It launched in 2014 and offers a straight-forward online gambling experience similar to that which you will find at other WHG sites. There are no frills here, just a wide selection of more than 2,500 slots, the value of playing at a trusted name in UK slots entertainment, and a good value sign up offer including 100% up to £100 bonus and 100 free spins.

- Regularly updated game menu
Across The Web – More Hello Casino Reviews
Hello Casino has an average score of 2.4 on Trust Pilot.
This is a below average score for a slot site on Trust Pilot but there is a big caveat that only 12 customers have reviewed the site. These are generally from players who have become frustrated with the withdrawal process or had a losing streak. This is common at online slot sites and due to the small number of reviews, I would treat this score with caution.

Is Hello Casino Legit?
Yes, Hello Casino is a legit casino. It operates under the White Hat Gaming licenses from Malta and the UK. White Hat also have licences in several US states. In total they run more than 30 online casinos in the UK. Here are their licensing details.
In a routine compliance assessment carried out in March 2019 White Hat Gaming procedures and policies relating to anti-money laundering and social responsibility were found to be inadequate. Subsequently, in January 2021 they made a payment of £1.3 million to the National Strategy to Reduce Gambling Harms in lieu of a fine.
We should note that the action may not relate to the handling of Hello Casino accounts. However, it is still significant. You can read more about the assessment and WHG’s response on the Gambling Commission website here.
Website Design and Usability
Like its sister sites on the WHG label, HelloCasino.com is a reliable, functional website. There is none of the glitz and glamour of a top tier independent casino, but it does the job. Key information is easy to find and the cashier, account pages and game all load up quickly and with few errors or glitches.
Occasionally, when using the search bar on the game menu the results are returned on a page with a white background that jars with the rest of the site. But that aside, I was comfortable with the UX experience at Hello Casino.
Sign-Up and First Deposit At Hello Casino
The registration and deposit process, including taking up my welcome bonus, took under 3 minutes in total which is quick. You will need to give your full name, address, date of birth, email and mobile number.
You will also be required to click a link in a welcome email to activate your account. This is a little unusual but does give another layer of account security so I don’t see that as a problem.
You will also need to opt-in to the sign-up bonus so don’t forget to do that when you deposit or you will miss out on the match bonus and free spins. This is a feature of WHG sites and it allows you to decide whether or not you want to be tied up in wagering requirements and withdraw limits or stick to your own cash bets.
Account Verification (KYC) at Hello Casino
Initial account verification checks to validate your name, address and age are done in seconds using public databases behind the scenes. This is standard practice and allows you to register and deposit at Hello Casino without submitting any personal documents to verify our age and identity.
However, if you request a significant withdrawal or make many further deposits you may be asked to submit documents like scans of your passport, driver license and utility bills. Many sites are now using AI-driven software tools to automatically check these documents. Hello Casino is one that does and it means ID checks should be much more efficient here than they used to be.

