Which Game Providers Feature At Duelz Casino?

The operator confirmed to us that the platform is powered by 90 slots providers. This includes a strong set of top tier names including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming and Games Global.

What Is The Game Menu Like To Use?

It has a simple structure, albeit with a couple of usability issues.

Search is done by using the main category buttons at the top of the game list, Slots, Live and Table Games and Arcade. Each one has its own sub-categories to help explore more easily.

There are sub-categories for Megaways, fishing and volatile slots, which we found useful. However, more options to filter by format or theme would have been helpful.

There is also a search box at the top of the page, though it’s not fixed so it moves offscreen if you scroll the category buttons horizontally on mobile, which is annoying. We used it a lot during testing. It’s quick, returning results instantly as you type.

There are a few shortcomings.  There is no option to list by game provider, which is a shame when there are 90 of them to browse through. And there is no personalisation, so games cannot be saved to a ‘Favourites’ list. We didn’t see an option to return to ‘recently played’ games either.

Game Performance and Platform Stability

We tested loading times on 22 different slots. The average was 5.68 seconds, which is within the normal range based on our tests of other sites.  

We did encounter 3 failed loads including Evolution Gaming’s Lightning Roulette. And once whilst playing Print Studio’s Royal Potato the game refreshed in the middle of a spin without warning. The spin played out once the game loaded in again but it interrupted the flow.

These weren’t regularly occurring issues, but it did feel that the platform could be unstable at times.

What Are RTP Rates Like?

RTP rates on most games we checked were low.

Across the standard sample of 25 slots that we use in our reviews, the average RTP was 91.39%. This included particularly poor rates on Play’ n GO slots like Book of Dead (87.25%) and Gigantoonz (87.25%). Big Bass slots were low too, with Big Bass Bonanza at 92.05%.

A few games did have favourable rates including Le Fisherman (96.33%) and Big Bamboo (94.08%), but on balance the profile was weak.

Making Deposits and Withdrawals

During testing we made deposits with Skrill and Mastercard whilst playing on the mobile version of the site.

The website is fast. Using Google’s Page Insights we assessed page speeds across key areas and each one loaded in under 3 seconds.

No, strangely for a site with an innovative approach to being a casino, Duelz does not have an app for Apple or Android.

We did our testing using the mobile website on an iPhone 17 with iOS 26 installed.

The site ran smoothly and looked good. Once logged-in, key account links like Deposit, Inbox and Valuables are fixed at the bottom of the page which is useful. There is also a permanent link to the live chat there.  And we could turn the site music score on or off using a speaker button at the top.

The email address is not well publicised. We had to do some digging to find it and there is no help center or FAQs. It feels like Duelz want to channel contact through live chat as much as possible.
