Voodoo Dreams runs on the same platform as other sites on the SuprPlay label, NY Spins and Duelz Casino. Therefore, if you know your way around those sites then you will know your way around this one too. And if you don’t, it is easy to learn.

The supernatural theme is fun and original and helps the site to stand out from the crowd. It is reflected in a distinctive black and neon green color scheme and is also carried through into the loyalty program with rewards represented by Spells, Voodoo Magic and Spirit Points. And finding your way around is easy thanks to the simple navigation whilst bright game images stand out nicely on the black background so you can find your favourites with ease.

Finding Important Information

If you want to read the small print before registering then you can browse important information through links in the footer at Voodoo Dreams. Alongside Terms and Conditions there are links to Responsible Gambling information, Bonus Policy, useful payment information including minimum and maximum thresholds and dispute procedure. Everything was easy to find, though it would have been helpful if the Bonus Policy had been broken down more simply.

Registration

Registration is done through a 3-step form at Voodoo Dreams that appears in a popup window. You will need to provide your full name, address, date of birth, mobile number and chosen log in details. Provided the details you enter are correct then it’s a maximum of 90 seconds journey from opening-up that window to having your registration confirmed, then you are ready to deposit and play.

There are no further verification checks carried out at Voodoo Dreams until you meet the deposit and withdrawal thresholds chosen by the operator.

Account Pages

Once you are logged in the account area is split into two. To deposit or withdraw hit the Deposit button in the left navigation. This opens up the cashier where you can pick from the available options at the foot of the page. Other account services like verification, active bonuses and transaction history are all accessible by clicking your name in the left navigation. It’s not totally intuitive but you soon get used to the set up.

Voodoo Dreams has 998 games listed under the ‘Slots’ tab in the game menu. This is fewer than you’ll find at sister site, Duelz Casino, which has around 1,500, but still represents a good choice.

You’ll find titles from most of the big names including NetEnt, Play N Go, Microgaming, NextGen, Nolimit City, Push Gaming and Betsoft. Popular games here include high variance slots like Play N Go’s Book of the Dead, Immortal Romance from Microgaming and the ever-popular Dead or Alive from Net Ent.

Jackpot Slots

The Jackpots selection is a little underwhelming too with less than 30 games to browse through. These include the WowPots and Mega Moolah’s from Microgaming but no Mega Fortunes from NetEnt, Dream Drop Jackpots from Relax Gaming, or Jackpot King network from Blueprint Gaming. We couldn’t find any Red Tiger Must Drops either.  For a wider choice of jackpot slots we recommend Skill on Net sites like Bacana Play.

New Slots

The ‘new’ games tab had around 50 titles in it which is not a huge amount for a site of this size. However, the list was very up to date with recent games like Keep Em Cool by Hacksaw Gaming, Red Queen by Pragmatic Play and Blood and Shadow by Nolimit City.

Game Menu, Search Functions and Game Window

The game menu at Voodoo Dreams is sufficient with some interesting groupings of games to browse by like Drops and Wins, Top Picks, Jackpots and Megaways. But SuprPlay sites don’t have the function to search by game provider or more interesting filters like RTP or features like Cascading Wins or Walking Wilds for example.

The games themselves load up in the main content area of the site rather than a new window. This is useful because it means that you can hit links to deposit or open support chat easily. However, keep in mind when you do that you will move away from the game you are in.

Voodoo Dreams offers live dealer games from just one provider, Evolution Gaming. They are the most popular though, with the widest selection of games and the best quality products. Duels

Just like its sister site, Duelz Casino, at Voodoo Dreams you can duel against other players in mini-tournaments to win Spirit Points and help you unlock further loyalty levels. In each duel you start with 75,000 health points each. Every winning or losing spin increases or decreases your points score. The player to reach zero points first loses. 

Tournaments

Your participation in duels will automatically also get you entrance to daily and hourly tournaments with bigger Spirit Point prizes. Top prizes include 10,000 Spirit Points in the big tournaments that can be exchanged for Spells which are normally bonuses of some kind.

Voodoo Dreams interactive and immersive loyalty program is one of the best we have participated in. All you have to do to earn Experience Points and keep levelling-up is play the games. Your Experience Points and Spirit Points score is clearly displayed under your account name on the left of the screen as shown in our screen shot.

To unlock Spells we just hit the Cast Spells link and the site shows us what is available and what will be available if we earn more points. You can also see this in our screen shot below.

We tried playing in a Duel as well and that was so simple. You can duel against another player whilst playing any game. Check out the screen shot below which shows a four-way duel whilst I played Starburst.

Cashier Options 7/10

Voodoo Dreams cashier accepts most of the popular payment options including Paypal and Trustly. However, there are no ApplePay, GooglePay or BOKU options. The minimum deposit is £20 on all services apart from Trustly, which is £10.

One of the few drawbacks of this site is an unusual 2.5% fee on Visa and Mastercard deposits. This is the same for each of the three SuprPlay sites.

Customer Support 6/10

Support at Voodoo Dreams is available only on email and live chat. There is no phone support option.

In testing the live chat response time was under 5 minutes and we were put directly in contact with an agent without first having a frustrating interaction with an AI bot. The support team were knowledgeable on all topics.

Unfortunately, there is no FAQ page on the site which is a shame because they can be useful in helping to find information when the live chat is slow at any time.

KYC Process 8/10
