The Lottomart website is a little different to your standard casino site. It has a softer, more modern feel than traditional gambling sites. It has been well put together.

You can read about the lottery betting concept by hitting the About Us link in the main menu. A popup appears with simple instructions explaining how it works. This is typical of the style of the site – it’s clear and informative. And finding what you are looking for whether it’s the slots, your chosen lottery, or their bespoke Responsible Gambling section called Play Sense, takes just seconds.

Sign Up and First Deposit

This clear and simple approach is carried through into the sign up. This pops up in front of the site and requires you to enter your details one by one including name, address, email, mobile number and date of birth. The whole process takes less than a minute if you type fast enough!

You’ll then be prompted to make your first deposit. There are pre-filled options from £25 up to £500 but you can use the custom field if you want to deposit less than £25. Remember, the sign up deal starts at £10 so you don’t need to deposit more to receive a bonus.

Deposits, cashouts and navigating your account pages couldn’t be easier. There is a balance display at the top of the page and a little cross that you click to add funds. Whilst Lottomart might sound like a lottery betting site first and foremost, slot games are a core part of the experience and take up a large part of the website. Indeed, you can come to Lottomart and choose to ignore the lotto betting completely and just stick to the slots if you choose.

Catalogue and Game Providers 

Since their launch back in 2017 Lottomart have ramped up their slots listing significantly. According to their games page there are now 1,457 slots to play from 52 different providers. This puts Lottomart on a level pegging with some of the mid-size white label casinos like Temple Nile (White Hat Gaming) and Duelz Casino (SuprPlay). Slots are certainly not an afterthought here with some excellent studios represented from big names like Big Time Gaming, Noimit City and NetEnt to smaller studios with cult appeal like Hacksaw Gaming, Gameburger and Iron Dog.

Jackpot Slots

Progressive Jackpot fans have 151 games to choose from including the Mega Moolah series (Microgaming), Jackpot King series (Blueprint Gaming) and Must Drop Jackpots (Red Tiger). However, there are no Dream Drop Jackpot games (Relax Gaming) and no Mega Fortune (NetEnt). If you want to play either of those then we recommend Casumo or Play OJO where the game catalogues are much larger.

New Slots

Lottomart presents its ‘New’ games selection differently to other slot sites. They group them by month. The very latest releases from the current month can be found at the top of the page. Scroll down and you’ll find releases month by month right back to September 2019. You can see that each month Lottomart add up to 50 new games to their lists.

And new titles are being added on the day of release which is great because it means you get to play the latest slots first.

Game Menu, Search Functions and Game Window

Not only is the game selection here impressive but it’s been nicely laid out too. Click on the slots tab at the top of the page and you’ll find a list with interesting categories to browse like Fishy Slots (!), Megaways, Egyptian, Vegas, Gem, Easy to Play. These are fun categories that make scrolling through the list more engaging and give you a chance to find a game you might not normally play.

For each category there is a button to view more and the total number of games is displayed too. You can also browse by Editor’s Picks or by Studio. Or you can like a game when you scroll over it to add it to your Favourites list, or check a history of games played to find one you want to go back to.

Also, if you want to know more about the game you are about to play, hit the info button in the popup after clicking on the logo. This will tell you which RTP setting you will play at as well as the features the game has like Cascading Wins, Megaways or Wilds.

And of course, there is a search function too though this is limited to searching by game or supplier name. There are no options to filter by paylines, features, theme or volatility, which would be a good addition.

But overall, this is a smart game menu and one with a nice level or personalisation that is fun and easy to use.

Live Dealer 9/10

The Live Dealer experience at Lottomart is provided entirely by Evolution Gaming, there are no other suppliers at present. These tables are not exclusive to Lottomart but shared with 1,000s of other casinos worldwide. This allows Evolution to build a big pool of players on their tables. Enter the lobby and there may be 50,000 or more players online at the same time.

The advantage of this is it allows Evolution to offer a massive range of games, formats and stake levels. There may be 200 or more Blackjack tables open at any time with stakes from 50p up to £5,000. Loyalty Promotions 7/10

Another strength of the Lottomart site is the loyalty program. These are becoming rarer, and its rarer still to find one that offers total transparency in the rate at which you earn rewards.

At Lottomart you earn Diamonds for every £1 wagered on slots, lotto or scratchcards (but not live dealer). The rate at which you earn points is displayed on the game info screen when you click on any game logo. For example, Immortal Romance gets you 300 points for every £1 wagered.

You start at Bronze status and move up through different levels as you collect more Diamonds. At each level the rate at which you earn Diamonds increases.

And, every 1,000,000 diamonds you earn, whatever level you are at, gets you £1 bonus to spend. Effectively, that means you would need to wager £3,333 on Immortal Romance to get £1 bonus funds. That sounds like a lot, but remember this is wagering, not depositing, and for each £1 you wager, you will win back some.

This is a really simple and transparent loyalty program with a progressive element as well. The return on your wagering is perhaps not as high as you might want but it’s easy to understand what to do to progress to the next level. This is better than you find at sites like Casumo or Play OJO where the amount of wagering required to level-up is not clearly defined.

You should also check your in-box regularly for bonus and free spins deals that might be sent your way to entice you back in to start playing again.

Cashier Options 6/10

The cashier was one of the few areas of Lottomart that could be significantly improved. Functionally, it is good, but there are no other payment services available except for debit card or MuchBetter. There are no other eWallets like Paypal or Skrill, no pre-paid cards like Paysafecard, and no mobile payment services like BOKU or Apple Pay.

On a positive note, the minimum deposit threshold is a fair £10 and there are no fees for deposits or withdrawals.

Lottomart advertise their withdrawal processing times as up to 3 days. In reality, they are much quicker, as they should be.

Customer Support 8/10

Once you are logged in you can click the Support link in the main menu and a Help Center opens up in a popup window above the main site. Like everything else with Lottomart, its really nicely designed and easy to use.

It’s basically an FAQs with links to Email and Live Chat if required. The FAQs are comprehensive and listed by topic like Verification, Payments or Games. To give you an idea of the depth of information, the Payment pages even includes an FAQ on tax paid on winnings (which is zero for the UK!).

If you can’t find what you are looking for in the FAQs or through the search function, then you have the option of live chat or email to contact support. There is no phone line but then very few casinos offer that service any more.

Inititally, a Lottobot (Virtual Assistant) answers your live chat query, but they pass it on to a real human as soon as they can. In our experience we were put through to a real person within 2 minutes on 3 separate occasions when testing the live chat. And each of our queries was answered correctly and without delay.

KYC Process 8/10

Account verification at Lottomart is handled by Hooyu, a third party company who specialises in automated Know Your Customer checks. We are seeing this used increasingly by casino operators in the UK.
