The All Slot Sites Verdict
Kwiff is a good choice if you want to bet at an independent sportsbook and casino with excellent coverage of the major slots providers, progressive jackpots and live dealer.
In our tests all withdrawals were approved instantly. And when depositing regularly, the promotions program was competitive. It gave us frequent big cash spins offers and a Super Charged Spinner bonus wheel that randomly dropped extra rewards.
Kwiff’s not perfect though. Payment options are limited and exclude Paypal, and the website and app were sometimes unreliable in testing. We also found the RTP settings on many games to be well below what we would have liked.

What Is Kwiff and Is It Safe?
Kwiff is a legitimate gambling site offering sports betting and casino games. It was established in 2015 and is owned by Eaton Gate Gaming Ltd, a London-based company licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (account number 44448). The site’s founders include Anders Ström, who previously played a pivotal role in building Unibet.
Kwiff runs on an in-house platform developed exclusively for the brand. It initially distinguished itself by being available only via the app, though it has since expanded to browser-based play too.
The name Kwiff refers to a Super Charge bet feature where the odds for a bet a player has placed will be significantly improved at random. This is called being ‘Kwiffed’. Kwiff also now has a Super Charge Spinner feature which randomly awards free spins to casino players.
What Do Players Say?
Kwiff has a positive rating on Trustpilot with a Trustscore of 3.8/5 from more than 7,000 reviews. That is stronger than many UK-licensed gambling sites of a similar size. More than 50% of the reviews rate Kwiff a 5/5, and we see a lot of positive comments about fast withdrawals, clear promotions and the quality of the website and app.
| Responsible Gambling Tools | RG tools at Kwiff go beyond the basic level required with loss limits, curfew and product exclusion options available alongside standard deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. The interface is simple and easy to follow. |
| GAMSTOP | Players can sign up to the GAMSTOP national self-exclusion program from a link on the Kwiff website and app. |
| Game Audits | Kwiff specify in their FAQs that all games on the site that use a Random Number Generator are tested every 3 months by eCOGRA, an independent test house. |
| Bonus Terms | Wagering requirements for bonuses at Kwiff are within the UKGC 10× limit and terms are clearly published with each offer. |
| Player Funds Protection | Customer balances are held in a separate account to the main business funds of the operator. This provides some protection in case of insolvency. The level or protection is ‘medium’ according to Gambling Commission definitions. |
| Complaints Process | Kwiff publish an official complaints procedure for anyone who is unhappy with the service they receive. It’s not that easy to find, appearing on the corporate.kwiff.com URL via a link in the terms. It lays out a standard 8 -week timeframe for complaints to be resolved and nominates eCORGA as an alternative dispute resolution provider. |
| Site Security | Kwiff runs on a secure site connection with a valid security certificate. |

What Deposit and Withdrawal Options Are There?
Payment methods are limited. Although they cover debit card, Apple Pay, Revolut and bank transfer, the range of options is smaller than at other betting sites. In particular, the omission of Paypal is unusual.
There are no fees, and deposit and withdrawals both start from £10. That is useful if you are a lower stakes player or want to test the site without spending much. Kwiff don’t publish maximum withdrawal values on the site, but we found out from support that there are no fixed upper limits.
This table summarises the cashier options, fees and limits at Kwiff.
| Payment Option | Min Deposit | Min Withdrawal | Fees | Approval Time* | Withdrawal Times** |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £10 | £10 | 0 | Instant | Up To 3 Days |
| Mastercard | £10 | £10 | 0 | Instant | Up To 3 Days |

| Instant Bank Transfer | £10 | £10 | 0 | Instant | Instant |

How Fast Are Withdrawals?
In short, very quick!
We made withdrawals of £20 and £30 to Apple Pay and debit card, each of which was processed instantly and without any extra verification checks.

The cashier interface was nice to use. It’s got a simple design and we made deposits and withdrawals in just a few intuitive clicks each time.
We could also browse our transaction history easily, although there was no option to filter by game or payment type. It’s not a huge issue but it means when we tried to track down a specific bet or payment we had a lot of scrolling to do.

