I played 250 spins on Slayers Inc on Hacksaw Gaming’s test server prior to release to test the game. This is what happened.

This was exactly what you expect from one of Hacksaw’s high volatility games. 19 spins had gone by before I even recorded a win of any kind and overall the win rate was tight at just 14.8% or 37 spins in 250. However, when it turned, things kicked on very quickly in those free spins rounds.

It took 66 spins to trigger the first which resulted in a 355.9x win thanks to 3 Slayer DuelReels on the 6th spin with 10x, 2x and 5x multipliers. That was a 289x win on its own shown in this screenshot.

Typical Hackaw Theme and Design Style In This Fighting Slot

Slayers Inc is 100% a Hacksaw Gaming slot. The design style with its two tone color scheme flecked with neon yellows and pinks, and the dark theme and ominous soundtrack, are all reminiscent of games like Hand of Anubis, Itero and Cash Crew. There is something faintly ninja about this one, with sword wielding fighters either side of the reels, their faces concealed by hats and masks, whilst the paytable is filled with symbols with oriental stylings, including the top paying red masks and ninja throwing star. If you enjoy the darker side of Hacksaw then this is a slot for you.

There are 10 symbols in the pay table. They are the 5 low payers – shapes drawn in green, blue, red, yellow and purple. These are all valued at 0.1x, 0.5x and 1x for 3, 4 or 5 on a line. The premiums are the 4 characters – red mask, 2 warriors and skull – and what looks like a throwing star, value at from 0.5x for 3 stars up to 10x for 5 red masks.

There is also a Wild symbol, represented by the letter W, which substitutes for all pay symbols and is valued at 10x for 5 on a line.

The core component of Slayers Inc is the DuelReels feature found in a few other Hacksaw slots. It can lead to some seriously powerful multipliers. Here is how it all works:

Slayer DuelReels

The VS symbol is key to this feature. When it activates, it expands to full reel height. But it only does so if that helps to complete paylines. When it expands, it will show 2 slayers, each carrying a different multiplier value. They duel it out and the winners multiplier prevails. The expanded VS becomes a wild and its multiplier is applied to all win lines that pass through it.

Multiplier values can be 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x, 7x, 8x, 9x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 25x, 50x, 100x, 250x, 500x! And … if more than one wild reel is involved in a win, then their multiplier values are added together before the payout is calculated.

And finally, in Slayers Inc it is possible to turn the entire grid wild by landing VS symbols on EVERY reel.

Free Spins Rounds

There are several free spins features in Slayers Inc. This is how they work:

Rise of the Syndicate Free Spins

The first free spins round is Rise of the Syndicate, triggered by landing 3 FS symbols on one spin. You get 10 plays with better odds of landing a VS symbol and activating the Slayers Duel Reels.

And, as with most Hacksaw slots, landing 2 or 3 more FS symbols during feature extends the round by 2 or 4 free spins.

Wild Slayers Free Spins

If you land 4 FS symbols on one spin in the base game you will trigger the Wild Slayers feature. This gets you 10 spins with the same format as the base game, but now a Slicer feature comes into play whenever the VS symbol lands. This turns one row on the grid totally wild.