Is this a good offer?
This is a standard offer for WHG casinos. There are others that offer a higher value match bonus. Temple Nile goes up to £500 but the wagering terms are greater at 40x the deposit and bonus. This is a good offer for those who enjoy NetEnt’s classic slots Starburst and Gonzo’s Quest. If you want more like that you can find them at Dream Vegas – up to 150 spins on Starburst and Aloha! or Spin Rio – 100 spins on NetEnt games.
You can browse more slots bonuses on this page.
Other Promotions at Hello Casino
As a rule, white label casinos don’t run the same level of promotions as bigger independent sites. But you can still find a few good rewards if you shop around. At Hello Casino there are two regular offers that make this site worth spending time on.
Firstly, a Sensational Sundays offer where your first deposit of £10 or more gets you a 30% match bonus. This comes with the standard 35x wagering requirement on deposit and bonus together.
Then there is a loyalty program.
The advantage of this program over others on the WHG platform is that Hello Casino have chosen to make it clear how many points you earn for each £1 wagered. Other sites don’t do this. They simply say, the more you spend, the more points you earn and its left at their discretion if they want to change the formula. That doesn’t seem fair to me.
At Hello Casino you get 2 points for every £10 wagered on slots. 1,000 points converts to £5 bonus funds to play with. So, you need to wager £5,000 to get a £5 bonus. That may seem like a lot but remember these are wagers, not deposits so the points will quickly stack up.
You will also be credited 500 points when you make your first wager. That’s an extra £2.50 on top of your sign-up offer.
In summary, Hello Casino offers good value to its customers, and I will make this a regular stop for my slots play.
Slot Game and Software
The most important part of any online slot site is the game catalogue and Hello Casino doesn’t let us down here. The WHG platform offers a game selection to rival that of other white label casino operators like Skill on Net and it certainly exceeds that from Aspire Global, another big name in the UK. All the big providers are represented with just one or two exceptions, and whether its slots, live dealer of slingo you are after, you are catered for.
In total there are at least 2,000 slots here, form more than 100 providers. I just hit the Providers button on the game menu and a scrollable list comes up. The only favourites missing here are Yggdrasil, Quickspin and Novomatic. As a quick tip, if Novomatic are your favourite, you can find Book of Ra and others by them at L and L sites like All British Casino.
Personally, right now I’m a big fan of Hacksaw Gaming and I jumped straight to their place in the list and bring almost the full suite with games like Pug Life and Break Bones a click away in seconds. I say almost because I noticed a couple of new games weren’t in the list yet. Rotten, already a month old, and new title, RIP City, a few weeks old, hadn’t yet been added. If you are a big fan of checking out new games then this might be a consideration. Small white labels are often slower to add new content than big brands with new teams. Try sites like Casumo to get the latest titles on the day they are released.
Other popular providers whose games are here include Nolimit City, NetEnt, Play n Go, Thunderkick, Slingo, IGT, Microgaming, Just for the Win, ELK Studios and Relax Gaming.
But if you don’t want to search by game provider you can always search by group like New, Jackpots, Drop and Wins, Must Go Jackpots or Classics. You can also click the heart on any game logo to add it to your favourites which makes it easier to find next time you come back.
Other Games at Hello Casino
For live dealer fans the action all comes courtesy of Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. You won’t get exclusive tables here because the casino isn’t big enough to support that. But you will get choice … lots of it.
There are over 150 Blackjack tables available at most times. You can filter by stake from 50p to £5 or £100 plus. With so many tables that is a good option to narrow down your choices. Some of the bespoke Evolution Gaming tables are available too, including Lightning Blackjack and Power Blackjack.
There are also 15 Roulette tables, which can also be filtered by new formats, native dealers, or special game types like Immersive Roulette or Instant Roulette.
And if you are interested in gameshow live tables which are more like a slots experience then the Crazy Time, Deal or No Deal and Dream Catcher games are also available.
When it comes to payments, Hello is set up to support most of the big payment providers. You can deposit easily enough from anywhere on the site once you are logged in by hitting the deposit button in the top right on desktop. However, I noticed that when you were in a game if you hit this button you only have access to previous saved payment options. That’s fine but could be frustrating if you wanted to switch to a different service without leaving the game screen.
Visa, Mastercard and Maestro are all available, as are eWallets Skrill and Neteller. Paypal also makes an appearance which is good because not all WHG sites have this. The full list of options is shown below. Note that Apple Pay and Google Pay are not available.
Deposit options at Hello Casino:
|Min Deposit||Max Deposit Per Transaction||Processing Time|
|Visa, Mastercard, Maestro||£10||No Limit||Instant|
|Cash to Code||£20||No Limit||Instant|

Customer Support at Hello Casino
Customer support is available at Hello Casino on live chat and email.
- Live Chat: 24/7 on site
- Email: email@example.com
Unusually for a WHG site there is also a ‘Help Center’ which turned out to be just an FAQs section. But it was stacked with useful information divided into helpful topics like bonuses and technical issues. This is a better service than many of Hello’s label mates provide.
The live chat service was quick to respond. The first time I used it I was asked to provide my full name, address and mobile number to cross check with my account. This is annoying but once you’ve done it you will be given a 4-digit code that suffices second time round.
I can’t be sure, but I think the chat uses AI bots to respond to your questions. Their answers are very formulaic and lack the personal touch. I’ve seen this at other WHG sites so it’s no surprise. The good news is the responses are often quicker than human operated chat. However, more complex issues which need investigating must be referred to email which can take time so AI is not always better and personally I prefer the support service you get at the bigger casinos.
Hello Casino will suit slots fans who like the White Hat Gaming platform. There is nothing spectacular about the brand but it does offer a good selection of slots and a decent value in the sign up offer. I encountered a few usability issues on the site which could cause frustration over the long term, but in general the level of service was adequate.
What We Liked
- Lots of top-quality slots which are easy to find with the filter menu system
- £10 minimum deposit
- Paypal available in the cashier
- Transparent loyalty program with rewards for every £1 wagered on slots
- KYC is done through an automated AI tool to speed up the process and avoid lengthy delays to your withdrawals
What We Didn’t Like
- A few issues with the game menu sullied the experience
- No Quickspin or Yggdrasil slots
In summary then, Hello Casino shows itself to be a run of the mill WHG site. I wouldn’t class it as highly as brands like Temple Nile or 21 Casino. It doesn’t quite have the same personality or finesse as those. But it offers the same range of games and a similar sign up offer. So if you are just looking for another WHG site to lay your hat on right now, Hello is as good a choice as any.
No, there are currently no free sign up offers at this casino. To qualify for the welcome package you will need to deposit at least £10. If you are looking for no deposit offers try our free spins page with the latest deals.
