Payout Speed 7/10

The main point of contact is through live chat which is an AI service, populated by bots which are only really able to answer generic questions in my experience. They are like an automated FAQs.

If you want answers to account-related queries like withdrawals or account verification, then you will be told to contact the support team on email. For the record, the email address is support@luckyniki.com and it can take a good few hours or more to get a response. There is no phone line. These things combined make for a pretty poor service and I hope it’s an area that will be addressed in the future.

KYC Process 7/10
