Review Summary

Swift Casino scored 3.8/5 in our review. It’s a good casino with a very high-quality, high-volume games list and a very nice website and app experience – a common feature of sites on the Skill on Net platform. Before we dive into the details, here is a summary of the strengths and weaknesses of Swift based on our review.

Strengths

  • The game list – a simply mind-boggling array of games, nicely curated and easily searchable. If you like exploring a catalogue, finding new games to try and following recommendations by the casino or other players, this is a site for you.
  • Website and app – for what is a relatively small white label, Swift Casino looks great. Again, this is down to Skill on Net whose platform supports smart, modern websites. The branding is basic but the colors, layout and search functions are all excellent.
  • Promotions – aside from some tight wagering terms, I found the promotions here to be good. There’s lots to enjoy including a loyalty program with level-ups via a progress bar and daily tournaments as free rolls with free spins to win, or buy-ins with bigger prize pools.
  • Responsible Gambling – Swift Casino are strong in this area with a Safe Mate feature in each account where you can track spend in graphs and use self-assessment tools to monitor your patterns of play.

Weaknesses

  • Customer support – I’ve always found the support service at Skill on Net sites to be hit and miss. They lean heavily into AI bots now in live chat so it can be hard to get through to a real agent. Reports on Trustpilot also frequently reference this and slow account verification.
  • Few payment options – the most popular are available, including Paypal and Trustly, but if you want to use Apple Pay, MuchBetter or even Skrill, you need to try elsewhere.

Steps To Register and Claim Your Bonus At Swift Casino

  1. Hit the green ‘Register’ button on any page on the website.
  2. Fill in the registration form with all your details including your full name, address and date of birth. You must enter all this information correctly. Checks are made using 3rd party verification systems. If your details don’t match then you may have to submit documents to show your ID, age or address.
  3. When your account has been set up, hit the ‘Deposit’ button.
  4. Choose your preferred payment method.
  5. Enter how much you want to deposit.
  6. Your bonus and free spins will automatically appear in your account.

Sign Up Offer Terms

The sign-up package comes with wagering and withdrawal restrictions which you should understand before you take up the offer. Here’s how it works:

  • Bonus funds are held in a separate balance to the cash funds.
  • You only start wagering bonus funds once you have used up your cash funds.
  • When wagering bonus funds, winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
  • The bonus balance is transferred to real cash only when you have wagered 30x the value on the bonus plus deposit. So, if you deposit £10 and get a £10 bonus then you will need to wager £600 (£10+£10 * 30) before the bonus balance becomes cash.
  • When you play your Book of Dead spins, winnings are accumulated and displayed on the game screen.
  • When you have completed your 50 spins the winnings are added to your bonus balance. You must then wager an amount equivalent to 60x their value before the balance is transferred to real cash. If your deposit bonus is still active your free spins winnings are held in a ‘Pending Bonus’ balance until the deposit bonus wagering requirements are completed or the balance reaches zero.

This is a nice bonus with a reasonable cap on the deposit match and 50 spins on a popular slot. However, the wagering requirements are tight, particularly on those free spins. There are many other sites where you can claim Book of Dead spins with NO wagering requirements. For example, at Kwiff you currently get 200 for a £10 deposit.

Levels – Progress Bars and Rewards

The loyalty program at Swift Casino is called ‘Levels’. You can view your current level and progress bar at the top of the screen across the site once you are logged in. As you wager, the progress bar fills up. Once full, you move up to the next level.

This is a nice loyalty system - it’s simple and easy to follow. However, it’s not immediately obvious what you get at each new level. A bit of transparency here would help!

Tournaments

You can play freeroll slots tournaments for free spins and small cash prizes or buy-in tournaments for bigger real cash prizes. When you buy-in you get free spins to use on the slot and your winnings are converted to points for the leaderboard.

