ELK Studios are preparing to unleash a dark and mysterious new game called Propaganda at UK slot sites this autumn.

How Does Propaganda Slot Work?

It may have a revolutionary narrative, but Propaganda looks like it will go down a quite traditional gameplay route. This will be a Cluster Pays slot on a 6×6 grid with a classic Avalanche Reels mechanic. Clusters of 5 or more identical symbols will trigger wins that will trigger further ‘avalanches’. Winning symbols will drop from the reels to be replaced with new ones that can cause more wins, and so on.

Other key features shown in the teaser released by ELK Studios include Multipliers Wilds whose values are combined when more than one appear in one cluster, Wild Strikes where extra wilds and multiplier wilds are added to the grid at random, and Free Drops with Super Wild Strikes where extra Wilds are guaranteed on every drop.

What Do We Think?

This will be an exciting addition to the ELK Studio game catalogue. ELK have produced games with some original themes in the past – Lake’s Five (Heists), Nitropolis (Futuristic) and the Kane Series of Gold Slots (Adventurer) but this is a new departure for them.

The dark and creepy atmosphere will be loved by those who like a good horror slot. The gameplay looks quite straight forward, but fans of Cluster Pays, Multiplier Wilds and high variance action will find good value here where a 10,000x top payout is possible in the Free Drops bonus round. Our only misgiving is a surprisingly under-average RTP at just 95%.