Is The Sign-Up Offer Good?
The welcome offer at Kwiff delivers great value at 200 spins on Play’n GO’s popular slot, Book of Dead, with winnings paid in cash. Qualification is straightforward too, requiring just a £10 deposit and £20 of wagering to trigger the spins.
The only limitation is a £250 win cap. If a player hit the max payout on Book of Dead with a 10p spin, they could win £500 (5,000x £0.1) so technically, that cap could negate some winnings, but it would be a very rare event. However, it is less favourable than the 'no win limit' offers currently available on competitor sites listed in the table below.
How Does Kwiff Sign Up Offer Compare To Other Sites?
| Site | Offer | Spin Value | Eligible Game | Min Deposit / Wager | Max Win |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kwiff | 200 Spins | 10p | Book of Dead | £10 / £20 | £250 |
| Midnite | 100 Spins | 10p | Big Bass Splash | £20 / £20 | No Limit |
| MrQ | 100 Spins | 10p | Big Bass Splash | £10 / £0 | No Limit |
| Pub Casino | 50 Spins | 20p | Oktobeer Fortunes | £10 / £10 | No Limit |
What Ongoing Promotions Do Players Get at Kwiff Casino?
There’s lots, though much is personalised and unscheduled, so you don’t always know what’s coming up.
The base line is one or two weekly free spins offers. For example, a £20 deposit unlocked a spin on the Super Charged Spinner, a prize wheel that awarded between 10 and 100 free spins. And wagering £30 or more on the Game of the Week got us 10 free spins on the selected slot.
After several deposits we started to receive additional free spins deals on an ad-hoc basis. These had more value and were a mix of ‘no deposit’ and ‘deposit and wager’ offers. For example, we could claim 25, 65 or 125 free spins for deposits of £20, £50 or £100.
Kwiff also randomly award Super Charged Tokens. We were given one worth 9 free spins in our first week on the site.

The key point here is that there are lots of rewards, but it’s not a traditional loyalty set-up with level-ups or an exchange of points for bonuses. And there is no weekly or monthly cashback. It felt like the more we played, the more we received, but without knowing exactly what was coming up. That might not suit all players.
All the free spins deals paid in cash, usually with no win cap, and they were easy to understand. There isn’t a wager tracker like you find on other sites, although a popup does let you know when you’ve reached the target. You also have to re-launch a game to trigger the free spins which is a bit annoying when you are mid-session.
For those who enjoy slots tournaments there are plenty of these too. Players can opt-in when opening Pragmatic Play, Games Global and Playtech games.

Excellent catalogue for slots and live dealer players but a shame that the search and filter menu isn't better.
Which Slots and Game Providers Does Kwiff Have?
There is lots of variety with over 5,000 slots from close to 90 game providers. That’s more choice than we expect from a sportsbook brand.
Trending names like Nolimit City, Peter and Sons, Play’n GO and Elk Studios are pushed prominently in the game lobby with their own sections. There is an option to filter by game provider, including Blueprint Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Games Global.

The slot list offers up plenty of classics like the Big Bass series, Book of Dead and Starburst, as well as many recent releases listed under new games.
We were not huge fans of the game menu which offers limited search tools and feels incomplete. The list of providers to filter by only shows around 20 names from a list of 88, and the ‘mechanics’ filter currently only supports Megaways searches. Whilst there is a useful option to search by theme, the list could be improved with more options like ‘Wild West’ or ‘Space’, for example.
We did work out in the end that browsing via the Featured section and its sub-categories (like New Games, Most Popular and Big Bass Jackpots) was the most effective way to find new games that we liked.
| Classics | Starburst, Book of Dead, Bonanza, Big Bass Bonanza, Fishin Frenzy, Reactoonz, 9 Pots of Gold, Gates of Olympus |
| Megaways | The Goonies Megaways, White Rabbit, Max Megaways 2, Raging Rhino Megaways, Eye of Horus Megaways, The Dog House Megaways, Fury of Odin Megaways, Ted Megaways |
| High Max Win | Tombstone RIP (250,000x), Tombstone Slaughter (500,000x), Starburst XXXtreme (200,000x), Mental 2 (99,999x), Peking Luck (180,000x), Misery Mining (70,000x), San Quentin 2: Death Row (200,000x) |
What Are RTP Rates Like?
In a word, disappointing.
In a sample of 25 slots with a range of available RTP rates, 22 were running at under 93%. These included Starburst (92.05%), Book of Dead (91.25%) and Big Bass Bonanza (92.05%). We even found one Hacksaw Gaming slot, Warrior Ways, running at 88.39%, which is very low.
RTP rates are not published on the website, app or game loading screens. We had to browse through the info screens after loading the game, which is less convenient.

