Review Summary

Dream Vegas is a well-established White Hat Gaming casino, opened in 2018 and recently re-booted with a new sportsbook, website and app design. It operates under a UK Gambling Commission license, so it delivers safe and fair gambling.

I was really impressed with the fantastic new look. It’s bigger and better than what was there before and it’s a fun casino to use with nice loyalty features and a smart and powerful game menu. The White Hat platform ensures that the range of games is superb too with over 4,500 slots from 100 providers and lots of live dealer tables and gameshows. For those looking for a good bonus, both the welcome offer and loyalty rewards are generous whilst free spins are awarded daily via the Bonus Wheel.

On the flipside, big bonuses are offset by high wagering requirements here – 35x the bonus AND deposit which makes it very hard to take anything away. Free spins are also subject to the 35x on winnings which is harsh in my opinion although I’m sure the casino would argue that these tight terms are the price for such big bonus packages. Players who review the site on TrustPilot also comment about tough wagering terms as well as slow verification checks and delayed withdrawals.

On balance, Dream Vegas comes across as a safe and trustworthy destination for your casino and sports bets, particularly if you are planning to spend big and want high match bonuses in return. It also suits those who like to dive deep into a slots list and have plenty of options to explore. But if you’re not a fan of wagering requirements, or you want to spend £10 or less each time you log on, you’re advised to try elsewhere.

Expert and Player Reviews From Across The Web

We also looked at other forum and consumer review sites when researching our own review to see what experiences other people have had at Dream Vegas. Here are the scores from 3 of those sites:

  • Trust Pilot: 1.7/5 from 402 reviews
  • Ask Gamblers: 7.8/10
  • Casino Guru: 6.3/10

Whilst scores at Ask Gamblers and Casino Guru are about average, the Trust Pilot score is very low. It’s not uncommon for betting sites, even very good ones, to get low scores on TrustPilot as gamblers use it as a forum in which to rant and rave about verification checks or losing streaks, which are not the operator’s fault. However, in this instance there does appear to be a significant number of complaints about the tough wagering requirements and delays to withdrawals caused by slow verification times. I raise both these issues in my review and it shows that whilst for most players, the Dream Vegas experience is a good one, if you hit a bump in the road where further account checks are required, the experience can be frustrating.

Sign Up Offer Terms

There are wagering requirements and withdrawal restrictions associated with this offer. Make sure you understand them before you accept the deal. Remember, you can always choose NOT to take up the welcome bonus if you want.

Your bonus funds are held in a separate balance labelled ‘Bonus’ in your account. You begin by wagering your real cash balance. Only when that reaches zero do you start wagering bonus funds. And if you choose to withdraw your cash balance before it reaches zero then you will lose your bonus. Once you start wagering your bonus balance, you need to wager 35x the value of your bonus plus your deposit before your bonus balance is transferred over to real cash. So, if you deposit £50 and get a £50 bonus then you will need to wager £3,500 (£50 + £50 x 35). Only wagers on slots, scratchcards and keno contribute to these wagering requirements.

Your free spins are available as soon as your deposit is confirmed. You can play these by opening any of the eligible games from NetEnt. Your winnings are paid out in bonus funds and you will need to wager 35x their value before the bonus balance is transferred to cash. There is also a cap of £100 on winnings from free spins.

Is This A Good Deal?

This is a good deal that will suit big spenders. Up to £300 and 150 bonus spins is competitive in a market where most deals are capped at £100. White Hat Gaming sites are known for big offers like this one. At Temple Nile for example you can get up to £300 along with 60 Eye of Horus spins.

The minimum deposit of £20 to qualify for the bonus will exclude some players, however. Those looking to deposit £10 could try Casumo (100% up to £25) or PlayGrand (100% up to £100) instead. And if the 35x wagering requirements put you off you could go for a deal with no wagering requirements like you find at Play OJO (80 Book of Dead spins – winnings in cash) instead.

Promotions and Loyalty Program

There are a lot of promotions for regular players at Dream Vegas to enjoy including daily rewards of free spins and bonuses and a Vegas loyalty card. Here’s a summary of what is on offer.

Most of these deals come with the standard wagering terms of 35x the bonus or 35x free spins winnings.

The Bonus Wheel is now standard at White Hat Gaming sites. As long as you have a verified account and have made at least one deposit at Dream Vegas you can enjoy a spin on the wheel each day. It also reveals free spins and match bonuses.

3 Prize Draws

There are 3 prize draws running at Dream Vegas right now. They aren’t easy to enter as the wagering thresholds to earn tickets are very high, but the prizes are big.

£30,000 Mega Cash Giveaway – runs annually with Mega Tickets awarded for earning 500 points at £1,000 wagering per point. So, you’ll need to wager £500,000 to earn 1 Mega Ticket.

