Vegas Night Life is a classic glitzy Vegas slot packed with the city’s iconic scenery, neon lights, plenty of bling and a gameshow-style soundtrack to accompany your spins and wins. It’s not the best-looking game NetEnt have created in my opinion but if you like games stacked with dollar signs, casino chips and symbols of wealth then you’ll love it. Vegas Night Life has an RTP of 96%. However, of each bet you place, 3.7% is taken as contribution towards the progressive jackpot pool, so it will feel like a lesser return than 96%. This is standard for progressive slots. Of course, if you are looking for a bigger return on your wagers you could try higher RTP games from NetEnt such as Mega Joker – 99% RTP, Blood Suckers – 98% RTP or Kings of Chicago – 97.8% RTP.

This is a medium variance game and aside from the progressive, payouts are evenly distributed.

The top payout in Vegas Night Life, aside from the variable progressive jackpot is 900x. This is very low by today’s standards, but you should weigh that up against the chances of hitting that £1000 + progressive. Remember, it is seeded at £1,000 and there is no limit to how high it can get.

Symbols and Paytable

Vegas Night Life is a 5 reel slot with 3 rows per reel and 20 paylines. Wins are triggered by landing 3 or more identical symbols from left to right.

The paytable has 8 standard pay symbols and a Wild. The low value pay symbols are the hearts, diamonds, spades and clubs, valued at 0.25x for 3 spades up to 3x for 5 hearts. The premiums are the emblems of wealth – champagne, watches, rings and fast cars. They pay out from 1x for 3 champagnes up to 15x for five cars on a line.

There is also a Wild that substitutes for any other pay symbol to complete a line and pays out 4x, 8x or 15x for 3, 4 or 5 on a line too. Wilds come in singles or stacks.

This was the best feature for me in testing. I triggered once and delivered a 43.2x win.

Here a new grid comes into play. It is Xmas tree shaped with 5, 6, 7, 6, 5 rows on each of the five reels. Only dollar signs will land on the grid, though sometimes you get an empty spin where nothing lands. You start with THREE spins BUT the counter re-sets each time a dollar symbol drops.

Dollar symbols are valued at 0.25x to 15x and land on the lowest available row on the reel they appear on. Once they land, the spins counter re-sets to 3.

The 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th rows from the bottom each has a multiplier value displayed next to them. If you fill those rows, those multipliers are activated and applied to the values on the row.

At the end of the round – after 3 empty spins – the value of all dollar signs is added together and paid out as your prize.

You can also trigger any of the three jackpots in this feature. The Mega Jackpot is unlocked by filling the middle reel completely – 7 rows high. If you fill reel 2 then you unlock the 10x Mini Jackpot – 6 rows high. And if you fill reel 4 completely, you unlock a 30x Midi Jackpot – also 6 rows high.
