The All Slot Sites Verdict
White Hat Gaming’s latest casino-sportsbook gets the best out of the operator’s platform. It’s packed with quality slots, live tables and gameshows. It’s not for low spenders though, with a minimum £20 deposit and chunky free spins deals of 100 or more that require deposits of £20 to £50 to trigger them. But if you spend regularly at that level or more then you’ll be well-rewarded. Our tests uncovered a few weaknesses including low RTP rates on popular slots like the Big Bass series, and long wait times on live chat. But if you can live with those shortcomings, 247Bet will make a good choice.

What Is 247Bet and Is It Safe?
247Bet is an online sportsbook and casino run by White Hat Gaming Ltd, a well-established white label operator with a UK Gambling Commission license on account number 52894.
247Bet was established in summer 2025, making it one of White Hat Gaming’s newest brands. The operator runs more than 20 sites in the UK including Dream Vegas, Temple Nile and Grand Ivy. They are also licensed in Europe and North America.
The following features keep betting safe on the 247Bet platform.
| Responsible Gambling Tools | 247Bet offers an above-average range of RG tools including deposit limits, self-exclusion, loss limits and flexible timeout periods around paydays. These tools are more comprehensive than many competitors, though they are presented too well, with links to each tool are often buried in a paragraph of text. |
| GAMSTOP | 247Bet is part of GAMSTOP. Players can exclude from all UK-licensed betting sites through a link on the website. |
| Game Audits | Under the terms of its license, all games at 247Bet are regularly audited by independent test houses to test for fairness and accurate RTP rates. |
| Bonus Terms | Promotions at 247Bet comply with UK rules stating that wagering requirements must be capped at 10x. Terms for each offer are clear and well presented on the promotions pages. |
| Complaints Process | 247Bet have a clearly published Complaints Procedure which includes a commitment to responding to the most complex complaints in a maximum of 8 weeks. The operator also nominates eCOGRA as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider. |
| Site Security | 247Bet has a valid security certificate and uses a secure internet connection. |
| Player Balance Protection | Player balances are held in a separate account to the main business funds of the operator. This is to protect them in case of insolvency. The level of protection is defined as ‘medium’ by the Gambling Commission. |
White Hat Gaming Fined By The Regulator
In 2021, White Hat Gaming was fined £1.3 million by the Gambling Commission for failings relating to safer gambling and anti-money laundering processes. It committed to improving its processes in these areas as part of the settlement. There have been no further public enforcement actions against the operator.
Whilst 247Bet was not mentioned in the regulator’s report because it was not live at the time of the fine, we do take the action into account when scoring 247Bet for Safety and Trust.
What Do Players Say About 247Bet?
247Bet is a new casino with limited coverage on forums and review sites. It's Trustpilot rating so far is poor, with a 1.7/5 Trustscore from more than 350 reviews, including over 80% scoring the site 1/5.
The most common complaints relate to slow customer support and delays with withdrawal processing, particularly when subject to advanced verification checks. We have seen similar issues in reviews of other White Hat Gaming brands.
In testing our own withdrawals were processed quickly and we didn’t experience delays with basic verification checks, though we can’t report on advanced checks because our account wasn’t subject to them. However, we did find live chat to be slow and we talk more about that towards the end of our review.

What Deposit and Withdrawal Methods are available at 247Bet?
The selection is better than at many other casinos. Here you can deposit and withdraw with debit card (Mastercard and Visa), Paypal, Apple Pay, Neteller, Trustly, Bank Transfer and Paysafecard.
There are no transaction fees. However, the minimum deposit and withdrawal threshold is £20 on all payment methods. This is not unusual for White Hat Gaming sites and it aligns with our findings that 247Bet is not a site for small stakes players.
Here is a summary of the cashier options, fees and limits at 247Bet.

How long do withdrawals take at 247Bet?
Withdrawal processing times in our experience were not instant, but they weren’t bad.
In our tests the longest took 2 hours and 29 minutes. This is still reasonable, and the process was simple, easy to follow and transparent. We could view our transaction in a Pending Withdrawals area of the account until it was processed, which at least gives peace of mind whilst waiting.

