deposits were processed instantly without issue.

However, when one deposit using Mastercard failed, the website journey was disconcerting. After we hit confirm, the screen went blank and then refreshed to the home page, where our balance still showed zero. Because the site gave no clear explanation of what had happened, we contacted support. They told us to take the issue up with our bank. Whilst it turned out that no funds were ever removed from our bank account, the poor on-site experience did make us a little uncomfortable.

We also made withdrawals to Mastercard and Paypal.

These were both processed within 5 hours. Requesting a withdrawal was easy. 21 Casino did not approve our payments instantly, but during the waiting period they were listed in a Pending Withdrawals area in the account for transparency.

What Is The Website Like?

It’s a cut above your average white label with a stylish mix of black, gold and white colors, and elegant fonts.

Navigation is straightforward and information pages are clearly labelled and easy to read. The page-loading times ranged from 2.2s to 5.2s in our tests which is acceptable, even if not consistently fast.  

We also noted that game lists loaded more quickly than at other White Hat sites we have tested. When using the keyword search tool, games populated almost instantly when we started typing, making for a good user experience.

Does 21 Casino Have a Mobile App?

No, there is no app for iPhone or Android.

We did a lot of testing using an iPhone 17 with iOS 26. We browsed the site, played games and deposited on our mobile browser. We didn’t encounter any issues. Game load times were good and the website was responsive to our screen size.

We tested the live chat service on five separate occasions. AI agents provided an initial response before handing over to real agents if they couldn’t resolve the issue.

The quality of AI in this case was better than we have seen at other sites. They provided accurate responses to a query about our withdrawal marked as ‘still pending’ and a failed deposit which had not been confirmed by the cashier.

It was less effective for queries about promotional offers and terms and conditions, and we asked to speak to a real agent to follow up on the deposit issue. Altogether, we spoke to real agents four times with an average handover time of 6 mins 15 seconds and a longest wait of 10 minutes.

Those are reasonable response times, in the average range for casinos we have tested. The real agents were friendly and helpful too and did manage to resolve queries that the AI agents couldn’t.
