Across The Web – More Magical Vegas Reviews
Magical Vegas has an average score of 2.3/5 across 114 reviews on Trust Pilot (15.12.22).
Magical Vegas shows itself to be something of a marmite product on Trust Pilot. 38% of reviews give the site 5 stars, but 49% give it just 1 star. There are a few complaints about wagering requirements, which to be fair are very high at 50x the bonus plus deposit. We cover this off in our review. Elsewhere there are complaints about games cutting out. Our experience of the platform was that it was fast and reliable. Maybe things have improved recently. It is also notable that almost all complaints via Trust Pilot elicited a response from the Magical Vegas team. This is a good sign and it shows the team care about their customers and their reputation.

Is Magical Vegas Legit?
Yes, Magical Vegas is a legit casino. It is owned and operated by Rank Interactive Ltd, a company incorporated in Gibraltar and licensed by both the UK Gambling Commission and the Gibraltar Gambling Commission.
Here are their license numbers:
Rank Interactive run 17 domains under their UK license including Grosvenorcasinos.com, meccabingo.com, regalwins.com and gcasino.com.
There is no history of regulatory action against Rank Interactive by the UK Gambling Commission or the Gibraltar Gambling Commission.
Magical Vegas is a simple and functional website in dark blues, pinks and purples on both desktop and mobile. Its name invokes the world’s most iconic gambling destination but this idea is not really carried through to the website itself. It lacks the sparkle of a competitor site like Dream Vegas for example. Nevertheless, it serves its purpose and finding your way to the critical information and touch points like sign up, log in, support and games is very easy.
Elsewhere, the account area, which pops in from the right of the screen provides a useful summary of your balances – bonus and real money – and the deposit option automatically provides a list of available bonuses you can claim when you fund your account.
Finally, there is a shield icon at the top of the screen that allows you to open up the Responsible Gambling tools from anywhere on the site and set your spend limits or self exclude entirely. The ease with which you can access this areas of the site is impressive and shows that Magical Vegas take their responsibilities seriously in this area.
Sign-Up and First Deposit At Magical Vegas
Registration at Magical Vegas is through a standard 3-step form requiring your name, email, full postal address, date of birth and mobile number. The address auto-fills for you once you have completed the first line which is useful and speeds things up.
It takes less than 1 minute to sign up at Magical Vegas.
Account Verification at Magical Vegas
There is no option to upload documentation to verify your ID, like passport and utility bills scans, through your account pages at Magical Vegas. Instead, they must be sent via email. This is not ideal as it requires the customer to send sensitive personal documents over email.
I sent a scan of my passport, a utility bill, and my bank card. And a selfie in which I was holding up my bank card. It took under 24 hours for the casino to verify my account in this way.
Bonuses and Promotions
Sign Up Offer
As a new player at Magical Vegas you are entitled to the following offer:
- 100% up to £300 match bonus
- There are NO free spins
The minimum deposit required to qualify for the bonus is £20. The wagering requirements are 50x the sum of the bonus plus the deposit and winnings from the bonus are capped at 5x the bonus amount received. The bonus is valid for 7 days.
Is this a good offer?
The headline for this offer is good and competitive. Following stricter regulations around bonus offers in the UK, the chance to claim a £300 bonus is quite unusual. Most are capped at £100.
However, the advantages are offset by the terms and conditions which are very restrictive. The £20 minimum deposit is higher than many other sites. You can claim a bonus with a deposit of just £10 at sites like Casumo for example. But the real issue here is those wagering requirements of 50x the bonus and deposit. This is the highest of any offer on the market right now and makes it almost impossible to walk away with any cash winnings. And if I do, they are restricted to 5x the bonus I received. The wagering requirements can also only be met on 14 games, a list which includes names like Lucky Lady’s Charm, Eye of Horus Megaways and Pixies of the Forest.
To be clear. For a £20 deposit, I must wager £2,000 (50x £40) before I meet the requirements. My winnings are then capped at £100 (£20x 5).
On top of that, I can’t claim any free spins here, which is disappointing.
There are plenty of other offers out there right now with lower, or no wagering requirements, and the option to claim frees spins on games like Book of Dead by Play n Go. We recommend Play OJO where you get 50 free spins with NO wagering requirements, or MrPlay where you get 100% up to £200 plus 100 NetEnt Spins.
What Happened When I Claimed the Bonus?
I made a £20 deposit with Mastercard. This was available immediately. However, when I checked my account I had not been credited with the 100% match bonus. It took me 15 minutes on live chat to get through to a support agent and have them check my account. Then they said there was a ‘technical issue’ and manually credited my £20 match bonus.
This was not a great start to my experience at Magical Vegas.
To meet the wagering requirements you are limited to playing on 14 games. You can find the list by following a link in the terms and conditions. It would be very easy to miss this and spend your money on the wrong games and never meet the wagering requirements. This feels like poor usability and goes some way to explaining why players dropped negative reviews regarding the bonus on Trust Pilot.
