About This Site
Yako Casino is a pan-European slot site which has proved popular in the UK since its launch in 2014. They are part of the L and L Europe group of sites that includes Fun Casino and All British Casino.
Like others under the L and L umbrella, Yako is all about unpretentious fun. The platform provides an adequate selection of slots and live dealer tables though it doesn’t compete in volume against other white labels platforms like White Hat Gaming or Skill on Net for example. In Yako’s case the promotions are less enticing as well, with just a 100% up to £99 welcome deal with no free spins. However, if you are looking for a no-frills, trusted and reliable white label to play your slots on, Yako could still represent a good choice.
Highlights of Yako Casino

Across The Web – More Yako Casino Reviews
Yako Casino has an average score of 1.6/5 on TrustPilot from 43 reviews (16.01.23).
This is below average, though it is only a very small sample of reviewers, which reflects the size of the brand. Those who have posted are generally venting about slow withdrawals caused by account verification delays, which is not uncommon at UK casinos. Its noticeable that the support team at Yako have not come on to Trust Pilot to respond to complaints. It may cause you to question the level of support at this site.

Website Design and Usability
Yako’s website is tidy and functional with a simple layout that will appeal to those don’t like cluttered pages, but it suffers from too many glitches and usability issues. I came away feeling that not much was being done to keep it in shape.

Yako Casino home page – a simple, functional design
For example, I couldn’t find the terms and conditions on the sign-up bonus page (for reference, you’ll need to navigate to the Bonus Info page to find them). I also couldn’t find the Withdraw link on my account – which of course is a big issue! In the end I found it in a secondary menu bar locked to the bottom of the browser window. On several occasions the site locked and I was kicked out and had to log back in again. And elsewhere, the game menu was just too basic. There is not option to search by game provider, and the search function doesn’t always work effectively either.
By and large, I got by, but collectively these issues start to grate and affected my enjoyment of the experience.
Sign-Up and First Deposit Yako Casino
I completed registration at Yako in under 90 seconds. It’s simple to do. You’ll need your full name, address, email, mobile, username and password. You’ll also be required to accept terms and conditions and opt-in or out of promotional emails and SMS.

After sign up my available and active bonuses can be found in my account
Yako asks you to click a link in an email to activate your account. This is quite unusual, but it only takes seconds, then you are good to go.
After activating my account, I deposited £10 with Mastercard with no problems and my £10 match bonus was immediately available. At this point you can find active bonus information, including Wagering Progress, under Bonuses in your account. Wagering Progress is displayed as a percentage at Yako. Most slots players prefer to see a cash amount here, so I know what I’m dealing with and this display option is obscure in my opinion.
Account Verification at Yako Casino
Account verification on registration is all done behind the scenes as checks are made against publicly available databases via 3rd parties like Experian. You’ll find reference to this in their terms and conditions. That allowed me to register and deposit without submitting any documents.
For further checks required to comply with UK law on anti money laundering and responsible gambling, Yako use a 3rd party system called Hooyu. This is used on other L and L sites and also by SuprPlay who own Duelz and Voodoo Dreams. This system allows you to upload scans of your passport, driver license, utility bills and debit cards, to verify your name, address and validity of your payment method. Hooyu is a great system and it cuts back verification checks that might take 48 hours to just a few minutes.
Bonuses and Promotions
Sign Up Offer
- 100% match bonus up to £99
Significant Terms
- Minimum deposit is £20
- Wagering requirements are 40x the bonus amount
- Cash balance is wagered first with no wagering requirements
- Wagering requirements must be met in 30 days
Is this a good offer?
Yako Casino sign-up offer does not compare particularly well with other deals on the market right now. The minimum £20 deposit excludes those who want to start with a £10 deposit, though the 100% match up to £99 is about average. However, the wagering requirements are stricter than you will find at most other casinos.
You can get a better deal at PlayGrand from White Hat Gaming for example. Here you get 100% up to £100 at 35x bonus wagering requirements, and 30 Reactoonz spins. You can find this, and more deals like it, on our online slots bonuses page.
Other Promotions at Yako Casino
Yako Casino do not advertise any specific regular promotions. However, they do reference Recurring Promotions on their site with some general blurb about Bonus Bonanza (deposit bonus deals), Free Spins Galore (free spins for your favourite games) and on the house cash drops.
It’s therefore hard to comment on the quality of otherwise of the promotions at Yako but I suspect there is little going on. This sometimes happens at small white label sites where the customer base is small. If you prefer to know that you can pick up regular bonuses you could try Yako’s lable mate, All British Casino, were you get 10% back on your losses, or a bigger independent site like Play OJO where the rewards come thick and fast.
Slot Game and Software
Online Slots
Yako Casino has one of the smallest game catalogues of any slot site we have reviewed. In total there are somewhere around 30 game suppliers on the game list. And I would be surprised if there were as many as 500 slots to play. This compares unfavourably with other UK casinos. Try Play OJO or Casumo for example, both of which have over 2,500 games to spin on.
However, if you want a small site with just the top game providers. Then this will still suit you. There are games from names like NetEnt, Microgaming, Play n Go, Pragmatic Play, ELK Studios, Thunderkick and Blueprint Gaming. Notable omissions from the list include Yggdrasil and Quickspin amongst others.

