Fortune Mobile has a classy high-end theme that is unusual for Grace Media sites. The home page shows the interior of a stately building with sweeping staircase and chandeliers, and a female croupier and roulette wheel in the foreground. The logo has elegant gold lettering on a black background too. If you like stylish casinos, this is could be one for you.

The website is easy to find your way around with clear navigation, and a simple game menu. Registration took me just two minutes. I had to submit my mobile number as well as home address, birthday and email address. Once I was signed-up I made my first deposit with Paypal with ease. If you want the sign-up bonus you have to opt-in at the point of deposit, so don’t forget to do that.

The account area in Fortune Mobile is slick. On desktop if pulls in from the right of the screen and there you have access to all the functions to administer your account, deposit and withdraw, set Responsible Gambling limits, and view your account history.

Overall I was impressed with the quality of the Fortune Mobile website. It’s better than most Grace Media sites I have used, and more in line with rival white label platforms like Skill on Net or White Hat Gaming.

Online Slots 7/10

The game list at Fortune Mobile is OK, but not great. In total I counted over 800 slots from over 50 game providers. The list includes most of the big hitters like NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, Play n Go, Red Tiger, Stakelogic and Hacksaw Gaming. However, there are notable omissions that many slots fantatics might find hard to live without. These include Nolimit City, Relax Gaming and Push Gaming.

If you are looking for a slot site with a bigger catalogue and more providers, try one of the Skill on Net sites like Play OJO (over 5,000 games) or an independent casino like Casumo (over 3,000 games).

Despite these shortcomings, Fortune Mobile’s list will still be enough for most slots players. You can search games by name or filters like New, Hot (most popular) or Drops and Wins (a list of all games eligible for Pragmatic Play’s big money tournaments). The menu could be improved with more filter options, like game provider or theme for example, but no Grace Media site I’ve tried seems to offer this function yet.

RTP Rates at Fortune Mobile Casino

Over the last 5 years it has become increasingly commonplace for game providers to produce slots with 3, 4 or even 5 RTP settings and leave it to the casino operator to choose which rate to run the game at. This means your chances of coming away with a positive balance might vary from one slot site to the next. Sometimes the difference may be upwards of 5%. This is a mixed bag. There are no games running with RTPs at under 90% – we have seen this at some UK casinos recently – but even so, none of the games at at their optimum settings of around 96%. For live dealer players Fortune Mobile’s offering is very limited. All tables are provided by Ezugi. There are no Evolution of Pragmatic Play dealers which is a shame because these are the best on the market right now. Instead what you get form Ezugi is a small selection of Roulette, Sic Bo and Hold Em, with limited stakes and player numbers.

If you are big fan of live tables my advice would be to look elsewhere. There is much more choice at sites like Swift Casino (Skill on Net) or Duelz Casino (SuprPlay).

Loyalty Promotions 7/10

Unlike other small white label networks, Grace Media offers a good range of loyalty promotions. They are shared across the group so if you play at few of their slot sites then you’ll recognise them, and you can get familiar with the schedule.

The cashier at Fortune Mobile covers the most popular payment services. Visa and Mastercard debit cards are accepted for deposits and withdrawals, as are Paypal, MuchBetter and Trustly. You can also use Fonix for mobile payments. However, popular eWallets Skrill and Neteller are not accepted, nor are Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

The site has a £10 minimum deposit threshold which is good. And there are no fees. You can also withdraw from £10, but if your payment is less than £30 you will find you get slapped with a £1.50 fee, which is less than ideal.

According to their website, Fortune Mobile process withdrawals 7 days a week. That means, even on a Saturday or Sunday, if you are using a fast withdrawal payment service like an eWallet you will get your money on the day. For debit cards withdrawals will take a little longer, usually 2 to 5 days.

Customer Support 8/10

I was impressed by the support service at Fortune Mobile. You have options to speak to the team on live chat or SMS or use a comprehensive FAQs service.

The FAQs are packed with information provided in articles that look like they were written by the support team. They are split into useful categories like Verification or Deposits and Withdrawals. I found answers to be detailed, useful, and better than the standard FAQs you find at most slot sites.

Live Chat is a 24/7 feature. It can be a little frustrating because it’s an AI system that tries to re-direct you to the FAQ answers (!) but if you ask to speak to an agent you’ll be put through in a few minutes, which is good.

I didn’t try the SMS option but it’s an unusual alternative for those who don’t want to negotiate the AI interface.

KYC Process 8/10

Know Your Customer (KYC) is a necessary part of the slot site experience nowadays in the UK. It’s how the operators verify your account to ensure you are not fraudulent or using funds that are not your own.
