Finding Important Information

Registration

Registration at Casiplay took under 1 minute. Each step requires you to input just one piece of information – name, date of birth, mobile number, full address and email address. Catalogue and Game Providers

The slots selection at Casiplay is not huge but it covers the biggest names. In total there are over 400 games from around 30 suppliers including Big Time Gaming, Netent and Quickspin. This is much smaller than you get at other white label sites from operators like White Hat or Skill on Net for example. There are some big names missing from the list of suppliers at Casiplay including Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming and Hacksaw Gaming.

Jackpot Slots

The jackpots section is limited with just 27 games in total. Only Jackpot King games from Blueprint Gaming are available, including Genie Jackpots. There are no Mega Moolah games from Microgaming, no Mega Fortune games from NetEnt and no Dream Drop Jackpots from Relax Gaming.

New Slots

The New games tab opens up a list of around 50 games which is a good number. We found some very new releases in the mix which shows that Casiplay is keeping up with it’s rivals in publishing the newest content. New slots included Olympus Zeus Megaways by iSoft Bet and Stormforged by Hacksaw Gaming.

Megaways Slots

Despite a relatively small game catalogue, Casiplay does have a good selection of Megaways games. You can find them by typing 'Megaways' into the search bar. This brings up a list of 102 slots including classics like Royal Mint Megaways, Eye of Horus Megaways and Legacy of Ra Megaways.

Slingo Games

Casiplay also offers a selection of 28 Slingo games. This is not the full list - there are quite a few missing. Game Menu and Game Experience

The slots menu and search functions at Casiplay are very basic. There are just three categories of games: slots, featured games and classics with no option to browse by groups like game providers, themes or jackpots. Nor is there a filter to search games by RTP, paylines or maximum win. For the slots connoisseur this is disappointing but it does reflect the limited nature of the game catalogue here.

When you launch a game then it will open up in a simple game window with no option to quick deposit or search for other games. However, you can chat to support without leaving your game which is useful if you want to raise an issue with your account without dropping your game session.

Slots RTP Settings at Casiplay

Some slot providers now offer their games with up to 5 different RTP settings. It is then at the discretion of the casino operator to choose which setting to run the games at. We verified the RTP settings at Casiplay for a selection of games we know to have multiple setting options.

Casiplay does not perform well in this area. In each case, the games are running at mid-to-low settings, sometimes the lowest available. The minimum deposit on all payment services is £10 but remember that you will need to deposit £20 to qualify for the sign-up bonus.

The one big drawback with Casiplay is the deposit fees – 1% fee for Visa and Mastercard and 3.1% for Paypal which is very unusual. So when choosing to sign up here you’ll need to decide whether this is acceptable to you.

Customer Support

You can contact the support team at Casiplay on either email or live chat. There is no phone option. The team is available from 8am to midnight CET 7 days a week.

This is basic level support. The best sites will provide a 24/7 service though few offer phone support these days so it’s not a big issue that Casiplay don’t.

When you enter live chat you will be encourage to find an answer to your questions in a list of pre-defined questions, a bit like FAQs. This is OK, but if the answer isn’t there you’ll need to click on the chat icon to speak to an agent. In our testing the response time was less than 1 minute on 3 occasions. However, the support staff weren’t that knowledgeable – they didn’t know the fees for deposits offhand for example.

Incidentally, we also browsed the FAQs section of the site but couldn’t find any information on fees there either. The FAQs were quite basic, in fact the same you find at all Aspire Global sites.

KYC Process
