This is one of White Hat’s more sophisticated brands, a bit like 21 Casino or PlayGrand. And although it’s not the cleanest of designs, it’s certainly a lot less busy than sister sites like Jackpot Village or Dream Vegas. Importantly, the navigation menu is intuitive. A classic menu tree sits on the left-hand side of the screen allowing you to search games by category, whilst you can also find specific games through the useful search bar perched above the displayed game logos on the right.

Whilst reviewing the site I found other important pages like FAQs, help, bonus terms and complaints procedure were very easy to locate and browse. I was also impressed that, unlike many rival sites, Grand Ivy also publishes a full list of the slots available with the RTP next to them. You can find this in the footer. I think this shows respect towards their customers and is an indicator of how professional the operation is at this slot site.

Registration Takes Under 2 Minutes

As far as registration goes at The Grand Ivy, it couldn’t be easier. The relevant button is clearly marked towards the top of the page, and a simple and elegant three-stage signup form takes no more than a couple of minutes to complete.

Catalogue and Game Providers 

The collection of slots here is very good. It’s true that a few other sites offer bigger catalogues – PlayOJO on Skill on Net has almost twice as many games, for instance. But with a little over 2,100 titles to choose from, this selection would be more than enough for most slots players.

Besides, whoever claimed that quality is more important than quantity had a point. Some casinos are stuffed with outdated, low-RTP games, provided by average-at-best suppliers. Game Menu, Search Functions and Game Window

It’s fair to say that navigation at The Grand Ivy is straightforward. The classic menu design is instantly familiar to everyone, while the search function works extremely well. However, I did feel that there were some obvious shortcomings that could be fixed to improve the overall user experience.

The best online casinos allow you to filter slots by their primary mechanic for example. If you want to play games with Cluster Pays instead of Paylines it’s usually a matter of hitting a button. But frustratingly, that option is not present here which makes it harder to explore the list. Not even for the most simple things, like filtering progressive jackpots games or Megaways titles. If you want that kind of functionality then you can try the BacanaPlay on Skill on Net, where you can even search by bet range, user rating and even Hot/Cold using their filters.

The Grand Ivy doesn’t need a massive overhaul; we’d just like to see a few additional tabs on the menu.

Moving on to the game window and the games appear in an elegantly-designed space with a handy timer in the bottom corner, to remind you about the length of a playing session. It’s also pretty easy to reload your account if required, using the “Deposit” button at the top of the screen which is useful if you don’t want to leave the game mid-session.

It’s worth noting that there are a few exceptions, but not so many that it becomes complex. Roulette games only pay 0.25 points for £10, with blackjack fixed at 0.5 points. However, playing slots and scratchcards will net you 2 points for the same £10 worth of play.

Your bonus funds carry a fairly normal playthrough requirement of 40x, but you’ll pocket 500 loyalty points just for making your first deposit.

As you can see, withdrawal speeds are pretty standard. Bank transfers requested over the weekend will not be processed until Tuesday. But using any other payment option, you should receive your funds within 72 hours.
