What Is Jackpot Village and Is It Safe?

Jackpot Village is an online casino available on website and app. It has built its brand around slots and progressive jackpots but it also features live dealer games and virtual tables. The site launched in 2019. It is run by White Hat Gaming.

The operator is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (account 52894). Their platform includes safety and fair play features required under the licensing framework including responsible gambling tools, stake limits, and player balance protection.

Jackpot Village supports a full range of payment options covering debit cards, eWallets, pre- paid cards and bank transfers. We found the cashier to be very easy to use on both desktop and the mobile app. We tested deposits with Paypal and Apple Pay. Funds were instantly credited to our account and there was a useful bonus search tool to help find available offers whilst making deposits.

That’s £20 worth of spins for a £20 deposit. A good deal? Well, it’s more spin value than most other White Hat Gaming sites, or indeed any casino site, currently offer. However, in this case your winnings are paid in bonus funds with a 10x wagering requirement and they are capped at just £50.

This is where Jackpot Village steals a march on the other sites from this operator. It’s gamified loyalty programme feels closer to what you might expect from a large independent brand like Casumo than from a standard white-label casino.

There are two main parts to it.

First, players earn XP points through wagering and move through 20 different ranks. Each new rank unlocks a reward in the form of a bonus, tokens, or both, alongside a badge displayed in the account.

The second part is the Missions system. These are daily opt-in tasks that reward tokens, which can then be exchanged for free spins in the site store. Missions ranged from simple actions like changing our nickname on the site, which earned 25 tokens, to wagering £25 across two slots in one day, also earning 25 tokens, or completing 500 slot spins in a day for 50 tokens.

The set up of the program is very nice. Each Mission is listed under ‘Village Specials’ in the account area. Once you opt-in a progress bar appears under the Mission name and fills as you complete it. We opted into 5 missions at one time and watched all the progress bars fill as we played that day. It’s certainly more fun than the average loyalty program because it makes earning your rewards into a more interactive experience.

We also entered a leaderboard tournament whilst playing at Jackpot Village. It was an opt-in tournament and only stake of at least 50p were eligible to earn points.

There are also leaderboard tournaments and prize draws. These are noticeably aimed at higher spenders. In tournaments, leaderboard positions are based on points awarded for total wagering where only stakes of 50p or more are eligible to earn points. And tickets for weekly £500 prize draws were awarded for £4,000 wagering.

Which Slots and Game Providers Does Jackpot Village Have?

The game library is absolutely stacked, drawing on the slots lists of more than 100 providers. Every big name you can think of is listed including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, Play’n GO and Relax Gaming.

In total there are around 5,000 slots, a number that is growing all the time as new releases are regularly added. This is the standard game library found at most of the newer White Hat sites, and it’s nicely organised by categories to help explore and find games you might like.  

More powerful search options like game format or theme aren’t available, but there are options to save to favourites or browse recently played games when logged in.

In testing the average game load time across desktop and mobile was under 5 seconds which is fast. We didn’t experience any failed loads and gameplay was smooth, without lags.

What Are RTP Rates Like?

We looked at 25 popular slots and found low RTP rates on almost all of them. This is typical of casinos from this operator. Our sample included Sugar Rush (92.03%), Big Bamboo (92.1%), Rome The Golden Age (91.05%) and Honey Rush 100 (91.05%).

Which Progressive Jackpots Are Available?

Jackpot Village builds its brand around progressive jackpots, so we were expecting big things here. To be fair, the coverage is strong, although we’ve seen better at Casumo, or some of the Skill on Net casinos.  

There are more than 320 games listed. They include the biggest networked jackpots like Games Global’s Mega Moolahs, and the Dream Drop games from Relax Gaming. But if you want a more realistic shot at winning a prize there are Blueprint Gaming’s Rapid Fire Jackpots and Red Tiger’s Daily Drop Jackpots, both of which pay out smaller prizes at better odds.

There is also a ticker published on the home page showing the current jackpot total from across all games on the site. It read over £370 million in the week that we began testing, which is enticing to say the least.

How Is The Live Casino Selection?

It’s very good.

Most of the tables and gameshows come from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, two top tier providers, though there are also a small number from On Air Entertainment. Are There Any Other Games?

Yes, the Scratch and Fun section of the menu is packed with more than 140 alternative gambling options. The gaming style is softer and more amusing than serious, but there are still opportunities to stake up to £20 per round. They include Slingos, crash games, scratchcards, plinkos and dice games.

The crash game selection is particularly good. It includes Buck Stakes Entertainment’s popular Fly X, and Squid Game Glass Bridge whose format will be familiar to anyone who has watched the popular TV series.   

How Is The Website?

Better than the average white label site, even if it still falls short of the best independent casinos.

The visual design is eye-catching, with a glamorous black, gold and white colour scheme and   bold images of a night-time city skyline. The game lists look smart, with round logos, good spacing and a clear sticky menu that makes browsing easy.

There are some slight quirks in the navigation. The My Account link only appears in the breadcrumb trail, which is odd for such an important part of the site. And the Recently Played list, 44 games long at one stage on our account, pushes all the other game content down the page, given it a lopsided look.

On the other hand, the website performed well in tests. Pages loaded fast and the game lists dropped in smoothly, unlike at other White Hat sites we have tested where they usually appear a few seconds after the rest of the page.

We didn’t experience any downtime or broken links whilst browsing.

Does Jackpot Village Have A Mobile App?

Yes, there is an app for iPhone and one for Android, available via the App Store and Google Play respectively. We downloaded the App Store version to our iPhone 17 with iOS 26 and did much of our testing there.

It’s a decent app giving access to the full range of games, cashier options and bonuses. Just like the website, the game menu was easy to follow and game load times were fast.

It wasn’t perfect, however. We had issues with Play n Go’s multi-hand blackjack which wouldn't load on several occasions. And twice we got kicked out of live chat whilst in mid-conversation with agent. That is a frustrating experience, especially when you are already in contact with support.

Customer support at Jackpot Village can be contacted on live chat or email. There is no phone or SMS option.

We found response times to be very good. Our live chat queries were answered within 2 minutes each time and emails within 5 hours. We were always put through directly to an agent rather than an AI assistant.

The quality of the responses wasn’t always top notch, however. When we asked about what reward we should receive for progressing from Rank 1 to Rank 2, as none appeared in our account, we were told that support did not have access to that information. And when we asked why Multihand Blackjack wasn’t loading properly on our iPhone on a particular day, were sent impersonal and templated responses that didn’t resolve the issue.

There is also a Help Center where many responses to common questions are published, searchable by keyword, and categorised to make browsing easier. These are as useful as speaking to an agent in some cases.
