Which Game Providers Feature At All British Casino?

Compared to competitor casinos the list of providers is small, but its high in quality. We counted 29 in total, including most of what we consider to be the top tier names. NetEnt, Games Global, IGT, Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO are all here, and a handful of smaller studios like ELK and Thunderkick.

What Is The Game Menu Like To Use?

It’s too basic for our tastes.

The games are divided into simple categories, new, slots or video slots. After that we could only search by game name or use the scrollable list of game providers to filter.

After a few hours of using the site we also discovered limited theme and format filters at the bottom of the game list. There are seven, including Megways and Sports, but they are very easy to miss, such is their positioning on the page.

There is also little in the way of personalisation. We couldn’t see any option to save games to a favourites list or go back to recently played games.

What Are RTP Rates Like?

They are a real mix, with just a few games offering strong rates and most at mid-level. All British Casino does not publish the rates on the website. We had to open each game and browse the rules pages to find them.

The average RTP across a sample of 25 slots that we use to assess all the casinos we review was 93.31%. Whilst some NetEnt slots had good rates including Starburst (96.09%) and Aloha! Cluster Pays (96.42%), Play’n GO games were poor. Book of Dead and Gigantoonz are both running at 91.25%, for example.

Are There Progressive Jackpots?

Yes, there are some good jackpot options, listed under the Jackpot Games tab. However, it is another quirk of the menu that not all the available games appear in this section. For example, only four Mega Moolah games appear here, although there are in fact six listed via the search bar.

Eventually we found that All British Casino has Mega Moolah, WowPot, Major Millions, Mega Fortune and Jackpot King progressives. These are good games with substantial prizes. The Mega Moolah and WowPot titles are seeded at £1,000,000 and sometimes grow to over £10,000,000, for example.

It’s just a shame that they are not easier to locate.

Making Deposits At All British Casino

We made deposits to our account with PayPal, Apple Pay and Mastercard. Each one was processed instantly.

What Is The Website Like?

It’s tired and could really do with a makeover!

It carries its patriotic theme well, with union jack colors and a red bus on the home page, but overall, the design looks very old next to smart modern betting sites like Midnite or Casumo.

Finding our way around All British Casino wasn’t always that easy either. The navigation is a bit odd. The game categories appear in two places on the home page, and the account area can be hard to follow, particularly when browsing game or transaction histories.

Despite these shortcomings, the website performed adequately in speed tests. We used GTmetrix to assess load times on key pages, each one landing between 3 and 5 seconds, which we benchmark as ‘average’.  

Does All British Casino Have a Mobile App?

Yes, there is a mobile app for iPhone, but not Android. We downloaded and installed it to an iPhone 17 with iOS 26 running for testing.

As with the website, we are not big fans of the design. Fonts, game logo style and text formatting on information pages could all be improved.

Putting these aesthetic issues aside, we deposited, played and withdrew, all without any issues. Our only frustration was that it took a while to figure out that we needed to swipe from the left on a game screen to exit and return to the site. It’s not mentioned anywhere prominent and until we happened across it, we had to resort to using a deposit link instead.

The team can be contacted on email, live chat, phone (7am to midnight) and on social media. Links to their X and Facebook accounts can also be found on the support page. New posts arrive on X once or twice daily indicating the account is active.

We contacted the team on three separate occasions using live chat. It’s a little tricky to find – we had to go via the support page on desktop or the account page in the app. But once it was open, the experience was excellent.

There are no AI assistants. Instead, an agent came online in under a minute each time, identified with a picture and their name. They were friendly and well-informed in answering queries about the cashback and free spins promotions.

We also contacted the support team on email, asking if Trustly was still an available payment option. Our query was answered in 12 minutes, confirming that Trustly appears under ‘Pay As Bank’. This is a speedy response time for an email to support. Many sites can take 1 or 2 days to respond.

The only criticism we have is that the FAQs page is very poor. It lacks depth, there is no search function, and the text is badly formatted. It seems you can’t have everything!