The game menu and search function at Yako Casino is very basic
At this point I should also mention the game menu which I found extremely basic and sometimes difficult to use. There is no option to sort by game provider, a key function I think. There are also no filters for paylines, variance, RTP or other useful categories. On a few occasions I clicked the ‘More Games’ link in the expectation of seeing a bigger list of games in a group only for the page to fail to load.
For reference, I did pick out the following very good slots that you could try here:
- White Rabbit by Big Time Gaming
- Big Sam by ELK Studios
- Break da Bank Megaways by IGT
- Infectious 5 xWays by Nolimit City
- Punk Rocker by Nolimit City
- Fire Joker by Play n Go
- Mega Moolah by Microgaming
- Slingo Carnival by Slingo Originals
- Count Jokula by Play n Go
- Disco Danny by NetEnt

Other Games at Yako Casino
Yako is offering live tables from Evolution or Pragmatic Play. There are 20 different Blackjacks, 15 Roulettes and a range of gameshows that includes Crazy Time and Monopoly Live.
To be fair, this is an adequate live offering as it covers all the main game formats and the popular versions of those games. However, once again I found the menu quite difficult to use and a few times got stuck trying to search my favourite roulette, or logged out of the site entirely without warning.
Cashier Options
Like many things at Yako, the cashier proved to be quite basic. The good news is, deposits on all services, except Trustly (£25) start at £10. Withdrawals can also be made at a minimum of £10. This is favourable compared to other L and L sites which start at £20. However, there are some notable payment services unavailable in the cashier – Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for example.
There are no fees to pay for deposits.

Our Verdict
Of all the L and L Europe Casinos I have checked out, Yako Casino performs the least well. Whilst the sign-up bonus is adequate and the games selection is reasonable, there are better options out there with more favourable wagering terms and a wider choice of games. The numerous glitches I found with the website were also frustrating and sullied the overall experience and made me trust the brand less.
Here is our summary of the strengths and weaknesses of Yako Casino.
What We Liked
- The game catalogue featured Novomatic games like Book of Ra which are hard to find elsewhere
- The £10 minimum deposit makes this site accessible for all
- The theme is simple and the website easy to read
- Customer support answered are questions quickly and efficiently and they were genuine people rather than AI bots
- There is a phone support line if you prefer that to live chat
What We Didn’t Like
- There were quite a few usability issues to contend with which made it hard to find our way around the account pages and game menu
- I got logged out unexpectedly a few times
- Negative comments in TrustPilot were not answered by support
- 40x wagering requirements on a 100% match up to £99 are stricter that most sites
- There are no free spins with the sign-up offer
- The game catalogue is much smaller than other white labels
- There are no upcoming regular promotions
In summary, Yako Casino is a slot site that looks like it needs some attention to keep up with the service level of its label mates and other rivals in the UK. However, as a basic white label casino it can still serve your needs.
