Response times in live chat are generally very fast on Aspire sites and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response. They also employ real support staff rather tha relying on AI bots to answer your queries, which is good as many live chat apps are now AI driven in the casino industry.

You can also find responses to some queries you may have in the FAQs pages that can be found from a link in the footer of the website. These are useful, but not as comprehensive as we have seen on other sites. Your best bet is to jump into the chat app instead.

KYC Process 8/10

Aspire Global sites have a bit of a reputation for slow processing of documents to verify ID and financial status. They say it may take up to 48 hours to do their checks. In my experience however it is quicker, particularly now that you can upload your documents via a secure page in your account.

Some of the first checks on passport and driver license have even been completed in under 1 hour using this system. Further checks can take longer however, so be aware of this.
