Theme and Design
In time for Halloween 2024 Vampy Party is set in a Dracula-style vampire’s medieval castle, all stones walls, wooden furnishings, candles and half-opened coffins. But the austere atmosphere is broken by bright lights of the party happening on the reels where the grinning vamp and his elvis-bat friend are living it up with cocktails and vinyl records. Design style is a little reminiscent of Hellvis Wild slot but this time backed by a funk number. And just wait til the foam party kicks in for the free spins round. It’s all light-hearted and fun.

RTP and Variance
Vampy Party has 3 RTP rates for casino operators to choose from. They are 96%, 95% and 94%. In truth there is not much between those but still it makes sense to play at the highest rate of 96% if you can. Wherever you play you can check the RTP of the game for yourself by hitting the ‘I’ button under the reels then scrolling through until you see Return to Player printed.
Our recommendation is to play at MrQ from Lindar Media where RTP rates are always set to the optimum number.
This is also rate a high volatility slot by Pragmatic Play – 5/5 on their own scale. So expect it to be a tough play with uneven win distribution. It can burn your balance so choose your stake sensibly.
Maximum Win
Despite its high volatility Vampy Party does not offer a huge top payout. It maxes out at just 5,000x. That’s a £500 win from a 10p bet. Most Pragmatic slots with this volatility have a max win of 10,000x or higher. If you want something with better potential check our list of their games with the highest max wins.
Symbols and Paytable
Vampy Party is a win ways slot with an unusual reel configuration. There are 6 reels, with a row configuration of 3-4-5-5-4-3. With the win ways format, wins are triggered by landing 3 or more identical symbols on adjacent reels from left to right, regardless of the row they appear on, starting at the left most reel. In this case that gives you 3,600 win ways per spin (3x4x5x5x4x3).

There are 8 pay symbols in the table. Low value ones are the cards, Jack, Queen, King and Ace. These are valued at from 0.05x for 3 Jacks up to 0.5x for 6 Aces. Premiums are the cocktail, record, elvis character and the vamp, valued at from 0.25x for 3 cocktails up to 2.5x for 6 vamps.
There is also a Wild symbol, represented by the moon, which subsitutes for any pay symbol to complete a win way.
Features and Gameplay
Vampy Party is a simple slot that uses the classic mechanisms of tumbling wins and progressive multipliers to drive payouts. Here is how it works.
Tumble Wins, Wilds and Progressive Multipliers
Central to the gameplay is the tumble wins feature. After each win, winning symbols are removed from the reels and remaining symbols drop down whilst new ones drop in from above to fill all remaining spaces on the reels. If more wins are created, then the process repeats.
This happens until there are no more wins.
In Vampy Party, some symbols on reels 3 and 4 may be marked on the initial spin. If these symbols are involved in a win then they become wild symbols for the next tumble.
Finally, there is also a progressive multiplier in play for every tumble sequence. It starts at 1x and double with each tumble to 2x, 4x, 8x, right up to 1,024x at the max after 10 tumbles. It stays at this level until the sequence ends when it re-sets.

Free Spins With More Multipliers
There is also a free spins round triggered by landing the VIP ticket scatter symbol. You need to land 3, 4, 5 or 6 of these to earn 12 spins where the tumble multiplier starts at 8x, 16x, 32x or 64x respectively.
But that’s not all. You can gamble your spins to start with a higher multiplier value. So if you have an 8x you can gamble to turn it into a 16x, or a 16x to a 32x and so on, right up to a starting multiplier of 256x.
Gambling is on the spin of a wheel which stops on either win or lose. It’s worth thinking carefully because if you lose, you lose all your spins and go back to the base game.
The multiplier works in the same way as the base game. It doubles with each tumble win, up to a maximum of 1,024x.
Re-Triggering Free Spins
During the free spins round, landing 3, 4, 5 or 6 scatters re-sets your total to 12 and multiplies your multiplier by 2x, 4x, 8x or 16x respectively, up to the maximum of 1,024x once more.
Final Verdict
Pragmatic Play put entertainment first when they made this slot. Its less challenging than you might expect from a high variance game. The win rate is good and the bright lights and animations on the reels and funky soundtrack make it a lot of fun to play. There’s also a lot of power in those multipliers and if you get a lucky run, particularly in the free spins round, then this is a game that really has the potential to pop.
Testing Notes
I played 250 spins on Vampy Party on Pragmatic Play’s test servers prior to release to test the game. This is what happened.
- Stake Size: 1
- Start balance: 100,000
- End balance: 99,951
- Win Rate: 22.8% (57 winning spins in 250)
- Biggest Win: 31.4x
- Free Spins Round: 0
Despite its high volatility Vampy Party is not a game that sits still for long. Occasionally I had 5 or 6 dry spins on the bounce but it soon kicked out another win. However, due to low pay table values those wins are by and large quite small. The win rate in this session of 250 spins was 22.8% so between 1 in 4 and 1 in 5 spins produced a win of some kind. The fun bit is watching the multiplier meter above the reels ticking round with each tumble. That gets the blood racing waiting to see how high it might get. In my case the highest I got to was 16x when the game produced a 31.4x win.

Overall though, the balance took a bit of a hit and I didn’t see the free spins round once in 250 spins which is quite unusual even for a high variance slot. Nevertheless, one I might come back to.
