4 Stack Mystery Symbols
Mystery Symbols in Shamrock Saints can reveal pay symbols, wilds or golden leprechauns. They come in stacks of 4 on any reel. When a stack lands, it reveals its symbols, then remains for the next spin, at which point it nudges down one row, revealing symbols again. This goes on until all Mystery Symbols are nudged off the reels.
Golden Leprechauns Reveal One of 6 Prizes
Golden Leprechauns may be revealed as part of a Mystery Symbol stack. But what are they? In fact, they spin in position before revealing a prize of their own. There are 6 possible prizes:
- Instant Prize – a simple 1x to 2,500x multiple of your stake – instant payout
- Multiplier – this will be applied to all Instant Prizes and Collectors currently visible on the reels. The multiplier can be 2x, 3x, 5x or 10x. Once used, the multiplier is removed and a new prize is chosen in its position.
- Collectors – brings together the value of all Collectors and Instant Prizes currently visible on the reels. Instant Prizes collected up are removed and a new prize is chosen in their position.
- Nudge Up – Mystery Symbols nudge up. This one only happens during free spins.
- Scatters – standard scatters to help trigger free spins
- Chests – If a chest appears it triggers a Pick Me bonus round described in the next section
Chest Pick Me Bonus
Through the Chest feature, unlocked via Golden Leprechauns, you get a pick of FIVE chests. The possible wins depend on which game phase you are in, base game or free spins.

Free Spins With Multiplier
The free spins round has big potential. You can trigger it either by a lucky pick in the Chest Pick Me feature, or by landing scatters as follows:
- 3 Scatters – unlimited spins* and a 1x multiplier
- 4 Scatters – unlimited spins* and 5x multiplier
- 5 Scatters – unlimited spins* and 10x multiplier
*The round continues until no more Mystery Symbol stacks are in view.
Both 2nd and 4th reels will be occupied by Mystery Symbol stacks from the first spin, which nudge down as usual after each spin. And more may be added at any time. But importantly, now your multiplier increases by 1x with each nudge. All wins accumulated on a spin are subject to the multiplier value.
The Golden Pot, Tokens and Shamrock Mode
Finally, check out the special Golden Pot that collects tokens during the base game. Keep an eye on it because once it is full then it can randomly explode at any time. This signifies the start of Shamrock Mode where free spins are activated with a 10x multiplier (i.e. like landing 5 scatters). But additionally, Mystery Stacks nudge up by 3 rows to prolong the round.
NOTE: you can also trigger Shamrock Mode through a lucky pick on the Chest Pick Me game during the base game.
