Casimba operates under a UK license with strong fair play and safety features in place, but a limited profile on forums and review sites made it hard to assess its reputation in the UK.

Casimba is a casino with a focus on slots live dealer, though it does offer sports betting too. It launched in 2017 and is available on both website and app. The operator behind the brand is White Hat Gaming who have been around since 2012. They are licensed in the UK on account 52894.

Even if you have not heard of White Hat Gaming you may well have played at one of their sites. There are more than 20 including names like 247Bet, Grand Ivy and Dream Vegas. They are all safe and reliable and follow the regulator’s strict codes of practice. Responsible gambling tools, balance protections and fair bonus terms are all part of the platform.

White Hat Gaming was fined £1.3 million by the UK Gambling Commission in 2020 for AML and safer gambling failings. We factor that into our Safety and Trust scoring across White Hat brands, but still consider Casimba a safe and fair site to use under its current UK licence.

What Do Players Say About Casimba?

We could only find limited coverage of Casimba on authority forums and review sites. This is typical for a small white label site and mirrors others on the White Hat Gaming license. It makes it difficult to reach a firm conclusion about the brands reputation in the UK.

On Trustpilot Casimba scores 1.4/5 from around 400 reviews. That’s a poor score and it reflects criticisms relating to delayed withdrawals, protracted verification checks and slow support response times. At Ask Gamblers, Casimba has an average score of 5.8/10 from just over 50 reviews, with many similar complaints.

What Deposit and Withdrawal Methods are available at Casimba?

If you’re looking for a casino with niche payment services, White Hat sites are always a good bet, and Casimba is no exception.

As well as debit card, Paypal and Trustly, the cashier accepts payments on Apple Pay (mobile only), Google Pay, Revolut and Neosurf. Not many sites cover all those options.

The downside, at least for those who like making small deposits, is that the minimum transaction is always £20. But at least there are no fees.

How Long Do Withdrawals Take at Casimba?

In their help pages Casimba state a minimum of 24 hours for withdrawals to be approved. However, in our own experience of White Hat Gaming casinos it is usually much quicker than that. In our tests, we have seen withdrawals approved in between 1 ½ and 6 hours.

After that, it’s down to your payment provider to make the funds available. For debit cards that can take anywhere between 1 and 3 days. For eWallets it is normally instant.

Does Casimba Casino Have a Sign-Up Offer?

Yes, it comes in two parts, with free spins and a match bonus.

New players can claim 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza when they make a first deposit of £20 and wager £10. The spins are worth 10p each, are valid for 72 hours, and pay winnings in cash with a cap of £100.

There is also a 50% match bonus of up to £50 with the second deposit of £20 or more. The bonus is subject to a 10x wagering requirement.

The free spins part of this offer is not great value compared to other deals available to players in the UK right now. Other White Hat Gaming sites give away 75 spins for the same deposit amount and elsewhere you can claim 100 or even 200 spins for a £10 deposit with no cap on your winnings. However, the trade-off is that here you also get your 50% bonus with the second deposit, which is nice because you can use that one on a wider variety of games than the spins.

What Are Regular Promotions Like?

White Hat have recently upped their game in this area and having now tested many of their sites, we weren’t surprised to receive frequent free spins deals after our first deposit.

Daily Bonus Wheel Awards Free Spins

The main mechanism for bonuses was the daily prize wheel, branded as ‘Spin and Roar’. The bonuses range from 5 ‘no deposit’ free spins on Pragmatic Play slots to 50 spins on Pragmatic Play slots for a £30 deposit.

We played Spin and Roar on 7 different days. Three times it returned ‘No Win’. On the other four occasions it returned deposit-based deals of £20 for 40 spins or £30 for 50 spins.

These are good deals, but they do come with a catch. As well as requiring a significant deposit, they also only pay winnings as bonus funds, with a wagering requirement of 10x, and a win cap of £50 or £100. This is the policy at White Hat sites – they all follow the same pattern. Don’t expect ‘no wager’ free spins with low deposit triggers.

We also recommend keeping an eye on the message in-box in the account where occasional extra bonuses appear. We received 10 ‘no deposit’ free spins out of the blue in this way on one day, which was a nice surprise.

Tournaments and Prize Draws

There are also regular prize draws and tournaments, although these are really configured for the bigger spenders on the site.

The tournaments had a substantial prize pool with the top 100 players all taking home something, from £1,000 cash for top spot down to 5 free spins for players in 50^th to 100^th place. However, points are awarded for total wagering and only for stakes of 50p or more per spin. That means, small stakes players don’t get a look in, and only those with the biggest wallets would likely win.

Prize draws were also configured to suit high rollers. For example, a £500 weekly prize draw has a high bar to entry with £4,000 wagering needed to earn one ticket. And an annual £30,000 cash prize draw requires players to wager £500,000 for one ticket.

