The All Slot Sites Verdict
MrQ sits at the softer end of the market, with a fun game mix of slots and bingo, and plenty of accessible free spins deals without complex terms. This makes it ideal for the low-stakes player. The operator’s investment in running their own platform and support team has paid off too. MrQ outperforms its competitors for its friendly and responsive support service, distinctive and reliable website and app, and instant withdrawals.
Whilst packed with quality, the game catalogue is less expansive than the biggest casinos offer, and the range of payment options is more limited, but most players will find what they want here.

An established brand with UK license, good responsible gambling set up and a strong score on Trustpilot
What Is MrQ and Is It Safe?
MrQ is a online gambling website and app. It is owned and operated by Tek Fox Ltd, licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (Account Number 60629). Tek Fox is an independent operator whose sole focus is the MrQ brand and in-house tech platform.
The site was established in 2018 leading with bingo before significantly expanding its slots coverage then adding live tables and gameshows. Meanwhile, TV ad campaigns and sponsorship of Watford FC (2023 to 2026) and now QPR FC, have raised the brand’s profile.
The current license has a clean history. However, under a previous license in 2023 the owners were fined over £600,000 for weaknesses in anti-money laundering and safer gambling policies. The operator co-operated in full with the investigation and paid the fine.
We have factored this penalty into our Safety and Trust score, and based on our research, remain confident that this is a legitimate operator who continues to run a fair and safe site, with oversight from the regulator.
What Do Players Say About MrQ?
For a gambling site MrQ enjoys an unusually good Trustpilot rating, with an average score of 3.8/5 from over 15,000 reviews. A lot of positive reviews mention the support service and the website and app. In both areas player reviews align with our own experiences.
When there are negative reviews the support team actively responds which is also a good positive signal.
| Responsible Gambling Tools | MrQ provides a standard set of RG tools to every player including spend limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are easy to use and meet the basic requirements set out by the Gambling Commission. However, there are no enhanced options like product blocks or loss limits. |
| GAMSTOP | MrQ is part of the national GAMSTOP self-exclusion program. Players can join the scheme from a link on the Safer Gambling page. |
| Game Audits | All games at MrQ are provided by licensed developers, and as stated in FAQs, they are audited for fairness by independent testing houses. MrQ also publish RTP rates on their game loading screens, providing more transparency than many competitors. |
| Bonus Terms | Bonuses are run in accordance with UK rules. In fact, there are no wagering requirements at all, and terms and conditions are clearly published with each offer. |
| Complaints Process | MrQ has a clearly defined complaints process, published in its FAQs and terms and conditions. They provide a timeline of up to 8 weeks for the most complex complaints. They also nominate IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) as their alternative dispute resolution provider. |
| Site Security | MrQ uses encrypted connections to protect customer data and payments. They also offer optional 2 Factor Authentication, a higher level of account security than many other sites. |

What Deposit and Withdrawal Options Are There?
Banking options are OK - debit card, Paypal and Apple Pay all covered. However, a few more eWallets like Skrill and Neteller, as well as Trustly, would make the selection more complete.
A £10 minimum deposit and withdrawal level for all payment methods makes MrQ accessible for those who want the option to make smaller deposits and play with smaller stakes.
There are no transaction fees.

How Fast Are Withdrawals?
MrQ guarantees that they will process withdrawals within 60 seconds, albeit with the caveat that this only applies when verification checks are not required.
We put that guarantee to the test and MrQ were true to their word. We made withdrawals to Apple Pay and Mastercard. Both were processed instantly.
The cashier interface is nice and clear. Previous payment options were stored in our account, and it was easy to switch between them to make deposits. Withdrawals could only be made to our most recent deposit option, which was clearly highlighted in our account, as required by UK regulation.

The low threshold to qualify and straight-forward terms make this one of the best free spins offers currently available for UK slots players. What Ongoing Promotions Do Players Get at MrQ?
MrQ’s specialism is ‘no wager’ free spins deals.
They don’t run as many promotions as some competitor sites, which won’t suit everyone, but its nice if you don’t like getting bombarded with deals every day. They are all relatively simple, with winnings paid in cash and without a cap apart from the maximum payout of the relevant slot.
We generally picked up one deposit or wager-based free spins offer each week, usually asking us to deposit £10 or £20 then wager £20 on a relevant game.
For example, during the World Cup, after an initial deposit of £20, every £20 wagered on Goal Strike Fan Frenzy earned 10 spins, up to a maximum of 100 spins.

Claiming each offer is relatively simple. However, you need to pay close attention to the terms. On one occasion the headline read, ‘Wager £20 and get 10 free spins’, but information telling us that the trigger deposit was £20, not £10, was buried in the terms. We missed that, deposited £10 and didn’t qualify for the bonus when we hit the £20 wagering.
Monitoring your progress towards the wager target could be easier as well, as there are no progress bars to tell you when the target has been met. Instead, when we estimated we were there, we had to close the game and head to the Rewards page to see if our spins were ready to activate. It’s not a deal breaker, but a smarter tracker here would be better.
Alongside the weekly free spins offers there is a Daily Arcade-Style rewards game called U vs Q, also rebranded as 'Penalty Panic' during the World Cup. It’s fun, but nothing like the bonus wheels with guaranteed wins found at other casinos. We tested it more than 15 times during the review period and never won anything. When we asked support about the frequency of wins, they told us prizes were elusive like Unicorns!

During testing we also saw live dealer promotions including a £10,000 random prize draw for roulette players and a deposit and play £20 to get 5 free chips deal. And elsewhere, occasional sports-related prize draws including a chance to win tickets to Ultimate Fight Championship in London.

