MrQ - Our Verdict
I tested MrQ Casino over a five-week period, depositing £100 and evaluating its games, withdrawals, support, mobile app, and overall usability to assess the real player experience. This hands-on testing provided a clear understanding of how MrQ performs compared to other UK online casinos.
Overall, MrQ stands out as one of the most reliable and user-friendly casinos I have tested, particularly due to its instant withdrawals, UK Gambling Commission license, and well-designed platform. The site focuses on quality over quantity in its game selection and prioritises player-friendly features such as no wagering requirements on bonuses.
While the absence of a VIP or loyalty scheme and limited payment options may disappoint some players, MrQ is an excellent choice for casual and regular players who prioritise fast payments, fair offers, and a straightforward casino experience.
Review Scorecard With Notes

| Website and App Experience | 9.5/10 | A premium quality website and app, easy to use and exclusive to the MrQ brand giving a feeling of exclusivity and trust |
| Banking | 8/10 | Most popular payment options are available, min transactions are low, and withdrawals are guaranteed to be instant (subject to verification) |
| Customer Support | 7.9/10 | Lots of positive feedback in Trustpilot, friendly staff on live chat, but limited to 9am to 9pm and no phone support |
| Safety, Security, Player Protection | 9/10 | MrQ is UK-licensed with fully audited games, responsible gambling tools, full website security and data protection |
How Does MrQ Score on Trustpilot?
MrQ’s rating of 4/5 from 14,000+ reviews on Trustpilot is one of the highest that we have seen for a gambling site. First hand experience from thousands of customers largely aligns with our own experiences of using MrQ. There is particular praise for the website and app as well as the speed of withdrawals.
Not all users have had a good experience, however, with 19% leaving a 1/5 review. Common complaints concern lengthy verification checks, which is not uncommon for a casino site. There are also complaints about the recent drop in RTP rates by 1% or 2% on most slots, something we flag in our review.
Despite some negativity, on balance, Trustpilot users give a big thumbs up to MrQ.

Summary of Offers at MrQ
Here is a summary of all the promos at MrQ. Some are ad-hoc and will change week to week. You will find everything you are eligible to claim listed under ‘Rewards’ once you are logged in.
| Promotions | Details | Key Terms |
|---|---|---|
| Sign Up Offer | 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash | Min deposit: £10, WR: 0x, Max cashout: None |
| U vs Q Game | Daily arcade-style rewards game | Win between 1 and 50 free spins worth 10p or 20p, no wagering requirements |

| Ad Hoc Offers | Free spins deals tailored to you | Min deposit: £10; winnings in cash |
The selection of offers at MrQ is limited but what you get is good value with free spins always associated with a popular slot and winnings paid in cash. Those who want to spend big and be rewarded like a VIP will need to look elsewhere however as the offers here are suited to players making small deposits and there is no loyalty program.
Welcome Bonus - 100 Free Spins on Big Bass Splash With Winnings In Cash
At A Glance - Key Terms For The Sign Up Offer
- Match Bonus: None
- Free Spins: 100 spins on Big Bass Splash
- Min Deposit: £10
- Opt-In: No
- Free Spins Value: 10p
- Wagering Requirement: 0x
- Max Win: No cap
- Expiry: 48 hours
The welcome bonus at MrQ is a good deal for casual slots players. The threshold to qualify is low at just £10 and the reward is 100 spins on a popular slot from Pragmatic Play. The best part is receiving winnings in cash without a cap. Most casinos either pay the winnings in bonus funds with wagering requirements attached or cap the amount you can win to limit their liability. MrQ does neither and this is a great start for any new player at this site.