£10,000 Major Cash Giveaway – this runs every 3 months – check the site for details. Major Tickets are earned by collecting 250 points at £400 wagering per point. So, you need to wager £100,000 to earn 1 Major Ticket.

£500 Mini Cash Giveaway – this runs weekly with Mini Tickets awarded for earning 100 points at £40 per point. So, you need to wager £4,000 to earn one ticket.

Loyalty Program

There is also a loyalty program at Dream Vegas with points awarded for wagering that can be exchanged for bonuses. It’s a simple system that’s easy to follow. Every 1,000 points you collect can be exchanged for £5 bonus funds. Points are awarded as follows:

GameLoyalty Points For £10 Wager
Slots2 points
Scratchcards2 point
Bingo1 points
Video Poker1 point
Blackjack0.5 points
Roulette0.25 points

This is a nice loyalty program that gives you something back for your spend, but it’s not especially generous. You need to wager £5,000 on slots to earn a £5 bonus with a 35x wagering requirement. For a better loyalty offer I recommend All British Casino where you get 10% cashback on all your losses.

Catalogue and Game Providers

There are over 100 providers contributing games to the Dream Vegas casino, so whatever your tastes are you should be catered for. Big hitters like NetEnt, Games Global, IGT, Big Time Gaming and Pragmatic Play are all there. And there are many smaller studios too which means you can find niche styles and formats. I enjoy Hacksaw, Thunderkick, ELK Studios and Iron Dog games and all of those appear. You can check the full list by hitting the ‘Providers’ button once you are in the casino area of the site.

Here I’ve picked out 15 of my favourite providers and some of their best games to illustrate the diversity on offer.

Online Slots

There are more than 4,500 slots to spin at Dream Vegas. This massive catalogue includes many classics, the freshest cuts, lots of Megaways titles, grid games and all levels of volatility, RTP and max wins. You can dip into categories like ‘Big Bass’, ‘Cluster Games’ or ‘Megaways’ or find your favourites using the search bar. I found the ‘Popular’ filter to be a good way to find the classics and there were 72 games in the ‘New’ category, many out in the last month which is always a good sign.

Here are 10 of my favourite slots from the list and a bit more about each one.

Jackpot Slots

For progressive jackpot fans there are close to 250 to choose from covering 5 of the biggest networks including Games Global’s famous Mega Moolah, which has grown to over £10,000,000 in the past. The selection also includes Relax Gaming’s Dream Drop slots which in my opinion have better gameplay than Mega Moolah, even if the jackpot sizes are smaller.

Here is a summary of the jackpots available. The seed level is the starting pot for the jackpot each time it re-sets.

Live Dealer

Live dealer tables at Dream Vegas are provided by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. These are the two most popular live game providers and you will find their games at most casinos. All the action is pooled across 1,000s of online casinos worldwide. There are no exclusive tables available here. For that you would need to try Play OJO, Casumo or Betfred Games.

Of the two, Evolution Gaming is the more popular provider. They host  upwards of 150 Blackjack tables, 30 Roulettes, Sicbo and Baccarat, Hold Em Poker and Gameshows. The most popular are the Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and Dream Catcher gameshows.

The Pragmatic Play tables lobby is smaller but also offers a good selection of Blackjacks and Roulettes and its own growing list of gameshows. These include Sweet Bonanza Candyland, a live version of their famous slot game.

Table Games

If you prefer the virtual versions of casino table games then hit the ‘Table Games’ in the casino area. There are 57 of these from top names like Play n Go, NetEnt, Iron Dog and Switch Studios. They include Blackjacks, Baccarat, Craps, Roulette and Poker. As well as classic versions of these games there are some interesting variations which might appeal to slots fans. These include 9 Pots of Gold Roulette and Immortal Romance Roulette.

Slingo Games

Dream Vegas also has a selection of more than 35 Slingo games to play. These are a hybrid of slots and bingo and includes some excellent branded games that mix the Slingo format with well-known slots like Starburst and Sweet Bonanza. There are also classics like Slingo Riches and Slingo Extreme.

If you want to browse more sites with these games try our Slingo Sites page.

Other Games

At Dream Vegas you can play a wide variety of instant wins too covering a full spectrum of scratchcards, plinkos, crash games, dice and sports games. There are over 100 of these too, offering a more relaxing alternative to the intense live dealer and slots action, often with smaller stakes too.

Website and App Experience

7/10

Dream Vegas website has recently been re designed and it looks superb.  It retains the same iconic branding and dark blue and orange coloring but the layout and usability is much improved in my opinion.

