Red Tiger Gaming are preparing to introduce us to a new character in NetEnt’s popular Conquistador slot series, Gonzo’s Quest. Gonzita’s Quest will run on 5 reels and 3 rows, and utlitise the same Avalanche Reels format as its predecessors. It’s a little light on features, but with a medium-high variance it will be all about a special bonus round where the grid displays only stone slabs, some with multipliers and some without.

During this re-spins feature, only multiplier slabs stick on the reels, and others are removed. New re-spins are added when multiplier slabs land, and once a reel is filled with multiplier slabs, so they are collected by Gonzita, who now sits on a throne on the middle reel. After collection, new slabs drop it to replace the winning ones.

There will be stone slabs – with up to 7x multipliers, Golden Slabs with up to 75x multipliers, and Diamond Slabs with up to 750x multipliers.

There’s a wait for those looking to find out if Gonzita measures up against her famous counterpart. This NetEnt and Red Tiger slot is due for release at UK slot sites in October 2022 with an exact date yet to be confirmed.
