The Casiplay website is a no-frills experience. There is no particular theme, celeb personality or immersive content to enjoy. Instead, a video on the home page plays clips from classic slots like Gonzo’s Quest and Starburst. They know why we’re here and it’s time to dive straight in.

Finding Important Information

Key information like terms and conditions, bonus policy, payment options, FAQs and Responsible Gambling information can all be easily accessed from the footer area of the site. These are standard pages for Aspire Global sites and provide all the information you need to understand how cash out processes and bonuses work.

Registration

Registration at Casiplay took under 1 minute. Each step requires you to input just one piece of information – name, date of birth, mobile number, full address and email address. As long as that information is accurate then you will not need to provide any documentation to verify your ID at this stage. You can jump straight in, deposit and claim your bonus.

Account Pages

Casiplay uses the standard Aspire Global platform account area. This is a simply-designed and functional part of Casiplay. It’s very easy to use. Two balances are displayed – real money and bonus money. There is also a wagering requirements balance which shows how much more wagering is needed to release any active bonus.

You can also deposit, cashout, view transaction history and verify your ID though an automated tool all from this screen. And finally, a ‘Bonuses’ tab gives you a list of active bonuses and bonuses for which you are eligible, another useful function.

Online Slots 6/10

Catalogue and Game Providers

The slots selection at Casiplay is not huge but it covers the biggest names. In total there are over 400 games from around 30 suppliers including Big Time Gaming, Netent and Quickspin. This is much smaller than you get at other white label sites from operators like White Hat or Skill on Net for example. There are some big names missing from the list of suppliers at Casiplay including Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming and Hacksaw Gaming.

Jackpot Slots

The jackpots section is limited with just 27 games in total. Only Jackpot King games from Blueprint Gaming are available, including Genie Jackpots. There are no Mega Moolah games from Microgaming, no Mega Fortune games from NetEnt and no Dream Drop Jackpots from Relax Gaming.

New Slots

The New games tab opens up a list of around 50 games which is a good number. We found some very new releases in the mix which shows that Casiplay is keeping up with it’s rivals in publishing the newest content. New slots included Olympus Zeus Megaways by iSoft Bet and Stormforged by Hacksaw Gaming.

Megaways Slots

Despite a relatively small game catalogue, Casiplay does have a good selection of Megaways games. You can find them by typing ‘Megaways’ into the search bar. This brings up a list of 102 slots including classics like Royal Mint Megaways, Eye of Horus Megaways and Legacy of Ra Megaways.

Slingo Games

Casiplay also offers a selection of 28 Slingo games. This is not the full list – there are quite a few missing. However, there are still some good titles here including the excellent Slingo Cleopatra, which fans of the IGT slot should enjoy, and Book of Slingo which ‘Book of … ‘ slots players will love.

Game Menu and Game Experience

The slots menu and search functions at Casiplay are very basic. There are just three categories of games: slots, featured games and classics with no option to browse by groups like game providers, themes or jackpots. Nor is there a filter to search games by RTP, paylines or maximum win. For the slots connoisseur this is disappointing but it does reflect the limited nature of the game catalogue here.

When you launch a game then it will open up in a simple game window with no option to quick deposit or search for other games. However, you can chat to support without leaving your game which is useful if you want to raise an issue with your account without dropping your game session.

Slots RTP Settings at Casiplay

Some slot providers now offer their games with up to 5 different RTP settings. It is then at the discretion of the casino operator to choose which setting to run the games at. We verified the RTP settings at Casiplay for a selection of games we know to have multiple setting options.

This is what we found.

NOTE: These settings were verified on 22nd May 2023.

Casiplay does not perform well in this area. In each case, the games are running at mid-to-low settings, sometimes the lowest available. In particular the settings for Book of Dead and Reactoonz from Play n Go are very unappealing. If RTP is a big factor for you in choosing a slot site then you may wish to look at alternative casinos in our lists.

Live Dealer 7/10

Like all casinos on the Aspire Global label, Casiplay is plugged into the Evolution Gaming lobby for live tables. That means you have access to a massive selection of networked live dealer action. Evolution remain the industry leaders in this sector due to the quality of their products and the size of their network.

Whenever you log into the Evolution suite you can look in the bottom right corner of the screen to see how many players are online. The figure is usually in excess of 50,000. There are normally around 150 Blackjack tables, 30 or more Roulettes, a range of Pokers like Texas Hold Em and Three Card Poker, and the Gameshow formats like Dream Catcher and Lighting Roulette which will have 1,000s of players betting at any time.

The Evolution suite will be enough for many gamblers but if you are looking for more variety from names like Playtech and Pragmatic Play then we recommend playing at a bigger casino name live Casumo or Betfred instead.

Loyalty Promotions 8/10

Casiplay players benefit from access to network-wide promotions that are available across all Aspire Global sites. These include regular prize draws and tournaments.

At the time of writing these included a monthly £20k tournament featuring games from Pragmatic Play and Microgaming. Every £20 wagered on a qualifying game earns a point in the tournament. This is an exciting event with a £5k prize for the top wagerer but unfortunately the leaderboards are not live so you can’t see how well you are doing until the end.

Casiplay players can also take part in the Drops and Wins promotion exclusive to Pragmatic. Play with £500,000 in prizes available each month.

Big monthly slots tournaments like these can add extra jeopardy to your slots play but there is no sophisticated loyalty program at Casiplay. If you are looking for level-ups and rewards you could try a big independent slot site like Casumo or Skill on Net’s Play OJO. instead

Cashier Options 8/10

Like all sites on the Aspire Global platform, Casiplay offers a good range of payment services. That includes debit cards, eWallets Paypal and Skrill, Trustly and Bank Transfer. There is also MuchBetter or Astropay for those looking for an alternative option. 

The minimum deposit on all payment services is £10 but remember that you will need to deposit £20 to qualify for the sign-up bonus.

The one big drawback with Casiplay is the deposit fees – 1% fee for Visa and Mastercard and 3.1% for Paypal which is very unusual. So when choosing to sign up here you’ll need to decide whether this is acceptable to you.

Customer Support 7/10

You can contact the support team at Casiplay on either email or live chat. There is no phone option. The team is available from 8am to midnight CET 7 days a week.

This is basic level support. The best sites will provide a 24/7 service though few offer phone support these days so it’s not a big issue that Casiplay don’t.

When you enter live chat you will be encourage to find an answer to your questions in a list of pre-defined questions, a bit like FAQs. This is OK, but if the answer isn’t there you’ll need to click on the chat icon to speak to an agent. In our testing the response time was less than 1 minute on 3 occasions. However, the support staff weren’t that knowledgeable – they didn’t know the fees for deposits offhand for example.

Incidentally, we also browsed the FAQs section of the site but couldn’t find any information on fees there either. The FAQs were quite basic, in fact the same you find at all Aspire Global sites.

KYC Process 8/10

Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are a formality at all licensed online casinos in the UK now. If you choose to deposit or withdraw significant amounts, then your casino will want to verify your ID and (sometimes) payment methods.

This used to be done via email and required manual checks by staff. Now many sites allow you to upload documents through your account pages. Casiplay is one of those. Once you have uploaded your documents they are approved in minutes through an automated system.
