What Is Mega Riches and Is It Safe?

Mega Riches is an online casino owned by Videoslots Limited. The operator has been licensed by the UK Gambling Commission on account 39380 since 2014. They are independent, with their own proprietary platform on which they also run MrVegas and Videoslots.com.

What Is The Slot List Like?

It’s exceptional. The Video Slots category listed 8,867 games when we checked on 9^th October 2026. The catalogue is powered by 194 providers, more than any other casino we have reviewed to date.

Making Deposits and Withdrawals

It’s certainly easy to fund your account. Deposit buttons are accessible from anywhere on the site, including the game screen. There is even a Quick Deposit button that processes a repeat of your last deposit without requiring you to re-input the amount or payment method.

During testing we made deposits with Paypal, Trustly and Mastercard. Each one was processed instantly without any issues.

We also made a withdrawal of £20 to Mastercard. The withdrawal page told us that payments are approved within 5 minutes around the clock. True to their word, our payment showed instantly in our account history as ‘Approved’.

What Is The Website Like?

It looks a bit dated, but it’s functionally good.

On desktop, most betting sites these days use a widescreen design template, but Mega Riches goes narrow. What’s more, they include a jackpot list down the left side, and the game library on the right, in rows of six games. That squeezes the game logos and makes them tightly bunched, which can make them difficult to read.

The navigation feels busy too, with multiple layers for support, bonuses, and game categories. That can make it hard to find what you are looking for at times, as your eyes scan the page for the right link.

When we did find information though, it was always clearly written and well formatted. And functions like sign up, the cashier and the RG tool kit were very easy to use.

The website was also fast, loading every page in under 3 seconds according to GTmetrix speed tests.

Does Mega Riches Have a Mobile App?

No, there is no app. However, the website does look very good and function very well in a mobile browser. We did much of our testing using Chrome on an iPhone 17 with iOS 26 installed.  It’s better than the desktop version in some ways. For example, there are more filter options in the game menu.

Our experience with the support team at Mega Riches was not particularly good.  

They are available on live chat, email and via a call back service. If you leave a message using a form on the website, the team will phone you back. Unusually for a betting site, there is no FAQs page.

The live chat is AI-led, and it is available 24/7.

We used the service 8 times during testing, asking questions about games, promos and banking. The AI agent appears to have been trained on limited information.  For example, it could explain how the sign-up offer and WinBooster promotions work, but it didn’t know if the site accepted PayPal or how long withdrawals take to process.

When we were put through to a real agent, we waited 48 minutes for a reply. The we received an email apologising that the team had missed our query. We did then resolve the issue over 5 emails back and forth, but during this process we had to verify our details to prove it was our account, something we wouldn’t have had to do on live chat.

It’s a shame that after scoring so well across the board, Mega Riches is let down by its support service.
