This is a very straight-forward game. The format closely follows that of NetEnt’s famous Gonzo’s Quest slot in fact, though the free spins round is more exciting in my opinion.
Cascading Wins With Progressive Multipliers
Central to the whole game is the Cascading Wins mechanic. Here, after any win, winning symbols are removed from the paytable and new ones drop in to replace them. Each time this happens, your multiplier increases from 1x to 2x, to 4x, to 6x, to 10x. It won’t go any higher than 10x.

The free spins round turns the dial up considerably in Eclipse of the Sun God as I found out in testing. There are much higher multipliers and opportunities to just keep piling on more free spins.
The free spins round launches in testingTo start, you’ll need to land 3 or more Moon Goddess Scatters in the base game. They land on reels 1, 3 and 5, giving you 10 spins. Of course, the Cascades are still in full affect, with their multipliers. But now, the Moon Goddess Scatter ALSO acts as a Wild to give you more chances of triggering wins.
And, in a nice progressive style, you can add more spins by collecting 5 more Scatters. These are displayed in a meter on top right of the reels. They don’t re-set at any point, so you just keep adding more. Each time you hit 5 in the meter, you add 5 more spins, up to a a maximum of 40.
But the best part is, each time you get 5 more spins, you also get a better progressive multiplier configuration. And at the very top level – i.e. 40 spins – your multipliers move through 7x, 14x, 28x, 42x and 70x with each successive cascading win. When you hit that level, every win is multiplied by at least 7x, which turns the game into a cash machine!