How To Register and Claim Your Bonus At MrQ
- Hit the blue ‘Join Now’ button on the home page or at the top of any other page.
- Complete the 3-step registration form including your full name, address and date of birth. You must enter this information correctly. It will be verified using a 3rd party system in line with UK regulation.
- When your registration is confirmed choose your payment option.
- Enter how much you wish to deposit. You must deposit at least £10 to qualify.
- Your free spins will automatically be credited and will be available when you open the game, Big Bass Splash.
- Play your spins.
Sign Up Offer Terms
The terms of this offer couldn’t be simpler. Just make sure you use your spins within 48 hours of depositing or they will be removed. All winnings are paid directly onto your balance with no limit on how much you can take home.
Loyalty Program
There is no loyalty program for MrQ. Instead, offers appear in your account under the ‘Rewards’ tab when they become available.
Other Rewards and Promos
The number of promotions for regular players at MrQ is limited. There is a fun daily reward game that pays out up to 50 no wager free spins though wins are elusive, a refer a friend program, and ad-hoc offers that appear in your account from time to time.
Play The U vs Q Daily Prize Game
This innovative game is MrQ’s answer to the Daily Prize Wheel found at other slot sites, though this one is more entertaining. You open the game from your Rewards page. The idea is to knock down the giant ‘Q’ that hangs on a string in the middle of the screen. You get 3 shots with a slingshot.
This is not a skill-based game, it's all luck. But it's a great incentive to come back and log in each day. If you succeed you win anywhere between 1 and 50 free spins worth 10p or 20p each. Winnings are paid in cash with no max win.
Don't expect a lot of wins with U vs Q. I've played this game 8 times now without a win!

Get 50 Spins For Referring a Friend
As a bingo site, MrQ is big on community too and they love you to invite your friends. If you have deposited and wagered £10 or more at MrQ you are eligible to refer your friends using the link on the website. If your friends deposit and wager £10 or more themselves, you get 50 free spins on Fishin’ Frenzy Even Bigger Fish 3 Megaways Rapid Fire.
There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.
Ad Hoc Offers
At MrQ ad hoc offers are added to your Rewards page from time to time too. These are an interesting mix of cash prizes, free spins and sports-related prizes.
Here is a sample of the offers I was invited to take up during my time playing at MrQ:
- 10 free cash spins on Slingo Lobstermania for a £10 deposit
- Log on and play Live Roulette during the week for the chance to win a random cash prize from a £10,000 prize pool
- Deposit £10 with special promo code and get as many free spins as there are Champions League goals in that week’s games.
- Deposit £10 with a special promo code to enter a draw to win VIP tickets to (UFC) Ultimate Fighting Championship martial arts event in London
These offers are a nice incentive to explore more of what MrQ has to offer or get extra to play more of the games you are already enjoying. Adding some unique sports-related promos also sets MrQ apart from the competition.

Category Scorecard and Notes
Here is how we scored each attribute in this category.
| Attribute | Score | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Game Providers | 7/10 | Only 25 providers listed but all are big names and UK-licensed |
| Slots | 14/20 | Around 800 and a good mix of classics and new games with varying styles, maths models and themes |
| Jackpots | 10/15 | Some huge multi-million GBP prizes and a good mix of games from the Mega Moolah, Jackpot King and Rapid Fire networks |
| Live Dealer | 18/20 | High quality feeds and lots of choice from Evolution, Pragmatic and On Air |
| Virtual Tables | 5/10 | Limited options for virtual table fans |
| Other Games | 5/5 | A well-curated ‘Quickies’ section with slingos, crash games, pachinko and hi-los |
| Search and Filter Options | 2/5 | Basic search options could be improved with filters like provider, theme or volatility |
| RTP Rates | 8/10 | RTP rate displayed on loading screen of all games and MrQ runs high RTP for many slots |
| Exclusive Games | 5/5 | MrQ has a small number of exclusive slots and live dealer tables |
| Overall Score | 74/100 |
Key Points
- Big name game providers are well represented
- Lots of classic slots as well as fresh content
- Good selection of instant wins
- Good selection of live gameshows from Evolution and Pragmatic Play including Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Monopoly Live and Crazy Time
- Good RTP rates
- Search and filter functions are very basic
- Some big omissions in the provider list like IGT, Quickspin and Novomatic
Since it launched in 2018 MrQ has evolved from a multi-player bingo site into a fully-fledged gambling site with slots, jackpots, live dealer, virtual table games, Slingos and instant wins, listed as ‘Quickies’. New content is added regularly and the list of providers includes many big names. I was impressed with what is on offer though I noted that the slots catalogue is still significantly smaller than that found at bigger independent casinos and white labels. The search and filter options are also a bit limited.