Does Kwiff Have Progressive Jackpots?
Yes, Kwiff has good jackpot coverage.
Several big networks are listed including Mega Moolah, Jackpot King, Age of Gods, WowPot and Lotsaloot. There are also Red Tiger’s Daily Drop games for those who want to chase smaller prizes with better odds of winning.
Jackpot tickers are displayed on each game logo to make browsing easy.

What Live Dealer and Virtual Tables Are Available?
The live casino section is excellent, drawing on tables and gameshows from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and Playtech. There are 100s of blackjack tables with stakes from 50p up to £1,000s per hand, as well as roulette, baccarat and poker. The gameshow selection includes Sweet Bonanza Candyland and Crazy Time.
There are currently no Kwiff-branded live dealer tables.
The list of virtual tables is sizeable too including 42 blackjack variants such as First Person Blackjack, and around 50 roulette titles including 10p Roulette, Space Invaders Roulette and branded Kwiff First Person Roulette and Kwiff 10p Roulette.
Are There Scratchcards, Crash Game and Instants?
There are crash games, plinko, pachinko and scratchcards. But no Slingo, which is a big miss.
Kwiff don’t push any of these games much. There is a separate category for crash games like Fly X and Big Bass Crash, but when we were looking for scratchcards and other instant wins we had to use the search bar. That makes it harder to find new ones you might like to try.

An eye-catching brand but Kwiff's platform wasn't as reliable as expected with a few usability and stability issues.
What Is The Website Like?
The site looks good. It has a distinctive visual style, with a modern purple, white and black color palette. It’s functional, with generally good navigation too.
But like other legacy betting platforms, it can be unreliable. We recorded slow page and game lobby loading times, published in the table below. The game menu scroll bar was also unresponsive a few times, and some slots didn’t open on first click. We had to refresh the page and then they loaded on the second attempt.
In addition, some parts of the site, including promotions pages and the help centre, loaded up in new windows which could be disorientating. At times it felt that the platform had been stitched together from different parts.
| Page | Av Load Time | Benchmarking |
|---|---|---|
| Home Page | 5.55s | Slow |
| Game Lobby | 7.5s | Slow |
| Promotions Page | 7.65s | Slow |
Does Kwiff Have a Mobile App?
Yes, Kwiff was developed as a mobile-first platform. Perhaps it’s no surprise then that the app looks great.
The mobile experience closely mirrors the desktop version, with access to the same betting markets, casino games and promotions. Navigation is simple and the layout feels less crowded than many gambling apps.
It has strong user ratings, scoring 4.6/5 from 9.9k reviews on the App Store and 4.0/5 from 3.6k reviews on Google Play. We did notice the occasional functional issues though. For example, when claiming a free spins promotion, the app got caught in a loop when trying to launch the relevant game.
However, these were not common and generally the app's performance was good.

What Contact Options Are There?
Customer support at Kwiff is available between 9am and 1am daily on live chat and email. There is no phone option.
We used both live chat and email during testing. On live chat there were no AI assistants. We were put through to an agent directly with almost instant responses. On email the response time was around 10 minutes on average.
The agents often provided templated answers to our questions and it did feel a bit impersonal, but there was nothing wrong with the information we got back.
Is There A Help Center?
Yes, there is also a comprehensive and well-structured FAQs center with articles grouped into key topic areas like verification or payments. It is powered by a 3rd party company called Zendesk so it takes you away from the kwiff.com domain which disrupts the flow of the website, but on the whole it is a useful resource to learn more without waiting to speak to the support team.
