These provide an entertaining and slower alternative to the frenetic pace of slots and live tables.

10bet has a simple grey and white branding which is unusual for an online betting site. It’s a little boring and certainly less colorful than modern slot sites like Casumo or MrQ. However, the greytone logo and site colors do mean that the game logos and promo boxes stand out nicely.

Putting aside the underwhelming branding, the website itself is high quality, uncomplicated and easy to navigate. It loads very quickly, and you can jump to the casino section from the menu at the top of every page. From there you can easily move through game categories using a sub navigation menu for slots, jackpots, live dealer and other groups.

All the important information pages like licensing information, responsible gambling, terms and conditions and betting rules were easily located via the footer of the site. The support team at 10bet told me that withdrawals can take up to 48 hours to be processed, though the time period is often much quicker than this.

Remember that once 10bet has processed your withdrawal then your payment provider will also have to process the transaction. eWallet payments are processed instantly, but bank payments through Visa, Mastecard and Maestro can take up to 5 days, though they are usually under 24 hours. Paysafecard is NOT available for withdrawals.

I contacted the support service on several occasions whilst researching this review. The response time on live chat was always under 2 minutes which is very good and the support team were always friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a very comprehensive Help Center which is stacked with information on topics like Account, Safer Gambling and Account Verification. This is a good option outside of the hours when live chat is available.

10bet is a very trustworthy site in my opinion. It has a long history of operating in the UK, and of course it carries the UK Gambling Commission license which means it adheres to high standards on safety and fairness. To verify this I checked all the following features across the website.

• UK License and Company Details – These are published in the footer of the website and app. You can check the license history (with 1 regulatory action) by clicking on the license number.
• Fair Gaming – all games are provided by licensed suppliers which means they are audited for fairness and accurate Return to Player rates. RTP rates are also published on the game rules pages.
• Responsible Gambling – 10bet handle this side of their site very well. There are responsible gambling links on all pages with advice on how to budget and stay in control, and tools that allow you to set your own deposit limits and time outs.
• Promotional Terms – you can read general promo terms via a link in the footer. Each offer also has its own specific terms. They are all very clear, easy to follow, and fair. The wagering requirements are a little high but they aren’t out of the normal range for a UK casino.
