Significant Terms Explained

Minimum deposit to qualify for these bonuses is £10 each time. Match bonuses come with wagering requirements of 50x the bonus only and cash out on any winnings generated is capped at 3x the original bonus value. So, if your first deposit is £40, giving you a £10 bonus then cashout of your winnings is capped at £30 (£10 x 3). Winnings from free spins are also paid as bonus funds with a 50x wagering requirement and cashout from winnings from these is capped at £20 each time.

Is This A Good Deal?

The headline figure of £1,000 bonuses and 100 free spins is a real attention-grabber but after reading the small print I’m not so convinced this is such a good deal. The 50x wagering requirements are higher than average and the cashout limits are low. In short, you are unlikely to walk away with any winnings from this offer. If you can overlook these shortcomings and just enjoy it for what it is – the chance to play some of your favourite slots for free – then the opportunity to take a bonus from all of your first FIVE deposits isn’t a bad one, but there are better deals out there, including 200 no wagering free spins from Kwiff Casino and a 150% match up to £300 from Grand Ivy.

Here are some more deals to compare with.

Website UX & Registration

7/10

The layout and design of BlueFoxCasino will be familiar to anyone who has played at other slot sites on the ProgressPlay label as most sites on this platform now use the same layout. It’s easy to use, registration and deposit takes just a few minutes, and all important information like bonus terms, promotions, cashier options and fees and responsible gambling advice, is available via the footer menu. The website can feel a little slow at times and the game search functions could be better – more on that in a moment – but as white label casinos go, it’s not bad.

Online Slots

8/10

The slots selection at BlueFox is excellent, with over 100 slot providers contributing games to the list. This includes big names like Nolimit City, Play n Go, Pragmatic Play, Blueprint Gaming, NetEnt, Games Global, and Playtech. There are a few big omissions – Relax Gaming, Push Gaming and Yggdrasil Gaming don’t appear, for example. But if you can live with that, there are plenty of other quality slots to get on with.

As with other ProgressPlay sites we’ve reviewed, the game menu itself could be improved. You can search by provider name and there are some top-level filters that let you view by ‘New’ games, ‘Vegas’ or ‘Jackpots’, but there are no filters for theme, number of paylines, or variance. So what you end up with is a long scrolling list of logos without much more information to help you pick out games you might like. It’s a small point, but for those who like to really explore a slots list, there is room for improvement here.

Live Dealer

8/10

Live tables at BlueFoxCasino are provided by Playtech and Evolution Gaming, two big names in this sector. That means you have access to 100s of tables with players pooled from 1,000s of online casinos across the globe. In particular the blackjack and roulette choice is very good with a range of formats and tables to suit all budgets and preferences. You can also enjoy live streamed tables from the Bellagio and MGM Grand if you want the atmosphere of a real casino floor.

Cashier Options

7/10

The choice of deposit and withdrawal options at BlueFoxCasino is good with a lengthy list of debit card, eWallet and pre-paid cards available. Popular services like Paypal, Skrill and Neteller are included, as well as Apple Pay and Neosurf. However, there is no MuchBetter or Google Pay as yet. The minimum deposit and withdrawal values are fair at £10 and £5 respectively, and the only drawback I can find is a 1% fee up to £3 on your withdrawal transactions. This is unusual and seems punitive, particularly for those looking to make smaller cash outs.

Here is a summary of the cashier options including fees.

Payment Service Minimum Deposit Deposit Fee Minimum Withdrawal Withdrawal Fee
Visa, Mastercard £10 0.0% £5 1% up to £3
Paypal £10 0.0% £5 1% up to £3
Apple Pay £10 0.0% N/A N/A
Bank Transfer £20 0.0% £5 1% up to £3
Paysafecard £10 0.0% N/A N/A
Neteller £20 0.0% £10 1% up to £3
Skrill £20 0.0% £20 1% up to £3
Neosurf £15 0.0% N/A N/A

Payout Speed

7/10

ProgressPlay sites give themselves 1 business day to process withdrawals according to their terms. That means no weekend or evening withdrawals. During weekdays you can expect your payment to be turned around in 6 to 12 hours, but outside those times it will take longer. That’s not completely unusual for a licensed casino in the UK but there are sites that do things much quicker. Check out our list of fast withdrawal casinos to find out more.

Customer Support

7/10

The support service at this site is fair, but not brilliant. The live chat is available but it’s an AI system to start which can be hard work. They try to give you generic answers straight from the FAQs before handing you over to a real agent. If you get that far, the agents are helpful and well-informed, but it may take a few minutes of negotiating your way past a robot first.  There is also a Help Center on the website with lots of articles published in groups like ‘Bonuses’ or ‘Account Verification’. I found these to be very informative.

There is no phone support at BlueFoxCasino.

KYC Process

7/10

Account Verification (also known as KYC) requires you to provide documents to proof your ID, address and source of funds. It kicks in at any licensed slot site when you hit a pre-defined spend or withdrawal level. It’s the same at any casino carrying a Gambling Commission license. BlueFox have made it easy to complete at their site via their ‘Document Upload’ link on the My Account page.

Verification times vary from one casino to the next. In their case BlueFox say they cannot put an exact timeframe on how long it takes to check your documents which is not great news. However, it’s reasonable to assume that checks will be completed within 72 hours in most cases.

License and Reputation

8/10

BlueFoxCasino is part of the ProgressPlay network of sites. ProgressPlay is licensed in both the UK and Malta. These are the license details:

This is a popular and trusted white label casino operator with more than 100 sites listed under their UK license.

Regulatory Action

ProgressPlay was fined £175,718 in May 2022 for failures relating to money laundering and responsible gambling practices. Their have been no further actions against this operator. You can read more about that here.

Our Verdict

BlueFoxCasino is another solid slot site from ProgressPlay. Its highlights are definitely the wide range of games on offer and the large amount of bonus money that can be claimed through the welcome offer, with the caveat of those strict wagering terms. So if you enjoy ProgressPlay’s platform and you’re looking to try another of their sites, or you are new to the operator and want to see what they are about, then BlueFox is a good option.