Here are some examples:

TournamentEntry RequirmentsPrize Pool
Daily FreerollFree to enter, opt in via Tournaments linkTop 10 places get free spins; 1st: 50 spins
£500 Daily£1 buy in via Tournaments linkTop 20 get Mega Spins (£1 each); 1st: 200 spins
£100 For Grabs£1 buy in via Tournaments linkTop 5 share £100; 1st: £50

The frequency and variety of tournaments here is excellent and the prize pools aren’t bad either. If you enjoy the competitive element of these type of promotions then Swift is a casino you will like.

Daily Picks

Hit the Daily Picks link in your account and you’re presented with a list of promotions that you can scroll through. Most are specific to game providers. For example, you can enter Pragmatic Play Drops and Wins Tournaments with weekly prize pools of £10,000s, or play Peter and Sons slots to earn free cash drops randomly as you spin.

Software and Games

8/10

The game catalogue at Swift Casino is superb with over 8,000 to try! That’s an astonishing number for a white label and further proof of the quality of the Skill on Net platform that the site runs on.

Another feature of this site that are really like is the powerful search and filter system that allows you to search games by game type, bet levels, player ratings and game provider. You can also browse by ‘Hot and Cold’ to look for games that are paying at significantly above or below their advertised RTP rate.

Here is a summary of the game types available:

Catalogue and Game Providers

There are around 80 different game providers listed at Swift Casino. You can browse them all using the search and filter system which is handy. The choice includes all the biggest names and lots of smaller studios too creating an expansive and varied catalogue.

Here are 10 of my favourites and some of their best games.

  • Pragmatic Play - Big Bass Bonanza, Madame Destiny, Peking Luck, Sweet Bonanza
  • Nolimit City - Mental 2, San Quentin xWays, Tombstone RIP, Deadwood
  • Evolution Gaming - Immersive Roulette, Monopoly Live, Crazy Time, Speed Baccarat
  • Print Studios - Holy Hand Grenade, Dreadworks, Big Stack Nutcrack

Online Slots

The slots list is very impressive with over 7,000 to browse through. The latest games are added weekly under ‘New’ and 100s of iconic slots like Starburst, Immortal Romance and Jack Hammer appear under ‘Popular’. There are also more than 250 Megaways titles and a wide range of grid games, high volatility slots, high RTP slots, TV and movie games and 3 reelers.

Here are more highlights from the list:

Jackpot Slots

Swift Casino also features 100s of progressive jackpots from some of the biggest networks available. These can be accessed from the 'Jackpots' link in the main menu. There are multi million GBP prizes up for grabs on networks like Dream Drop, Jackpot King and Mega Drop.

Here are 5 games I recommend trying.

  • TNT Tumble Dream Drop - Relax Gaming's classic cluster pays mining slot with wilds, multipliers and the Dream Drop Mega jackpot seeded at £1,000,000 and guaranteed to payout by £2,000,000.
  • The Goonies Megaways Jackpot King - a feature-packed slot based on the movie with cash collects, free spins and loads of modifiers, plus Blueprint Gaming's Jackpot King progressives, seeded at £500,000.
  • Fluffy Mega Jackpots - Eyecon's classic fluffy toy-themed slot, the simplest of games with free spins round and claw picker bonus, plus 3 jackpots - Mini, Major and Mega.
  • Arcade Bomb - a retro and space-themed slot from Red Tiger with bombs that lock in place on the reels and blast to reveal mystery symbols in patterns. Game includes a Must Drop jackpot that drops once a day.
  • Age of the Gods God of Storms - one of Playtech's iconic slot series with wild symbol stacks and multipliers, plus 4 jackpots including Ultimate Power that climbs to £100,000s.

This is one of the best and most varied jackpot lists I’ve seen with lots of thrilling gameplay to compliment those huge prizes. I like the ticker that displays at the top of the list showing the total prize pots available in real time - £22,568,100 when I checked!

Live Dealer

The live dealer area at Swift is powered by 5 top names – Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Raw Gaming and Stake Logic. That is a bigger choice than most rival casinos offer.

The action is live streamed from studios with real croupiers. Games include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, sic bo, craps and gameshows with stakes from 20p up to £1,000s per hand.