Lots of on-going offers for regular players but often with high deposit triggers and winnings paid in bonus funds.
Is There A Sign Up Offer at 247Bet?
Yes, new players can claim 75 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza by depositing £20 or more then wagering £20 on slot games.
Free spins are valid for 72 hours and winnings are paid in cash with a cap of £100. Anything over £100 will be forfeited before the winnings are transferred onto the cash balance.
This is not a bad offer, although there are better deals on the UK market right now. The £20 deposit threshold to qualify and the £100 max win limit are less enticing than some of the options listed below.
How Does 247Bet Casino Welcome Offer Compare To Other Sites?
| Site | Offer | Spin Value | Eligible Game | Min Deposit / Wager | Win Limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 247Bet | 75 Spins | 10p | Big Bass Bonanza | £20 / £20 | £100 |
| MrQ | 100 Spins | 10p | Big Bass Splash | £10 / £0 | No Limit |
| PlayOJO | 80 Spins | 10p | Big Bass Bonanza | £10 / £0 | No Limit |
| Midnite | 100 Spins | 10p | Big Bass Splash | £20 / £20 | No Limit |
| Kwiff Casino | 200 Spins | 10p | Book of Dead | £10 / £20 | £250 |
| Pub Casino | 50 Spins | 20p | Oktobeer Fortunes | £10 / £10 | No Limit |
What Ongoing Promotions Do Players Get at 247Bet?
There are a lot. We were offered free spins almost every day of the week via the in-box in our account and a daily Bonus Wheel. And that was on top of a loyalty program, slots tournaments and seasonal promotions like World Cup arcade games that kicked out yet more free spins.
Everything comes via a neat My247Rewards hub which pops up in front of the site with details of all the promotions available at that time. We could track progress in hitting wagering requirements here too and view our status in the loyalty program with a tracker showing how far off our next level we were.

With the exception of the welcome offer, free spins deals paid winnings in bonus funds with a 10x wagering requirement. This makes it harder to walk away with any cash. However, the trade-off was that deals were generally bigger than we see at other sites because the wagering requirements give 247Bet some protection against big wins. That said, we also noticed that deposit triggers were sometimes quite high.
For example, one offer gave us 100 spins on Pragmatic Play slots for a £50 deposit. That was significantly higher than any amount we had deposited up to that point.
In fact, it’s a feature of 247Bet that promotions are geared towards higher spending players.
For example, to take part in tournaments, players are required to spend at least 50p per spin. And to enter a weekly £500 prize draw, players must deposit at least £100 and wager at least £400.
If you prefer to make deposits of £10 and claim smaller free spins deals which pay winnings in cash, we recommend sites like MrQ and Midnite instead.
Finally, there is also a loyalty program at 247Bet where players progress through levels by earning XP points from wagering. At each new level bonuses and free spins are unlocked.

Which Game Providers Feature at 247Bet?
There are 109 game providers listed, a big number, comparable with the biggest casinos we have reviewed, with the exception only of Mega Riches which has more than 250.
Big names include NetEnt, Games Global, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City and Big Time Gaming. And there are many niche names too like Gameburger, Print Studios, Fantasma Gaming and Peter and Sons.
Is The Slots Selection Good?
Yes, it’s excellent, covering more than 4,800 games. We could bounce from classics like Book of Dead, Starburst and Big Bass Bonanza, to the latest cuts like MegaDon Triple Threat (Play n Go) and Dark Spiral (Hacksaw), and on to high variance classics like Tombstone RIP and Mental 2.
The full range of formats is available too, from simple 3-reel games right up to complex Megaways. In short, 247Bet caters to a wide range of preferences.