MrQ’s game selection is more limited than what you find at other casinos, but it does include slots from many top name developers.
Game Providers and Slots Selection
The slots library of around 800 games is powered by 25 game developers. It’s not the biggest, but with top names like NetEnt, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming and Pragmatic Play included, it covers many excellent titles.

Browsing the ‘Spotlight’ and ‘Classic’ lists we found games like Book of Dead, Rainbow Riches, Big Bass and Fishin Frenzy; also top Megaways games like Bonanza Megaways and Great Rhino Megaways; and high volatility games like Tombstone and Wild Swarm.
Whilst the selection is strong in places, it doesn't list all games by each featured studio. For example, some of Nolimit City's highest paying slots are not listed, like Tombstone RIP and Tombstone Slaughter.
We also found some MrQ-branded games like MrQ Big Bass Splash and MrQ Sweet Bonanza. They appear to be the same as the originals, but with MrQ logos in the background.
Search options are functional but not particularly sophisticated. Perhaps most baffling of all is that there is no game provider filter. So when we wanted to bring up a list of games by our favourite studios like ELK and Thunderkick, we couldn't. There are also no options to search by game format or theme.
| Classics | Fishin' Frenzy The Big Catch 2, Thai Flower, Rainbow Riches Pick 'n' Mix, Cops n Robbers Big Money, Big Bass Bonanza, Avalon X, Big Bamboo, Rise of Olympus |
| Megaways | Bonanza Megaways, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Megaways, The Dog House Megaways, Great Rhino Megaways, Eye of Horus Megaways, Diamond Mine Megaways, Temple Tumble Megaways, Golden Catch Megaways |

| Jackpots | Mega Moolah, Goonies Jackpot King, Ted Jackpot King, Game of Thrones Jackpot King, Eye of Horus Jackpot King, Slots o Gold Megaways Jackpot King |
What Are RTP Rates Like?
RTP rates are more favourable than most casinos we have tested, although MrQ has dropped its old policy of always running games at the top settings.
Across a sample of 25 slots, all were running at above 94%, including Big Bass Bonanza (94.02%) and Book of Dead (94.25%). A handful were running at above 96% including Sweet Alchemy 2 (96.2%) and Itero (96.18%).
This is certainly one of the strongest RTP set-ups we’ve seen to date and MrQ is also very transparent in this area. They display the RTP rate up front on the game loading screen so that you don’t have to search through the rules pages to find it.
You can view the full sample list below.
| Deadly 5 | Push Gaming | 96.39% |

Does MrQ Have Progressive Jackpots?
Yes, the jackpot selection at MrQ is fairly good, featuring more than 130 titles from popular networks. This collection includes one of the world’s largest online progressives, Mega Moolah from Games Global, although only the original is available. Subsequent titles like Immortal Romance Mega Moolah are not shown.
Blueprint Gaming’s Jackpot King slots also appear. And for those who want to shoot for smaller prizes with better odds there are Eyecon’s Mini, Midi and Mega jackpots.
We would have liked to see the Dream Drop games from Relax Gaming in the mix, but overall this is not a bad collection.
What About Live Dealer and Virtual Tables?
The live casino is supplied by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. There are plenty of quality streams of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and gameshows. Stakes start from 10p on some roulettes and 50p on blackjack tables.

Most tables are networked across the providers’ partner casinos, but MrQ does have three exclusives as well – roulette, auto roulette and speed baccarat. These have MrQ branding on the felt and croupiers wear branded uniforms. Other than that, the game formats are the same as on the networked tables.
The virtual table selection is limited to just 15 selections including 6 blackjacks and 7 roulettes and a game show–style title called Wheel of Winners.
Slingo, Scratchcards, Crash Game and Instants
The library is completed with more than 60 Slingo games and around 40 scratchcards, crash games and pachinkos, all listed conveniently under ‘Quickies’.

MrQ’s website and app are easy to use with a simple interface and clear navigation.
What Is The Website Like?
MrQ’s website is nice and simple with a soft white and blue color scheme that makes it easy on the eye. It has that premium feel we associate with sites built on independent platforms, putting it a level above the average white label casino.
The performance was reliable too. During our time playing games, taking up promotions and using the cashier we didn’t experience any lag times or broken pages. Log ins and switches between games were all handled smoothly too.
Is There a Mobile App for MrQ?
MrQ is available on a mobile app from the App Store for Apple or Google Play for Android.
We tested the app on an iPhone 17 with iOS 26. It took less than a minute to install and we were able to log in with the account we set up via the website. The app offered the same high-quality experience as the desktop site.

Good customer support service with effective AI assistant and friendly agents, but could benefit from extended opening hours.
Customer support at MrQ is available via live chat and email between 9am and 9pm each day but does not currently offer telephone support.
MrQ uses an AI assistant called Q, the ‘support sidekick’, to answer queries on live chat before handing over to a real agent if the issue needs escalating. Q worked well for some queries, and did even successfully work through an issue we had with a wager-based free spins deal.
More importantly, unlike some AI assistants Q didn’t push back on our request to speak to a real person when we asked. Then, the wait time was never more than 2 minutes and the agents were always on the ball, with quick answers and a friendly manner.
We also tested email support on four occasions. Response times ranged from 6 minutes to 10 hours and 13 minutes. Replies always clearly addressed our questions.
To complete the service, there is a very comprehensive FAQs section with keyword search and articles covering common topics such as withdrawals, verification and bonuses. The articles are all well-written and easy to follow. Worth a look if you don’t want to speak to an agent or AI assistant.
