With my £10 deposit, I’m required to wager £600 (£20 x 30) before I can make a withdrawal. My winnings are also  capped at £50 (£10 x 5).

This does not compare favourably with other offers on the market right now. Game Menu, Search Functions and Game Window

Just like the website itself, the game menu is simple to use. However, the categorisations could be better, with just Slots, Table Games, Arcade, Roulette and Live to browse. If you prefer to be able to filter by Trending or Hot categories, you’ll be disappointed.

RTP Settings at Spin and Win

On the other hand, response times were slow - 3 to 5 minutes to be put through, and then we had to provide our username and date of birth, and confirm it was indeed our account we were talking about before any query could be addressed.

It took a full 20 minutes to reach a conclusion to our first query regarding the sign-up bonus which failed to credit when I deposited. But apart from this one problematic interaction, other queries regarding the terms and conditions of our bonus and how to verify our ID were answered quickly and with the correct information.

Spin and Win has an average score of 1.9/5 across 169 reviews on Trust Pilot (03.01.23).

This is one of the lowest scores we have come across for any site we have reviewed. 57% of the reviewers scored the site with a 1/5. For the record, 25% scored the site with a 5/5. Most complaints were about the games being ‘laggy’ or slow, low win rates, or missing bonus funds. These complaints are not uncommon at online casinos where customers on a bad run blame ‘rigged’ software or misunderstandings about bonus terms cause conflict.

What is interesting is that similar complaints were made on the Magical Vegas Trust Pilot page. Both sites run on the same platform and as you will see in our review there were some issues with the bonus being credited.
