The only downside I found was that it is not clear how much wagering is required to move between levels, nor are there any guarantees to say what specific bonuses you will receive when you arrive at each level. It is left as a surprise instead. When we asked support we were told that this information is no longer given out. Withdrawal times at Casumo are generally excellent. They process transactions 7 days a week and usually in under 24 hours. In my experience they can sometimes send your money in just minutes. However, as with all online casinos there are caveats.

If you are making significant deposits and withdrawals then you may be asked to go through KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on your ID and the source of your betting funds. This can slow things down whilst manual checks are done on the documents you send in. There are reports on Trust Pilot of withdrawals taking 2 to 3 days in these cases.

Whilst I would take the negative remarks about account verification on board don’t let that put you off signing up here. Be patient, and if possible, upload your documents in advance to avoid delays when you request that first withdrawal.