Furthermore, it was not easy to find the account page displaying how far I had gone in fulfilling my wagering requirements. For the record you need to go to My Account > Account Settings > Promo History, then click on the relevant bonus. To be fair, once there, the information is clear as you can see in this screenshot.
In summary then, the sign-up offer may appeal to those wanting to make big first deposits, but the term and conditions feel very tight. And our misgivings were not helped by a technical glitch that meant the bonus wasn’t automatically credited.
More Promotions at Magical Vegas
The promotions page at Magical Vegas included a few extras for regular players. These include a £5 bonus bet each day for players who wager £20 or more in real money on selected slots. This is a nice offer but again it comes with a 50x wagering requirement on the bonus which is very heavy.
There is also a loyalty program in which players exchange ‘Moolhah’s for bonus money with a 10x wagering requirement. However, it is not clear how much you have to wager to earn your Moolahs which undermines the promotion somewhat. If I don’t know what I have to do to earn my points, I’m not motivated to wager!
Slot Game and Software
In total, Magical Vegas offers over 800 slots across 51 game providers. The list of suppliers includes Netent, Microgaming, Play n Go, IGT, WMS and Novomatic.
This is not the biggest game catalogue. You can find many more titles if you try rival sites like Play OJO or Dream Vegas, or Duelz Casino. However, there are still some very good slot games in the mix here.
The game menu itself is also basic in comparison to other sites. There is no option to sort by game provider, which is a very useful function, and the categorisations are basic too. There are no ‘hot’ or ‘trending’ games, and the ‘new’ category contains games like Pink Elephants 2 by Thunderkick which is more than two years old (hardly, ‘new’!).
Here are 10 of the best slot games to play at Magical Vegas:
- Bonanza by Big Time Gaming
- Eye of Horus by Blueptint Gaming
- Pixies of the Forest by IGT
- Book of Ra by Novomatic
- Gonzo’s Quest by NetEnt
- Immortal Romance by Microgaming
- Esqueleto Explosivo 2 by Thunderkick
- Book of Dead by Play n Go
- Mega Moolah by Microgaming
- Genie Jackpots by Blueprint Gaming
Other Games at Magical Vegas
The live casino experience at Magical Vegas is from Evolution Gaming and Authentic Gaming. The number of tables is small and shows that Magical Vegas is more of a slot destination than a table game one. Nevertheless, here are the highlights:
- Live Blackjack – 2 tables including Lightning Blackjack
- Live Roulette – 19 tables including Lightning Roulette and Immersive Roulette
- Live Baccarat – 2 tables including Lightning Baccarat
- Live Gameshows – 7 games including Dream Cather and Crazy Time
Magical Vegas does NOT boast a huge number of payment services. You are limited to bank cards, eWallets and Paysafecard. However, with a £5 minimum deposit, it caters to those with smaller budgets.
Here are the deposit options:
|Min Deposit||Max Deposit Per Transaction||Processing Time|
|Visa, Mastercard, Maestro||£5||£6,000||Instant|
Here are the withdrawal options:
|Min Deposit||Max Deposit Per Transaction||Processing Time|
|Visa, Mastercard, Maestro||£5||£6,000||Instant|
For my own preferences, Magical Vegas served me well. I only use Mastercard and Paypal to make deposits and both are covered. However, for those who like to use alternative services like Trustly or Skill then this cashier falls short.
How long do withdrawals take at Dream Vegas?
On the website Magical Vegas claim that it takes just 10 minutes to process a withdrawal. In our experience it was not so quick
I made a withdrawal to my Paypal account. It was requested at 12.37pm and received at 16.47. That is 4 hours 10 minutes. Not bad, but not as quick as advertised. I made a further withdrawal of £20 to my Mastercard at the same time. This was received into my bank account the following day, in less than 24 hours.
Magical Vegas showed itself to be a mixed bag. The game selection is certainly good and we found some classics in there but our experience with bonuses left us feeling that this site has room for improvement. Here is a summary of what we found.
What We Liked
- Gambling with a big name like Rank Interactive gives you a feeling of trust.
- There are some big names in the slot provider list that we don’t see at many others sites, including Novomatic, whose Book of Ra game is a favourite.
- The low minimum deposit for those with lower budgets makes Magical Vegas open to a wide range of players
- The high value sign up offer of up to £300 is good for big spenders
- The clear and simple site was easy to navigate
- Withdrawals were processed quickly in under 2 hours
- Magical Vegas has a clean regulatory record in the UK
- Responsible Gambling tools were easy to locate and use
What We Didn’t Like
- Terms and conditions of the sign up offer are very tough – the 50x wagering requirements are some of the strictest out there.
- Some key information about the sign-up offer, like the eligible games, was not easy to find on the site.
- The live casino had only a small selection of games.
In summary, Magical Vegas had a lot to offer in its games catalogue and broadly speaking the site was easy to use. There is room for improvement in some areas though, in particular regarding the bonus. This is a slot site that those seeking a name they can trust will enjoy.
There are currently no ‘no deposit bonus’ offers at Magical Vegas. There is only a 100% match up to £300 for new players. You will need to deposit at least £20 to qualify for this offer.