Catalogue and Game Providers
There are 25 game providers who are represented in the MrQ games catalogue. The list is all about big names like NetEnt, Nolimit City, Play n Go, Big Time Gaming and Pragmatic Play. This is good for those who like the popular titles by these developers and to be fair their output is top quality. However, if you like the niche providers and up and coming names like Peter and Sons or Fantasma you may find the list to be lacking in depth.
Here are my top 10 providers from the list and their best games.
| Game Provider | Specialism | Recommended Games |
|---|---|---|
| Pragmatic Play | Scatter pays, fishing slots, live dealer, gameshows | Big Bass Splash, Wisdom of Athena, Sweet Bonanza Candyland |
| Nolimit City | Super-high volatility slots with outlandish themes | Mental 2, Tombstone Slaughter, Serial |
| Blueprint Gaming | Feature-heavy slots, Megaways, TV and movie-themes | The Goonies Return, Ted Megaways, Eye of Horus |
| Evolution Gaming | Live dealer and gameshows | Immersive roulette, Speed Baccarat, Crazy Time |
| Hacksaw Gaming | Dark themes, distinct artistic style, high multipliers | Itero, Ze Zeus, Le Bandit, Hand of Anubis |
| NetEnt | Iconic slots, rich graphics, many styles | Starburst, Aloha! Cluster Pays, Bee Hive Bonanza |
| Big Time Gaming | Megaways, high variance, high max wins | Bonanza Megaways, Extra Chilli Megaways |
| Eyecon | Simple themes, sweet or toy-based games | Fluffy Favourites, Fluffy Favourites Jackpot |
| ELK Studios | Whacky themes, slot series | Nitropolis 5, Avalon Gold, Tropicool |
| Push Gaming | High volatility, luxurious artwork | Big Bamboo, Big Bite Push Ways |
| Gaming Realms | Slingo games | Slingo Extreme, Slingo Cleopatra |
| Light and Wonder | Big brands, retro games | Rainbow Riches, 777 High and Mighty Wonder 500 |
Game Menu, Search and Filter Options
There is a simple game menu to search the catalogue, divided into the main game types, and you can also search by game name. It's functionally sound. However, I was a bit frustrated to see that you can’t filter by game provider, a useful feature if you have a favourite. I also found the grid layout of game logos to be a bit overwhelming. There is no additional information like provider, RTP or volatility to tell you more about each game, and logos are crammed together so the list can make you go a bit cross-eyed.
Online Slots
MrQ features around 800 slot games. Whilst it’s not the biggest list it does have enough diversity in it that there will be something for most players. I particularly liked the Megaways area that features over 100 games including Bonanza and Great Rhino. I also found that the ‘Spotlight’ and ‘Classics’ areas were packed with all-time favourites like Book of Dead, Big Bamboo and Rainbow Riches.
Another nice feature is the ‘Recommended For You’ area. After playing at MrQ 2 or 3 times this started to fill with games that matched by play history. For example, I was recommended more slots by Nolimit City and Relax Gaming after playing Mental and Temple Tumble a few times. This kind of personalisation that helps you find new games to try sets MrQ apart from competitors and is a good reason to make this a regular haunt.
Another good reason to play here if you are a fan of slots is to play the exclusive MrQ games that you can’t find at any other site. These include Big Bass Q The Splash, developed with Pragmatic Play, and MrQ Plinko.
Recommended Slots From The MrQ Catalogue
- Book of Dead by Play n Go - an all-time high volatility classic featuring adventurer Rich Wilde and a magical expanding symbol in the free spins round.
- Temple Tumble Megaways by Relax Gaming - awesome artwork depicts an ancient temple whilst a powerful tumble feature breaks open new lines with each successive win.
- Big Bamboo by Push Gaming - a zen-like game with bamboo forest theme. Golden Bamboo symbols spin to reveal coin wins, collectors and multipliers of up to 10x.
- Le Fisherman by Hacksaw Gaming - a cluster pays slot featuring Smokey the racoon. Wins activate Golden Squares that reveal special paying symbols like gold coins worth 500x.
- Tropicool 5 by ELK Studios –avalanche wins keep the reels turning in this feature-packed game with a dizzying array of mystery symbols, row swaps, wilds and locked wilds.
RTP Rates and Transparency
MrQ is the only online casino I know to publish RTP rates on the loading screen of all their games. You don’t have to browse through the game info pages to find them. This is total transparency so you know what payout rate to expect when you start playing.
This also used to be the only site that ran ALL its slots at the optimum RTP rates of greater than 96%. However, I’ve noticed at the start of 2026 that is no longer the case. Most games now run at around 94%.
Jackpot Slots
MrQ has more than 130 jackpot slots from popular networks. This impressive collection includes one of the world’s biggest online progressives, Mega Moolah from Games Global. There are also games featuring Blueprint Gaming’s Jackpot King and Rapid Fire progressives and Eyecon’s Mini, Midi and Mega jackpots.