This is an excellent selection that should appeal to all fans of the live experience, incorporating both classic versions of all games as well as niche variations like Baccarat Squeeze, Speed Blackjack and Lightning Roulette.

Table Games

Swift Casino also hosts virtual table games with a graphical interface as an alternative to the live dealer versions. You can find these under ‘Casino Games’, then ‘Card Games’ or ‘Roulette’ or ‘Blackjack’. The choice is less extensive but the quality is high with a wide range of bet levels. There are blackjacks, roulettes, poker, craps and baccarat with multi hand versions, speed versions and themed versions like Lady Luck Roulette.

Other Games

For those who prefer a lighter gambling experience there is an ‘Instants’ section at Swift Casino. There are 120 of these games which include plinko, keno, crash games, scratchcards, virtual sports, dice, coins and slingos. These are fun to play with simple formats, interesting themes and nice artwork. Many of the games can be played at low stakes too making them a fun alternative to the slots. Here are 5 popular titles from the list:

  • Walking Dead Scratchcard (Playtech) - TV-themed card with 100x max win
  • Big Bass Crash (Pragmatic Play) - Bet on how long the fishermen's net will stay attached
  • Plinko Dare To Win (Hacksaw) - with adjustable board with up to 16 pegs
  • Runaway Chicken (Switch Studios) - bet on whether the chicken makes it over the busy road
  • Stock Market (Evolution Gaming) - bet on whether the market will rise or fall over the next session

Website and App Experience

8/10

Swift Casino has a slick website and mobile app. A black background with neon green buttons and fonts give it an exciting atmosphere whilst the colorful logos stand out clearly.  The interface is busy but I still found it easy to find my way around, locate my favourite games, register and deposit. And over a period of 2 to 3 hours testing the site there were never any issues with loading pages or games on desktop or mobile.

Play Swift Casino On The Mobile App

You can also play Swift Casino on a mobile app available on the App Store and Google Play. I downloaded and installed the app to an iPhone 12 with iOS 18 in under 30 seconds. I could then log in and play with the same account as I used on the browser-based version. The app looks superb and is equally fast to load and play. It has an average rating of 3.5/5 from 368 reviews on the App Store and 3/5 from 129 reviews on Google Play.

Banking

7/10

Swift Casino enables deposits and withdrawals via a small selection of the most popular payment services. These include Paypal and Trustly. There are fewer options than you find at Aspire Global or White Hat Gaming sites, with no Neteller, Apple Pay, Skrill or Paysafecard. However, there are no fees and this is a £10 deposit casino allowing you to get started and claim the sign up offer with just £10.

Here is a list of the methods available and the fees and thresholds.

Payout Speed

Swift Casino say that withdrawals are processed in ‘a few hours’ subject to account verification. That means, provided the cashier team are satisfied that you are the account holder for your payment method, your transaction should be approved in hours.

This is a speedy service in most cases. However, reports on Trustpilot show that if you do have to submit documents to prove ownership of your payment account then there may be significant delays. Unfortunately, this operator is sometimes slow in that area.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks

As part of their commitment to social responsibility and anti-money laundering, Swift Casino carry out verification checks on all their customers. These checks are made on ID, age, address and payment method.

Checks on age, ID and address are done automatically on registration. But when you hit pre-defined withdrawal or deposit thresholds, you may be asked for screenshots or photos of the folloing documents documents to provide further verification. These can be uploaded securely via a link in your account.

  • Driver License or Passport - ID check and date of birth check
  • Utility Bill or Bank Statement - address check
  • eWallet Statement, Bank Statement, Bank Card - ownership of payment method

These checks are an important part of the licensing framework in the UK to help keep gambling safe. However, they can slow down your withdrawal in some cases. To avoid delays, make sure you follow instructions very carefully on what documents are required.

Customer Support

Contacting Support

  • Email (24/7)support@swiftcasino.com
  • Live Chat (24/7) – via the ‘Chat’ link
  • Phone Support – Not available
  • FAQs – via the ‘FAQ’ link

You can contact the support team at Swift Casino on email or live chat. There is no phone support.

