The good thing about this offer was how easy it was to take part. We opted-in from the promotion page and opened the relevant games from the Free Spins Games category in the game menu. We hit the £25 target and a message popped up telling us our free spins had been credited. The stepped wagering levels are good too, especially with 7 days to meet them. We didn’t feel rushed.

The downside is that the offer lacks flexibility. We were tied into games that we wouldn’t have chosen to play otherwise. The value is quite low too - £1 in spins for £25 wagering is not especially generous.

Which Game Providers Feature At 10bet?

10bet is powered by a relatively small list of providers compared to other brands of a similar size. There are just 17 in fact. Big names like Playtech, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Blueprint and Games Global appear. But quality high variance specialists like Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming and Big Time Gaming are notable by their absence.

We were also disappointed to find that some providers were not integrated into the app, so when we switched over form desktop, we could no longer find Hacksaw or NetEnt games.

What Is The Slot List Like?

Despite the limitations of a small provider list the slots library is still an impressive size. The app puts the number at 1,703. The website does not publish an overall figure, but with the inclusion of the NetEnt catalogue and others it is likely to be over 2,000.

The best-known slots are those from Pragmatic Play, including their Big Bass games, Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza. Playtech also contribute a sizeable number including TV and movie slots like Breaking Bad and Rocky.

What Is The Game Menu Like To Use?

There are 14 category filters displayed across the top of the list. You can scroll them horizontally to find the one you want or use a drop-down with the same options. They are helpful for finding popular game groups like Age of Gods, or games related to a promotion like Drops and Wins. However, if you want to make more refined searches like theme, format or paylines, there's nothing to work with.

But the game logos themselves don’t display any helpful game info like paylines or volatility, even on rollover. In the end we found a good way to start was just to use the New or Trending options and simply try whatever looked fun.

Game Performance and Platform Stability

Our game testing included NetEnt’s Rome The Golden Age, Playtech’s Stellar Diamonds and Age of Gods Cash Collect. In all we played more than 30 slots. The average load times were 5.93 seconds which is within the average range for casinos we have tested.

However, we did see four failed game loads. NetEnt’s Dead or Alive, Blueprint’s Eye of Horus Gold Spins Megaways, and Eyecon’s Fluffy Favourites Lucky Tap and Fluffy Favourites Arcade all returned broken pages. Making Deposits and Withdrawals

We made deposits of £20 with Skrill and Mastercard when testing the site. In both cases the process was fast and efficient.

In the case of Skrill the cashier linked us to our eWallet account successfully where we confirmed the transaction, before returning us to the 10bet site where the funds were immediately available.

What Is The Website Like?

It’s high quality with a color palette of dark greys and whites, complimented by illustrated images rather than stock photos, giving it a strong identity.

10bet is firstly a sportsbook, and the classic betting site layout reflects that, being widescreen on desktop with a big promotional banner at the top and rows of games beneath. The navigation is clear. However, we didn’t like the regular use of popups for a lot of content, including promotions, terms and casino rules. Some won't mind, but they can be annoying.

The account area also pops up in a new window. It’s neat, but expands to accommodate deposit options, then contracts when you click back to another option, which looks a bit odd. The upload documents area was also slow to load in as it pulls content from Shufti Pro, a 3^rd party verification company.

These are small points, but they do make the user flow feel less smooth.

We used Google’s Page Insights to assess the website’s speed across main pages. Load times were 5 seconds or below, which is about average for casinos in our lists.

Does 10bet Have a Mobile App?

Yes, it is available for both iPhone and Android devices. We downloaded it to an iPhone 17 with iOS 26 installed for testing.

We enjoyed playing on the app. It’s well-designed and easy to use.

However, it does come with some caveats. Most importantly, some of our favourite games weren’t available, despite being on the desktop site. These included Hacksaw slots.

The game provider filter listing all 17 was not available either. We could browse by Pragmatic Play or Inspired Gaming using the menu categories, but nothing else. That takes away an important element of the search experience.

All other functionality was good. For example, we could easily toggle between casino and sports using the football or betting chip icons at the foot of the site. The support service at 10bet is very good. There are options to reach the team on email, live chat (8am to 1am) or phone (8am to 11pm).

We contacted the team on live chat five times during testing. Each time a real agent – there were no AI assistants – answered within 1 minute. Their responses were helpful, and generally answered our questions accurately, although on most occasions they had to go off and ‘check’ information which took a minute or two.

A response to our query about which games were not available on the app was a bit vague, but those around banking fees and limits, and loyalty rewards were clear.