We found browsing the library to be relatively easy using the keyword search tool, game provider filter and the game categories like Jackpots, Big Bass, New and Popular. There’s also a random game picker for days when you want to try something new but can’t decide what.
The menu could be improved further with advanced filtering options like RTP, volatility or game format, but overall it’s not bad.
| Classics | Book of Dead, Big Bass Splash, Pixies of the Forest, Moon Princess 100, Reactoonz, Starburst, Gates of Olympus, Fire Joker, Fire In The Hole, Wanted Dead or a Wild |
| Megaways | Temple Tumble Megaways, Great Rhino Megaways, The Dog House Megaways, Buffalo King Megaways, Bonanza Megaways, Dragon Pots Megaways |

| Series | Big Bass, John Hunter, Le Fisherman, Fishin Frenzy, Money Train, Razor Shark, Tropicool, Nitropolis, Pirots |
How Are Slots RTP Rates?
Quite poor, unfortunately.
247Bet joins the growing list of casinos that run many slots at less-than-optimal RTP rates, sometimes as much as 5% lower than the top available rate. We had to dig into the game information pages to find them too as they are not published anywhere on the website.
We sampled 25 games across seven different operators. All but one, Tombstone RIP (94.08%), was running at less than 93%. Included in our sample list were Big Bass Bonanza (92.05%), Book of Dead (91.25%) and Rome The Golden Age (91.05%).
| Slot Game | Slot Provider | RTP Rate at 247Bet |
|---|---|---|
| Tombstone RIP | Nolimit City | 94.08% |

| Honey Rush 100 | Play'n GO | 91.20% |
| Sweet Alchemy 2 | Pragmatic Play | 91.20% |
| Rome the Golden Age | NetEnt | 91.05% |
What Progressive Jackpot Slots are Available?
The jackpot selection is good, featuring games from 5 of the biggest networks: Mega Moolah (Games Global), WowPot (Games Global), Dream Drop (Relax Gaming) and Jackpot King (Blueprint Gaming).
There are close to 140 of these games to choose from. The current jackpot value for the biggest prize in each game is displayed in a ticker under the game logos which makes it easy to see what can be won from each slot. The biggest prizes in the Mega Moolah and WowPot games start from £2,000,000 and sometimes exceed £10,000,000.
What Live Dealer and Virtual Tables Are Available?
Live casino tables and gameshows at 247Bet are provided by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. This creates a very wide selection of blackjacks, roulettes, baccarats, Sic Bo, pokers and TV-style gameshows.

The selection of virtual tables is much smaller, around 50 in total, including 3D Blackjack from Iron Dog, Blackjack Gold from Microgaming and Grid Iron Roulette from Microgaming.
Slingo, Scratchcards and Other Instant Win Games
We also found over 100 instant win games like Slingo, Plinko, Pachinko and scratchcards. With so many it would be useful if they were given their own category. But that is not the case, so unless you know what you’re looking for, you’ll only play one by stumbling across it. That’s a shame because there are some fun games in there.

Better quality than your average white label website and app, if a little slow at times.
What’s The Website Like?
This is a modern White Hat Gaming website, and in all areas it is a big improvement on the old sites in their portfolio. Visually, the dark blue background and green and white color palette are pleasing to the eye. Of course, it lacks the distinctive branding you see at large independent casinos and sportsbooks, but for a white label, it’s good quality.
We found the site easy to navigate, though on several occasions the withdrawal page came up blank and had to be re-loaded. Elsewhere, the help center opens in a new window and on a separate domain which can feel a bit disorientating, but overall the experience was good.
Is There a Mobile App for 247 Bet?
Yes, there is a mobile app for both iPhone and Android. It offers the same experience as the website with the full game catalogue, cashier options and support service.

We downloaded the app to an iPhone 17 running iOS 26. Installation took less than five seconds. Whilst generally the app ran smoothly during testing, we found it to be a bit sticky at times, particularly when navigating back from a game to the lobby or loading a new game list. Game loading times were slightly slower than on desktop too, though that is not unusual for a mobile casino.

Good email support and comprehensive help centre but slow live chat response times.
Customer support at 247Bet is available via live chat and email on a 24/7 basis. The site does not currently offer telephone support.
Our experience with live chat during testing was poor. Response times were very slow, and on several occasions we waited so long that the site logged us out before an agent replied. On another, a message appeared saying there was a high volume of queries, and we should try again later. This poor level of service aligns with what some players have posted on Trustpilot.
We were more successful contacting the team on email. Although response times were still 2 to 3 hours, the agents answered our queries properly in each case.
Those who can’t get through to an agent at least have the option of the Help Center which has some useful articles organised by category, with a keyword search box to help find information.
