The Casilando site was re-worked in 2019 and has a clean and simple design that stands out from the plethora of highly-stylised immersive casinos you see nowadays. That makes it easy to navigate and fresh on the eyes whilst a light blue and white background makes the game logos clear and easy to see.

Registration is straight forward and took just a few minutes to complete. It’s a standard form that you see on all White Hat Gaming sites, requiring your mobile number and email alongside personal details like name, address and date of birth. Once you’re signed up you can administer your account easily through a ‘My Account’ page that lets you set your play limits as well as showing you any active bonuses you are eligible for alongside your balance and deposit and withdrawal buttons.

In short, a high quality site that is very easy to use.

I found it very easy to explore this list in detail using a simple search and filter menu that allowed me to search by game name or provider, with the full list appearing down the left of the screen when I clicked on the provider link. It includes big names like NetEnt, Blueprint Gaming, Nolimit City, Pragmatic Play, IGT, Play n Go and Games Global, as well as many popular smaller studios like Gameburger and Iron Dog.

Another impressive part of the Casilando site is the ‘New’ games list too which is packed with the latest slots, including titles released the week of this review – always a good sign. You can click on the New Games tab in the lobby to see the latest additions to the growing catalogue.

Payouts speeds at Casilando are OK, but not the fastest. They will normally process any withdrawal within 24 hours during the week, and usually it will be much quicker than that, sometimes just a few hours. However, there is no processing outside of office hours. So weekend withdrawals can take up to 72 hours to go through. This it not uncommon in the UK.

The support service at Casilando is very good in my experience. There is no phone line, but you can reach the team on email or live chat. The latter has fast response times, usually under a minute. But if you don’t want to use either the chat or email you can browse a really good Help Center which includes a long list of FAQs articles nicely broken down into areas like Responsible Gambling and Bonuses and Promotions.
