• Lots of Payment Options – the cashier provides players with a wider selection of payment services than is typical with Revolut and Neosurf included alongside debit cards and Paypal.
• Reactoonz Free Spins – this is the first casino I’ve found that gives away Reactoonz free spins in the sign-up deal. It’s an exciting slot with plenty of potential for big payouts.

Weaknesses

• Very Few Promotions – the loyalty program has been discontinued here and there are no daily free spins on bonus offers. Instead, any offers are ad-hoc which puts PlayGrand far behind its sister sites on the White Hat label.
• Tight Wagering Terms – 35x the bonus and deposit and 35x free spins winnings make it tough to come away with any winnings.
• Question Marks Over Verification – there are complaints on TrustPilot about slow verification and delays to withdrawals, although these are taken from a very small sample.

Beyond the colors and stylings, PlayGrand is very much a typical white label betting site. It’s simple and neat, but without any of the depth of a big brand like Casumo or PlayOJO. The site is functional and I could register and deposit within a few minutes, then find my way around easily enough. But the game menu could do with some refinement, including more filters, and unlike other White Hat Gaming casinos this one doesn’t have a mobile app. But if you are not bothered about the trappings of a big casino brand then PlayGrand serves its purpose.

Payout Speed

PlayGrand state that withdrawals take a minimum of 24 hours to process on their side. However, they sometimes work quicker than that during office hours and you can see payments come through in just a few hours. The important point to remember is that they do not process withdrawals outside of office hours so weekend withdrawals can take longer, sometimes up to 72 hours.  

After that, your payment provider must accept and process the funds to your balance. This is instant for eWallets like Paypal and Neteller but can take anywhere between 1 and 5 days for a bank.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks
