Slots Magic recently underwent a re-design and it looks better than ever. It retains its white and purple colour scheme but the layout is much improved and its easier to find your way around. If you’ve played at other Skill on Net sites then it will feel familiar, with game logos loading into a main panel on the right of the screen and a search and filter function down the left to narrow down your search for your next game. Important pages like Promotions and Help can all be easily accessed via the drop down menu from the top of the screen.

Sign up is a 3-step process. You’ll need to include your mobile number, email address and home address and your account must be verified by SMS so make sure you put the correct number in. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes and then ready to deposit and start playing.

Slots Magic benefits from the vast range of games available on the Skill on Net platform. It’s one of the best out there with well over 5,000 slots to spin from 73 different game providers. You can view the providers by hitting the link to the right of the search box that appears centre screen on the home page. You’ll find big names like Pragmatic Play, Playtech and Red Tiger, next to smaller studios like Foxium, Leander and Fantasma. There really is something for everyone.

You can also hit the ‘games’ link in the drop down menu to bring up the search and filter function. This allows you to view games by themes, features, symbols, paylines, reels, bet range and even volatility. This is one of the best parts about the Skill on Net set up, making exploring your favourite game type really easy.

I browsed though the menu. Here are some highlights:

New Slots – this area of the menu was packed with the latest games, including new slots released that week. If you are a big slots fan then it’s good to know that your casino is keeping right up to date on this front.

A lot of what you get is revealed to you when you log on each day. There are Daily Picks that appear in your account when you log on, usually just a few teaser spins to try out a new games, or make a deposit. Better still are the tournaments which are well organised. You can enter free rolls at no charge, or buy-in tournaments for £1 or more. The leaderboards are live which makes them more exciting, and you can find out whats on when you log in by just hitting the Tournaments link in your account. These have prizes ranging from a few GBP up to £100 or more for buy ins.

The highlight is the Prize Twister game that you get randomly invited to play. You might just see it in your account when you log on, or be invited on email or SMS. You spin the game to win free spins, scratchcards or cash prizes, where money is credited immediately to your account.

This is a much better set of promotions than you find at many rival white label casinos, and if you like your extras, then Slots Magic is a good choice.

The cashier at Slots Magic covers the most popular payment options though the choice is not as wide as you might find elsewhere. You can deposit without fees on Visa and Mastercard, Paypal, Bank Transfer and Trustly. But there is no Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Skrill or MuchBetter. This is a £10 minimum deposit casino and withdrawals start at £20.

Payout Speed 7/10

At Slots Magic your withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours. However, it may take longer in some cases. Skill on Net sites may ask for further documentation to verify your ID before they process any transaction. Until your cashout is approved it will appear in your balance as ‘Pending Withdrawal’. Whilst is the case, keep an eye out for any emails from the support team requesting verification documents. In my experience, customer support is not a strength of this operator and delays can be frustrating, so do your bit to ensure you respond quickly to any communications from their team.

Customer Support 6/10

One of the few areas in which Skill on Net sites fall down in my opinion is customer support. The live chat service here is 24/7 but it is driven by AI and uses only bots, not real people, and it only really answers questions about generic issues like bonus terms and conditions. If you have a specific query about a deposit, your account verification, or something else specific to your account, then you won’t get an answer. Instead you will be told to email the support team which can mean waiting a few hours for a response. This is not ideal when you want a quick answer.

There is no phone line of course but you can reach the team on support@slotsmagic.com, and there is a detailed FAQs section available via the help page. But overall, there is much room for improvement here.

KYC Process 8/10

KYC – the process of verifying your account at any online slot site – requires you to provide documentation to confirm your ID, age, address and in some cases, source of funds. This won’t always happen as soon as you register. Instead, initial verification may be done behind the scenes with automated checks of the information you provide against the electoral register. However, if you go on to deposit and withdraw funds at a certain threshold then further checks may be carried out.

At Slots Magic you can upload scans of relevant documents via your account page by hitting the ‘Upload Documents’ link. You may be asked for scans of your driver license, passport, utility bills or bank statements. I like this system as it feels more secure than sending scans via email. When I have used it in the past at other Skill on Net sites then documents have been checked within 4 hours, sometimes quicker. It is not as fast as AI systems used at other sites, but it is still reasonably quick.
