Kwiff is primarily a sportsbook so the layout has the feel of a sportsbook website with the menu navigation to the left on desktop and game info all on the right. That means the slot logos can feel a little crammed in, a bit like you find at Betfred or Rhino.bet for example. It takes a while to get used to but it’s still relatively easy to find your way around.

The game menu navigation has just one tab for ‘slots’ which is a bit basic. It could be improved by giving you links to sections like ‘Megaways’ or ‘Jackpots’. But there is a search box at the top of the screen which you can use to track down specific games if you know what you are looking for.

Registration and First Deposit

Registration will take just 1 or 2 minutes at Kwiff. Unusually they will ask for your mobile number during sign up so that they can send you a verification code. You CANNOT complete the sign up without the code, so make sure you put the correct number in. You’ll need the following details to complete:

• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Full Postal Address

It’s important that you put all this information in correctly, including your address, or you won’t complete the sign up. It is how Kwiff verify your identity via a check against the electoral role, a requirement of UK regulation to stop fraudulent gambling activity.

Kwiff are also aggressive with getting that first deposit in. I was unable to browse the slot games without first funding my account. I’ve never seen that before and it does feel a bit off-putting, but if you’ve already made your mind up to spend here, then it shouldn’t matter.

Account Pages

The account pages are administered via a pop out area to the right of the screen once you are logged in. You can submit documents to verify your account when required here, and set responsible gambling limits on deposits, losses and wagering, as well as edit your personal details. I found it comfortable to use and anyone familiar with slot sites in the UK will be at home with the set up provided by Kwiff.

To sum up, the website and account area are of a good standard.

Responsible Gambling At Kwiff Casino

As required by UK law, Kwiff Casino puts the player in control of their gambling spend. You will be prompted to set your own deposit limits by day, week or month when you sign up, but you can set further restrictions for yourself which is useful.

I did this by clicking ‘Staying In Control’ under ‘My Account’ once I was logged in. That enabled me to set a limit on my losses by day, week and month, block products – either Sportsbook of Casino – activate time outs to block log in for a set period, or even self-exclude to remove myself completely from Kwiff.

There is also a Reality Check feature, found at all UK-licensed slot sites that allows you to set a notification telling you that you have been playing for 10 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour.

All these are useful tools to help you play responsibly and they are well integrated into the account by Kwiff.

Online Slots 7/10

Catalogue and Game Providers

I estimate there to be around 500 slots to choose from on the Kwiff Casino site, and whilst this is a smaller selection that many other sites, it is fair to assume that more will be added in the future. Remember, this is an independent gambling site, not a white label, and primarily a sportsbook, so the casino side still has some way to go to catch up with rivals. 

The slots selection is not easy to find your way around. There are no sub-menus to click on, though if you scroll down the logo list you will find it is divided into sections like ‘most popular’, ‘games we love’, ‘drops and wins’, ‘myths and legends’, ‘divine rewards’ and ‘megaways’. 

There is no filter to search by game provider either so it’s hard to say how many there are. But I did spot games from names like Netent, Pragmatic Play, Eyecon, Barcrest, Big Time Gaming, Play n Go, Nolimit City, ELK Studios, 1×2 Gaming and Hacksaw Gaming which is promising. Notable exceptions from the list include Relax Gaming and Push Gaming though so fans of those studios will need to look elsewhere for their slots play.

Jackpot Slots

Without any of the big-name progressive jackpot networks represented here – there are no Mega Moolah, no Mega Fortunes and no Dream Drops – Kwiff has a bit of work to do in this area. There are around 10 smaller jackpot games including Ozwin’s Jackpots, Elysian Jackpots and Jackpot Raiders but if you want the multi million GBP slots then you’ll need to check out alternative slot sites like Play OJO and Casumo which are notable for their bigger selections.

New Slots

There is no ‘new’ section in the game catalogue for Kwiff Casino which is frustrating. If you like playing the latest releases on the day they drop it won’t be easy to find them here. However, just browsing the list we did spot a few new games like Nine to 5 from Nolimit City and Fear the Dark by Hacksaw Gaming. Both worth a spin. It suggests Kwiff do bring in new slots, but they just don’t do a great job of advertising them.

Megaways Slots

By typing ‘Megaways’ into the search bar at the top of the game menu screen you can bring up a list of available Megaways slots and there are 50 in total. These include favourites like Raging Rhino Megaways, Dazzle Me Megaways and Bonanza Megaways. It’s a good selection but falls short of what you will find at some of the best White Hat Gaming sites like PlayGrand which has over 170 Megaways slots.

Game Menu, Search Functions and Game Window

The game menu at Kwiff is basic as I have already explained. But what is nice about Kwiff is the way the slots load up into the main site frame which you can see in this screenshot of Nolimit City’s 9 to 5. That means you can easily deposit and withdraw, load up live chat, change your account settings, or even browse your site messages without leaving your game session. I found that really useful in my time playing on this site.

Online Slots RTP at Magic Red

Many online slots have more than one RTP setting. For example, Play n Go, Pragmatic Play and Nolimit City all build their games with more than one setting. The support team at Kwiff is available on both live chat and email, but not on the phone. The email address is help@kwiff.com .

The live chat is available from 9am to 1am 7 days a week. I tested it during the week and found the response times to be variable. The first time I loaded up the chat on a Monday afternoon it took around 15 minutes to get a response which is poor. However, later in the week the response time was less than 1 minute. The agents were always very helpful and knowledgeable and overall I would say the support service here is above average.

To find the live chat you’ll need to hit the Help link in the main navigation. Here you can also find the FAQs section which loads into the same window as live chat. Whilst it provides some useful information it hasn’t been clearly divided into sections with headers and jump links so it’s hard to read. Like the game menu it’s another area of the Kwiff Casino experience where usability isn’t of a particularly high standard.

KYC Process 8/10