Here is a summary of the jackpots available at MrQ.
| Network | Provider | Description | Games |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mega Moolah | Games Global | Huge progressive regularly reaching over £3 mill, sometimes over £10 mill. Unlocked with exciting wheel feature | Mega Moolah |
| Jackpot King | Blueprint Gaming | 3-tier progressive with top level Jackpot King prize seeded at £500,000. Available on every spin. | The Goonies Jackpot King, Ted Jackpot King, Fishin' Frenzy |
| Rapid Fire | Blueprint Gaming | 5-tier progressives with smaller prizes and more frequent hits than Jackpot King | Goonies Deluxe, Fishin Frenzy Big Catch |
| Eyecon Jackpots | Eyecon | 3-tiers of small, attainable jackpots in the £10s, £100s or £1,000s | Fluffy Favourites Jackpot, Fluffy in Space Jackpot |
Live Dealer
Hitting the Live link in the main menu of MrQ brings up a huge selection of blackjacks, roulettes, baccarats and gameshows provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play and On Air Entertainment. All of the games are live-streamed from studios with professional croupiers and presenters.
It’s very easy to find what you are looking for with the live area broken down by game types and a ‘new’ tab listing the latest releases. The games are curated to appeal to a wide range of players with both classic rules and alternative versions. Stakes start at just 10p per bet on Pragmatic Play’s roulette and reach as high as £500 per bet on Evolution’s VIP tables, so whatever your balance there will be a table for you.
I also recommend checking out the two MrQ roulettes and one MrQ Speed Baccarat. These are tables only open to players at MrQ. They feature MrQ branded backdrops, giving a real sense of exclusivity.
Recommended Live Dealer Games From The MrQ Catalogue
- Sweet Bonanza Candyland –a compelling gameshow version of the classic slot with prize wheel, bonus features like Candy Drop and Sweet Spins, and 20,000x max win.
- Lightning Dice - bet on the total of 3 dice and win big if lighting strikes your number during the roll to add multipliers of up to 1,000x.
- Immersive Roulette – Evolution Gaming created this version of classic roulette with multiple camera angles on the wheel and presenter for added excitement. It’s what live dealer was made for.
- Speed Baccarat – for impatient players, a quick-fire 30 second per hand version of baccarat with cards dealt face up and the 3rd dealt in quick succession.
- Blackjack – there are 100s of blackjack tables available from Pragmatic and Evolution with variable stake levels and side bet options.
Table Games
There are virtual tables at MrQ though the list is much smaller than the live dealer one. You can access these via the ‘Table’ link under ‘Casino’. Here you will find just 14 games – 6 blackjacks, 6 roulettes, 1 baccarat and a gameshow-style game called Wheel of Winners.
The best games on the list are Evolution Gaming’s First Person Roulette and First Person Baccarat with incredibly rich 3d graphics. For small stakes you can try the 20p Roulette which is a bit basic and looks somewhat dated.
Slingos
MrQ features over 60 Slingo games, a hybrid of slots and bingo where the objective is to complete lines on a bingo card by crossing off numbers revealed by a slot spin. Each line completed moves the player further up the prize ladder with bonus rounds available at the top.
The range of Slingos here is exciting with both old classics like Slingo Riches and Slingo Extreme appearing alongside branded slot versions like Slingo Money Train and Slingo Cleopatra. All games have high RTP rates – usually above 96% - and stakes from just 10p.
Other Games
There is also a small selection of instant win games under ‘Quickies’ in the casino area. These are crash games, scratchcards, patchinkos, hi los and other simple alternatives to mainstream slots and table games. I enjoyed exploring this area that has games with funny themes and great graphics. There were even a few instant wins that I haven’t seen at other sites. Fishing crash games like Golden Hook and Big Bass Crash were particularly fun with lots of tension as the prize value builds whilst you may lose your fish, and that prize, at any moment.
MrQ Exclusive Games
MrQ offers more exclusive content than most other casinos I have tried. Most are simply branded with MrQ logos but some are new games entirely.
There are 3 exclusive live tables – roulette, auto roulette and speed baccarat – and 18 exclusive slots and instant win games. These include exclusive versions of two classic Pragmatic Play slots – MrQ Big Bass Splash and MrQ Sweet Bonanza with added MrQ branding – and a football game called LuckyTap where you try to beat the keeper from the penalty spot. This features Watford FC branding to tie in with the sponsorship deal the site has with the football club.

