Plaza Royal is not the finest website, but it’s a simple one built on the classic Aspire Global template and it does what’s required. It will look familiar to anyone who has played at other sites from this operator. It’s easy to navigate, with the game list visible from the home page. It can feel a little cluttered but you soon get used to it. There is also a smart account area that appears in a popup window, and simple 2-step registration process that you can complete in minutes.

Online Slots 7/10

There are around 1,000 online slot to play at PlazaRoyal from over 50 different game providers. This is a smaller catalogue than you find at casinos produced by rival operators like Skill on Net or White Hat Gaming, but for most slots fans it is enough.

A quick browse of the list will show you that there are titles by names like Play n Go, Big Time Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Blueprint Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Quickspin, Microgaming and Barcrest / WMS. However, if you are mad on slots by names like Nolimit City, Thunderkick or Relax Gaming, you won’t find them here.

You can explore the list by using the search bar at the top of the page if you know what title you are looking for. Or by using the filter buttons for New, Jackpots and Drops and Wins. These are fairly limited options however, with no filter for Megaways, or Slingos, or for game providers for example. That is a drawback of these Aspire sites. They don’t make it easy to dig deep into the game list.

However, using the existing filters and search bar, I was able to discover the following:

New Slots – games seem to be updated on a weekly basis at least. There were 106 games in this section in total, all new in the last 2 to 3 months.

Megaways Slots – the Megaways list looked reasonable, based on typing ‘Megaways’ into the search bar. I found less around 50.

Progressive Jackpots – I wouldn’t recommend this site if you are looking for big jackpots to play for. Dream Drops, Mega Moolahs and Mega Fortunes were all conspicuous in their absence. However, there were around 20 Jackpot King games from the Blueprint label.

Slingo Games – the Slingo selection numbers around 30, including classics like Slingo Extreme and newer games like Slingo Starburst and Book of Slingo.

Live Dealer 8/10

To find the live casino you’ll need to locate the Live Casino link. It’s not at the top of the page where you might expect, but rather on the left side on desktop, under the Join Now button or Deposit button if you are logged in.

I have some experience of making withdrawal from Aspire Global sites and can tell you that they can be both good and bad. All the sites on the network use the same payments team. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a response at an Aspire site, even at peak times. The agents are real people, not AI bots, and they generally answer your questions quickly. I can also recommend using the FAQs which are available from the site footer, where you can get answers to common queries about your account, bonuses and the games.

KYC Process 8/10

As PlazaRoyal, if you are asked to provide scans of personal documents to verify your ID, age, address and / or source of gambling funds, then you can do so through your account pages. This is a neat system that avoids sending sensitive information on email.

Use the ‘Document Upload’ link in the account area to do this. I have found that ID documents may be verified in minutes, but source of wealth checks can take longer. Whilst you can wait until you are asked for this information, to avoid delays to future withdrawals, I recommend that if you plan to play here often then you upload documents as soon as you have the opportunity.
