One blockbuster game release you won’t want to miss this autumn is Templar Tumble 2 Dream Drop brought to you by one of the year’s hottest studios, Relax Gaming.

That’s right, the Knights Templar are back in the fourth in the Tumble series. Early glimpses show this to be a more austere offering than the original Templar Tumble, with a granite-grey temple and stoney-faced knights framing a 6×7 grid.

But the real headline here is this: Templar Tumble 2 will feature Relax’s Dream Drop Progressive Jackpot. This adds another dimension to a game that already has a 20,000x top payout. Dream Drop includes 5 different jackpot levels with a prize range of £1,000,000 to £10,000,000 for the highest level Mega Jackpot.

More About The Game

The basic gameplay is fairly simple in Templar Tumble 2. The grid is populated with pay symbols and blockers. You’ll need to land identical symbols on adjacent reels from left to right to score wins. When you do, winning symbols AND adjacent blockers are removed. Win cascades like these continue until no more wins are formed, after which a payout is made.

One of the key differentiators of this slot from others in the Tumble series is a the blue and red collection meters. Scoring wins with tiles that have red or blue frames around them adds points to the red and blue collection meters.

Filling the meters will earn you extra multipliers or mystery symbols that convert to instant cash coin payouts if they land.

Relax Gaming have also previewed a free spins round in which collection meters remain in play but DO NOT re-set between free spins.

What About The Dream Drop?

The Dream Drop Jackpot game with the £1,000,000 + top win plays out on a special grid unlocked at random at any point in the game. The new golden grid flanked again with golden knights has 5 reels, one for each jackpot. Filling a reel entirely with special ‘DD’ symbols will unlock that prize.

What Do We Think?

Templar Tumble 2 looks like it could be a very special game. As well as the Dream Drop, the main game jackpot has been increased from just 1,000x to 20,000x. And what we have seen of the graphics and animations look classy and suggest the same high levels of production values as other Relax titles.