Category Scorecard and Notes
Here is how we scored each attribute in this category.
| Attribute | Score | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Brand, Theme and Design | 25/25 | A strong brand and modern website that stands out in a crowded market |
| Site UX and Navigation | 20/25 | Very easy to use website and app, nicely designed and easy to navigate |
| Loading times | 10/10 | Super-fast loading for site and games |
| Finding important information | 20/20 | All key information was clearly sign-posted and pages are well laid-out |
| Mobile Compatibility and Apps | 20/20 | The mobile app is high quality and well-designed too |
| Overall Score | 95/100 |
Key Points
- Strong brand and premium quality website and app
- Easy to use and to find important information
- Excellent mobile app
Brand, Theme and Design
MrQ is a bona-fide gambling brand rather than a fly-by-night white label. It has previously run TV ad campaigns and sponsored Watford Football Club. It is a softer brand than the big sportsbooks or live dealer casinos on the market and the website reflects that with a clean, modern interface with simple blue and white color scheme. I would describe the feel as casual, not for traditional casino high rollers, but the quality is good and it feels very trustworthy, in part thanks to the publication of their Trustpilot score and reviews from customers on their home page.

Site UX and Navigation
I found the website and app very simple to navigate. I can easily move between the traditional casino with slots and virtual tables, live casino and bingo via the main nav at the top of every page. And the sign up and account area is clearly laid out and very easy to follow thanks to the clean, uncluttered design.
Curiously the Help and FAQs section opens a new tab on my browser each time I click on it which can be confusing, but aside from that I have no complaints.
Loading times
I played at MrQ over a 4-week period, browsing the website, playing games and using my account. Loading times for pages and games were always very quick with no lags.
Finding important information
It was very easy to locate important information that I wanted to browse to on the website and app. Links to sections like Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Help and Support are all located in the footer and the pages themselves are clearly laid out. All promotions have their own terms and conditions which open in their own pop up from the Rewards page which is neat too. The only small gripe that I have is that the Complaints Procedure is hidden away in the Terms and Conditions and Help pages. I think this should be linked from the footer directly.
Playing Via MrQ’s Mobile App
MrQ is available on a mobile app too at the App Store for Apple or Google Play for Android. I downloaded it from the App Store to an Apple iPhone 12 with iOS 26.2.1. It took less than a minute to install and I was able to log in with the account I set up via the website. The style and navigation mirrors the desktop site and I found it very easy to locate games and start playing. I played 20 or 30 spins through on Rise of Olympus 1000 slot and the game ran smoothly without any lags.

Category Scorecard and Notes
Here is how we scored each attribute in this category
| Attribute | Score | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Range of payment options | 25/40 | Debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Mobile accepted but some big eWallets missing |
| Withdrawal times | 30/30 | A guarantee your payment will be processed in under a minute or you get £10 compensation |
| KYC check times | 15/20 | Up to 48 hours, usually much quicker |
| Transaction fees | 10/10 | There are none, another guarantee from MrQ |
| Overall Score | 80/100 |
Key Points
- Most popular payment options all available
- A guarantee to process your withdrawal instantly
- No fees
- Mobile payment options have been removed
- No Skrill, Neteller or MuchBetter options
Range of Payment Options
The number of payment options at MrQ is a little on the thin side but the most popular options are all covered including debit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay. Key eWallets like Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter are NOT available. MrQ used to accept payments charged to your mobile phone bill but that is no longer the case.
The minimum deposit and withdrawal at MrQ across all payment options is £10.
How Fast Are Withdrawals At MrQ?
Perhaps one of the best perks of playing at MrQ is the guarantee that they will process your withdrawal within 60 seconds. And if they don’t, they will pay you £10 cash as compensation. I have not seen a promise like this at any other online casino. Of course, once MrQ process your payment it is down to your provider to make the funds available. With Paypal that will be instant, debit cards can take a few days but will usually take a few hours.
You may be required to provide documents to verify your ID, payment method and source of funds before a withdrawal is processed. This is called a KYC check. It can slow down your withdrawal, and in this case the ‘guarantee’ will not apply.
Transaction Fees
There are no transaction fees at MrQ.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks at MrQ
Under the terms of its license MrQ must carry out KYC checks to verify player ID, age and source of gambling funds. These checks are carried out automatically on registration and manually when deposit and withdrawal thresholds are reached. Screenshots, photos or scans of any of the following documents may be requested.
- Driver license of passport – to prove your ID and age
- Utility bill or bank statement – to prove your address
- eWallet or bank statement – to prove source of funds
- Payslip – to prove souce of funds
No one likes KYC checks, they always feel intrusive and inconvenient. However, my experience of this part of MrQ was as stress-free as can be. I was asked to provide a copy of my driver license to verify my ID before I deposited at MrQ. I uploaded a scan through the account page under ‘Verification’. It was approved within an hour.

