Aspire Global sites are pretty much all the same. Spinshake doesn’t really have a theme as such, it’s just another simple name for a slots-focused online casino.  The website is nicely built, following the standard Aspire template. There is less finesse than you find at a top tier independent site like Casumo or a Skill on Net site like Play OJO, but nonetheless, it does the job.

Finding Important Information

There is a useful set of pages for new players to browse at Spinshake. They are available through the footer menu and tell you how the bonus policy works, the available banking options, terms and conditions and responsible gambling.

Registration and First Deposit

Those who have used other Aspire Global sites will be familiar with the registration and account pages here. Sign up is done through at simple 2-stage form. You will be required to enter you email, chosen username and password, then full address, full name, mobile number and date of birth.

It all takes less than 90 seconds and providing the information is correct, you’ll be registered and ready to deposit. Keep in mind that you need to opt-in to receive the bonus and you should do that on the deposit page or you will miss out.

You also need to verify your account by hitting a link in the welcome email. You don’t see this at all online casinos but its quick and easy to do.

Online Slots 7/10

There are 51 game providers partnered with Spinshake via the Aspire Global platform giving you between 700 and 1000 games. The providers include NetEnt, Play n Go, Blueprint Gaming and Pragmatic Play. There are also notable exceptions including Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Thunderkick, and Quickspin. If you are looking for a greater variety of games then we recommend that you try Play OJO or Casumo.

Jackpot Slots

There are only 30 slots listed under the Jackpots tab. These are the Jackpot King series from Blueprint Gaming as well as a few other slots with their own progressive jackpots like NetEnt’s Vegas Night Life. There are no Dream Drop Jackpots from Relax Gaming or Mega Moolah games from Microgaming.

New Slots

Under the New header in the games menu there are around 70 games. A quick browse tells us that the list is being kept very up to date. This is usual for an Aspire Global site and whilst they may have fewer providers they do at regularly increase the choice by adding the latest releases. At time of writing games like Diamonds of Egypt (Pragmatic Play) and Knights of Avalon by Red Tiger Gaming, both of which had been released in the last 7 days.

Megaways Slots

Spinshake has a catalogue of 70 Megaways games to try. These include Big Time Gaming’s own Royal Mint Megaways as well as classics from other providers like Gonzo’s Quest Megaways, Pirates Plenty Megaways and Invaders Megaways.

Game Menu, Search Functions and Game Window

The game menu system at Spinshake doesn’t have a particularly sophisticated search function. You can search either by game name or supplier, but not by RTP, variance, paylines or jackpot value.  That makes it easy enough if you know what you are looking for, but less so if you want to search out new games that are like ones you know.

The game window itself is quite neat though. As well as spinning the reels it also allows you to make a quick deposit, search out an alternative game, and browse recommended games that Spinshake has found for you. However, there is no option to speak on live chat with an agent without exiting the game first.

Slots RTP at Spinshake

As part of our review process we verified the RTP levels of slots at Spinshake. We checked 10 slots that have more than one RTP option to see what level Spinshake were running the games at. This is what we found:

Like other Aspire Global sites we have looked at, Spinshake chooses mid to low RTP settings for games with multiple options. This may affect your decision on whether to play here. If you want to play Book of Dead for example, you will get a better RTP at White Hat Gaming sites like Skol Casino where it is on at 96.21%.

Live Dealer 8/10

The live dealer tables at Spinshake are provided by Evolution Gaming and Authentic Gaming. There are no exclusive tables as Spinshake is not big enough to support that. However, both these providers have lobbies with tables open to players from 1,000s of online casinos globally.

Of the two, Evolution is by far the bigger. It offers over 150 Blackjacks, around 20 Roulettes, over 50 Baccarats, 8 Pokers and an unrivalled selection of Gameshow formats like Crazy Time and Dream Catcher. The stake range is from 50p right up to £5,000 per hand on Blackjack. And there are even Salon Prive tables for one on one players vs dealer action in the Baccarat area.

For those who want to visit the Authentic Gaming lobby there are fewer tables to choose from, but the choice of live tables from real casinos in the UK, Germany and Denmark. These have limited opening hours but offer a different kind of experience to that found at the live studio tables from Evolution.

Loyalty Promotions 7/10

Aspire Global network their promotions across all sites. In some ways this is good because it pools the prize money. For example, in January 2023 they are offering a huge Pragmatic Play slots draw with £750,00 in prizes available. However, individual sites do not offer any bespoke deals which makes the promotions pages feel a bit lean. If you are looking for a more active promotions calendar then independent sites like Casumo are a good bet, or bigger white labels like White Hat Gaming’s Temple Nile.

Cashier Options 7/10

Spinshake takes deposits and withdrawals from each of the major payment services. The minimum deposit and withdrawal is £10 which is good. However, there are charges of 2.5% for debit cards and 3.5% for Paypal. This is standard for Aspire Global sites but its unusual for the UK as a whole.

Payout Speed 6/10

Aspire Global sites like this one have an advertsied withdrawal time of up to 72 hours. In reality, it is normally much quicker. However, there are no weekend withdrawals so if you choose to withdraw on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you could be waiting until Monday for your payment to be processed.

Here are the results of withdrawal testing at Spinshake.

You can also visit the FAQ page at Spinshake which is reasonably comprehensive. It includes information on Bonusing, Depositing, Cashout, Technical and Privacy.  Whilst this was useful, it does NOT make mention of the fees imposed for cashouts and deposits which is poor because this is important for customers to know.

I did speak to the support team on several occasions when accessing and playing at Spinshake. The response time was under two minutes and I was chatting to a real person rather than an AI bot which gave the conversation a more personal feel.

KYC Process 8/10

First-step verification checks are always carried out behind the scenes at UK slot sites. The details you provide on registration will be checked against 3^rd party databases and provided they match and show you are over 18 you are good to deposit and play.

Further checks MAY be carried out if you go on to deposit more than £100 or make a significant withdrawal. Aspire sites have a useful Document Upload feature – shown below – which allow you to verify your ID, age and payment methods without sending them on email to support. I verified my ID with driver license in under a minute. Uploading a bank statement to verify my address took longer, but the method was still more efficient than other sites.