My experience of support is not good. The live chat is an AI bot which can be frustrating. It will often answer by pasting a section from the FAQs into the chat window. It also doesn’t always understand your query. I asked a simple question about deposit bonuses and got an answer to a different question entirely. It’s not easy to get past if you just want to speak to an agent either. Usually, it will suggest you email the team instead.

There is also a comprehensive FAQs section on the website and app that has lots of information about specific areas like Promotions and Rewards or Technical Issues. It’s useful for any general queries you might have.

Player Protection and Trust

9/10

I was impressed with the safety features in place at Swift Casino. It's a site that delivers on its commitments to player protection outlined in the terms of its license. The following are all in place to ensure safety, security and fair play.

  • UK License and Company Information - clearly displayed in the footer of every page. You can click on the license number to view the operator’s profile on the UK Gambling Commission website.
  • Responsible Gambling – via the Account Settings link it is possible to set deposit limits, temporarily freeze an account or self-exclude entirely from Swift Casino. There are also some very useful tools under ‘Safe Mate’ where you can view stats and graphs of recent gameplay and take self-assessment tests to see if you are at risk of problem gambling.
  • Fair Play – all games on the platform are provided by UK-licensed developers. They have been tested by 3rd party test houses to ensure completely random gameplay and accurate RTP rates.
  • Fair Bonus Terms – you can read the general bonus policy from a link in the footer on the website. It outlines clearly how wagering requirements work and how they are displayed in your account. Individual promotions have their own terms too. The wagering requirements are quite tight but they are fair and transparent.
  • Dispute Resolution – you are given a clear path to resolve a dispute between yourself and Swift Casino using an Alternative Dispute Resolution service (ADR). The nominated ADR is eCorga. They are approved by the UK Gambling Commission and provide a fair and impartial service if required.
  • Insolvency Protection – player balances are held separately to the operator’s business funds. This is a requirement of UK law to protect your money in case the operator becomes insolvent.
  • Site Security – the website uses a Transport Layer Security (TLS) certificate which is standard protocol for passing sensitive data between your computer and a website server. Data is encrypted and protected from 3rd party intervention.
  • Privacy Policy – this outlines how your data is collected and stored in line with UK law.

What Others Say - Reviews From Players and Consumer Sites

There are several popular online platforms where players can leave reviews of their experiences at casinos. We look at TrustPilot and Ask Gamblers to find out what people are saying about Swift Casino.

Trustpilot

Average score of 2.1/5 from 117 reviews (5 star - 12%, 4 star - 4%, 3 star - 4%, 2 star - 4%, 1 star - 76%).

This score is defined as ‘Poor’ by Trustpilot. In fact, it’s about average for a gambling site. Keep in mind that the sample size is very small at just 117. So, whilst its useful to check what people are saying, this isn’t representative of the full range of customer experiences at Swift.

Most complaints reference the poor customer support and slow verification procedures leading to slow withdrawals. This is something I have flagged in our review as well. There are some other complaints about tough wagering terms on promos.

For balance, I should say there are a small number of reviews that recommend Swift for its fast withdrawals and great games list.

Read reviews of Swift Casino on Trustpilot

Ask Gamblers

6.7/10 on the in-house Casino Rank algorithm (an automated ranking tool that bases its scores on a combination of criteria including the games, cashier, support hours and player reviews at AskGamblers). This is a little under average. It’s possible the low scores from player reviews brought down the overall score here.

3.5/10 from 6 player reviews – this is a small number of reviews so we can’t read too much into the score. However, its noticeable that once again, poor support service and slow verification are common compliants.

Our Verdict

Like all Skill on Net slot sites, Swift Casino provides an excellent service for slots players thanks to a vast game catalogue presented in a fast and easy to use website. The sign up bonus does not stand out in the current market, but regular offers and daily tournaments show that Swift is not afraid to comp its players once they become regulars. There is still work to be done to raise the standard of customer support at here, but that aside this is an excellent casino and a great place to explore the latest and classic games.