Dream Vegas Home Page
Dream Vegas Home Page - big and bold, now with sportsbook too

The home page looks big and bold, using images of highlights of the Vegas strip along with dice and chips, and references to sports like American footballs and chequered flags to represent the new sports betting part of the site too. Finding your way to the important areas like sign up or log in, the cashier and responsible gambling pages is easy. I like the game menu too which is simple to navigate and lets you browse to your favourite titles quickly.

Download The Dream Vegas Mobile App

You can also download a Dream Vegas mobile app for both iPhone and Android. The app gives you access to the same game catalogue as the desktop website, as well as the cashier and responsible gambling tools. Either version downloads and installs in less than 1 minute. For iPhone you need iOS version 14.0 or later. I tested the iPhone version on an old iPhone 12 with iOS 18 and the games loaded really quick and played without any lag on a standard Wifi connection.

Banking

8/10

Whilst the cashier was not particularly well built – it doesn’t look as slick as the rest of the site and I have already covered off the usability issues I faced earlier in this review – it does at least offer a wide range of payment services with no fees including PaypalTrustly and Paysafecard. The caveat there is that the minimum deposit amount is £20.

If this is too high for you then you could try another White Hat Gaming site with a £10 minimum deposit threshold like Play Grand or Slot Nite.

Payout Speed

Dream Vegas say on their website that it can take up to 24 hours for a withdrawal to be approved before it is processed back to your payment provider. I have had mixed experiences with withdrawals at White Hat Gaming sites. Sometimes they can take just a few hours whilst other times, particularly over weekends, they can take longer, sometimes up to 3 days. In short, they are not the quickest, but provided you have passed verification checks, you can get your money in less than a day.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks

Dream Vegas are required to carry out Know Your Customers (KYC) checks on all customers. This is a condition of their license to operate in the UK and part of their safer gambling and anti-money laundering practices. You may be asked to provide documents to help verify your ID, age and address, as well as the source of your gambling funds, depending on how much you are spending.

Here is a summary of the most common KYC checks you can expect to experience at Dream Vegas.

What Documents Will I Need To Provide?

If a member of the Dream Vegas team contacts you or you receive a message via their website then you may be asked to provide scans, photos or screenshots of one or more of the following documents. This can be done securely via the ‘Upload Your Identity Documents’ link on your account page.

Driver License or Passport – to confirm your ID and age

Support at Dream Vegas is on Live Chat or Email. There is no phone support. However, the team are on hand 24/7.

I have used the service previously and found it to be of a high standard. There are no AI bots involved and the support staff respond with 2 to 3 minutes on most occasions. They are knowledgeable and friendly.

You can also use a 'Help Center' to look for information about specific areas of the services like Bonuses or Deposits. This is like an FAQs and its comprehensive.

Player Protection and Trust

7/10

The operator behind Dream Vegas is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. This is important because it means the site adheres to strict standards on safety, security and fairness. All of the following features are incorporated into the platform to provide player protection.

Responsible Gambling Tools – all players can use these tools available in their account pages to set limits on their deposits and wagering, and the amount of time they spend logged in during the week or month, including around paydays.

GAMSTOP – Dream Vegas is part of the national GAMSTOP self-exclusion program that allows gamblers to exclude themselves from all licensed betting sites from one place.

Game Testing – all games are provided by licensed game developers. They are regularly audited by 3rd party test houses approved by the UK Gambling Commission to check RTP rates are correct and all game outcomes are random.

Know Your Customer Checks – checks are made on all customers to ensure that they are not spending beyond their means. These checks also prevent fraud and money laundering.

Site Encryption – the Dream Vegas website and app uses Secure Socker Layer (SSL) protocols when a player is logged in. Personal details and financial data is encrypted to prevent anyone from intercepting it and reading it.

Fair and Transparent Bonus Terms – all promotional offers are required to have clear terms and conditions that can be accessed easily on the website. They must also be fair.

Dispute Resolution – Dream Vegas provide a clear path for any customer to escalate a complaint if they wish to. As part of this, the operator has nominated eCorga as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider (ADR). If a player is not happy with the response provided to a complaint, eCorga can step in and provide a fair and impartial adjudication.

Insolvency Protection – player balances are held separately to the main business funds to protect them in case the operator becomes insolvent.

Responsible Gambling Tools at Dream Vegas

As required under the terms of their license, Dream Vegas provide all players with a full suite of Responsible Gambling tools to help self-regulate their spend and time online. This includes information about where to get help if you need it.

Our Verdict

Dream Vegas scores highly for its excellent slots catalogue but the user experience on the website was not without its issues. There were a few occasions where the site felt a bit clunky and some information on the account pages was hard to read. On the other hand the sign-up deal is great as long as you are depositing more than £20, and KYC was quick and efficient here. We recommend Dream Vegas in particular to those looking to make significant deposits as big spenders appear to be well-rewarded here.