Loyalty Program

We were also automatically enrolled into the loyalty program at Casimba. More recent White Hat Gaming sites like 247Bet have a program with level-ups and gifts at each new level. Casimba’s is an older version where you simply earn 1 point for every £5 staked on slots. Every 1,000 points earned is converted into £5 bonus funds.

Which Slots and Game Providers Does Casimba Have?

In terms of volume, Casimba’s library of close to 5,000 slots from over 100 providers puts it firmly in the mid to upper tier of slots sites.

But it’s not just about quantity of games. The quality is of a very high standard too. All the top tier studios are here including Pragmatic Play, Games Global, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming and IGT. And there is significant coverage of smaller studios too like Peter and Sons, Eyecon and Thunderkick.

During testing we had a spin on more than 20 different games including Tombstone RIP, Big Bass Bonanza, Mental 2 and Tropicool 5. But we could have gone in any direction, from low key, low volatility games like Starburst to the highest variance options like Tombstone Slaughter or Max Megaways. The search and filter options to explore the library are a bit limited. There are useful top level categories like New, Big Bass and Cluster Games, or options to search by game name or provider. That’s fine if you know what you’re looking for, but deeper searches to find games like your favourites are harder without filters for theme, format or volatility, for example.

What Are RTP Rates Like?

Unfortunately, Casimba follows the pattern of all the other White Hat Gaming sites we have tested with below average RTP rates.

In our sample of 25 games, almost all sat at around 92%, which is well below the optimum RTP rates of 96% found on most slots. Our list included Book of Dead (91.25%), Big Bass Day at the Races (92.03%), Big Bamboo (92.12%) and Le Cowboy (92.3%).

Does Casimba Have Progressive Jackpots?

Yes, Casimba features most of the major progressive jackpot networks available.

If you want to shoot for the stars you can do so by playing the iconic Mega Moolah slots from Games Global, which are seeded at £2,000,000. Likewise, their WowPot games. Yes, and the live casino offering at Casimba provides enough choice for most players.

The virtual table selection is OK, though limited to just blackjack, roulette, baccarat and video poker.

We found around 50 games in total, all listed under ‘Table Games’ in the main menu. We played a few hands of Atlantic City Blackjack from Switch Studios, but there were a lot of other interesting games we could have tried. They included alternative slot-themed roulettes like 9 Pots of Gold roulette and Mega Moolah roulette.

What Other Games Does Casimba Have?

If we wanted to take a break from traditional casino games there were a surprisingly large number of alternative options to bet on too. These were listed under ‘Scratch and Fun’.

There were 140 in total including Slingos, pachinkos, plinkos, scratchcards, dice games and crash games. These are great fun with interesting themes and simple gameplay. Some of the crash games are particularly good including the popular Fly X.

Fun, slots-themed website with app option available, but some snags and sluggishness experienced when browsing.

What Is The Website Like at Casimba?

Visually, it’s a bit of a feast. The home page draws heavily on the safari theme inspired by slots like Mega Moolah and King of Cats, with an epic savannah backdrop.

It’s easy to use as well, with the white, black and orange color palette making important information easy to read, and straight-forward navigation making exploring the site simple too. We also liked the game list layout which has really big logos in a nice grid that makes it easy to see what you're browsing. And a little gears icon allows you to sort the list by date, A to Z or recommended options, which is useful.

The site’s overall performance was mixed. Pages demonstrated fast loading time, but the game lists themselves often took a few extra seconds to drop in which could rattle the impatient gambler. We also encountered quite a few snags whilst using the site, like live dealer games from Evolution failing to load on one day and a link from a no deposit free spins offer opening the wrong game on another. Small points, but they show that the platform isn’t quite at the premium level of the best independent casinos.

Does Casimba Have a Mobile App?

Yes, Casimba can also be accessed via an app for both iPhone and Android. We downloaded the app and installed it on an iPhone 17 with iOS 26.

The experience mirrors that on the desktop website with the same navigation adapted to the smaller screen size. It’s of a good quality and easy to use. We did find the account pages a little overcrowded, and when closing a game to return to the lobby the app felt very slow with a significant delay of 5 or more seconds each time. But those were the only issues and they didn't stop us using the app or make us switch back to desktop.

Good on-site help center and live chat options but response times are slow.

The level of customer support from Casimba looks good with 24/7 live chat and email available, plus a help center with useful articles answering common questions.

However, getting through to an agent was a cause of some frustration. Wait times were close to 10 minutes and on one occasion the site logged us out before an agent responded. And email response times were worse still, sometimes longer than 24 hours.

Once we were through, at least there were no annoying AI bots and the agents were helpful and quick to answer our queries.

We also found a Help Center via the Contact Us page that included lots of detailed information about topics like bonuses, withdrawal processing and responsible gambling. It was particularly useful when the live chat option was being slow.