Any contact with the live chat team will start with Qbert, an AI bot who tries to answer your questions before putting you through to an agent if he can’t. This is one of the better AI bots. It did answer my questions around game RTPs, verification and deposits accurately and when it ran out ideas it was quick to put me through to an agent. Once I was through to a real person I found them to be very friendly and helpful, which concurs with what I have read in forums and on Trustpilot.
Response Times
Response times on live chat were fast in testing. Unsurprisingly, the Qbert AI bot responds instantly. When I was put through to an agent the average waiting time was one to two minutes.
I also contacted the support team to update my email address and home address. This involved a short chain of 4 emails back and forth over 2 days. The response times varied from 6 mins up to 10 hours 13 minutes. This is well within the 24 hours maximum time frame published on the website.
FAQs
I recommend using the FAQs section which is available via a link at the bottom of every page of the site. It’s very comprehensive and worth trying before loading up the chat.
What To Do If You Have a Complaint At MrQ
All UK-licensed casinos are required to provide a clear escalation path for any customer who is not satisfied with the level of service they receive. Most complaints will be resolved within a few hours or days. But if the support team or casino management team do not answer a complaint to your satisfaction then you have the right to go to a nominated Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider (ADR). MrQ has nominated IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service).
IBAS, which was established in 1998, provides a fair and impartial review of disputes between gambling operators and their customers. It’s a free service. They can be contacted as follows:

MrQ is a highly trustworthy and safe place to gamble. They are licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and they are one of the few well-known operators we have reviewed to have a clean license history with no penalties for breaches of conditions. That is testament to their tight adherence to social responsibility commitments like affordability checks that are used to ensure customers do not spend beyond their means.
Mark, Editor
UK Gambling Commission License
The operator, Tek Fox Ltd, is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under account 60629. There are no historical penalties in their license history.
Under the terms of their license MrQ must follow strict codes of practice that ensure gambling is fair and safe. These include restricting gambling to those over 18 years of age, ensuring all game outcomes are totally random and advertised RTP rates are accurate, and ensuring all offers for customers are clearly advertised with fair terms and conditions.
Regular audits are carried out to ensure standards are maintained and the Commission has the authority to act in the form of fines or suspension or revoking of a license in the worst cases.
Responsible Gambling Tools
MrQ provides tools in every player account to set limits on their gameplay. They are easily accessible once a player is logged, listed under ‘Limits’. However, the range of tools is more limited than those found at some other sites. For example, there is no option to limit by wagers or losses. Here is what is available:
- Deposit Limits - set limits on your deposits by day, week or month
- Reality Check - set a reminder popup to appear when you have been logged in for the specified time
- Account Activity Review - set a reminder message to prompt you to review your account summary for the last month
- Transaction History - view a summary of transactions over a specified period to stay aware of your spend
- Time Out - set a time out to de-activate your account for a period of 1 day to 6 weeks during which time you cannot deposit or play the games
- Self-Exclusion - close your account for a period of 6 months or more during which time you will receive no marketing.
- GAMSTOP - MrQ is also part of the nationwide GAMSTOP scheme. Via this program you can exclude yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites from one place.
Insolvency Protection
The Gambling Commission sets out three levels of protection in this area – not protected, medium or high. MrQ’s level or protection is defined as ‘medium’. This means arrangements have been made for the return of your funds in the event that the operator becomes insolvent though it is not absolutely guaranteed that you would get your money back.
Data Protection
A Privacy Policy is published on the site explaining how my data is collected, stored and used in line with UK data protection laws.
Site Security
The website uses Transport Layer Security (TLS), the standard internet protocol, when sending and receiving secure data like personal or financial information.
MrQ does not share a platform with any other casinos or sportsbooks. If you like independent sites like this one, here are some others to try …
