Aspire Global sites are all very similar. Cheap and cheerful might be a good description. On Playluck there is video content on the home page from famous slots like Gonzo’s Quest and Starburst. The game menu sits beneath tempting you with plenty of exciting slots and altogether it looks like a quite compelling prospect.

If you’ve played at other Aspire sites then you will know the format here. Important information can be accessed from the footer menu. Jackpot Slots

There is no Jackpot link in the game menu at Playluck so it is tricky to judge quite how many progressive jackpot slots are available at this casino. Browsing the menu there were some Jackpot King progressives from Blueprint Gaming available, but no Mega Moolah games from Microgaming or Dream Drop jackpots from Relax Gaming.

In total there were around 10 or 15 jackpot slots to play here. This is a very low number. If you are looking for more progressives we recommend a site like Play OJO which has 367 jackpots, or Casumo with upwards of 250 jackpots.

The new games selection at Playluck features more than 80 games. A quick browse showed very recent releases added to the list which is a good sign. Game Menu, Search Functions and Game Window

Whilst the game selection at Playluck is reasonable, the search functions and menu layout falls short of what we expect from a modern online casino. The categories of games are overly simple and the search box only allows you to search by game name, not supplier. This makes it very hard to explore intelligently beyond what your favourite games are.

The main categories of game are simple Featured, New and Slots. Games are not grouped by theme, feature, variance level or supplier, all of which are commonplace at rival slot sites.

The game window itself is simple too. There is no Playluck branding at all which feels a bit odd. You can contact the support team on live chat without leaving the game area but there is no quick deposit option here, and no option to search for other games without heading back to the main site.

In live chat I was put through to a real support agent, not an AI bot, and the response time in 3 tests at different times of day was always no longer than 2 minutes.

There is also an FAQs section on the website. It’s the same FAQS as you find at all other Asprie Global sites and whilst it is not presented particularly well, it can provide some helpful information before you turn to the support team.

KYC Process 8/10

Account verification at Playluck is done via your account pages. In some cases you will be able to register and deposit without further checks on your ID. In my case I was asked to verify my account before I could deposit by providing a scan of my driver license and a utility bill.

I used the Upload Documents link in the account pop up and my documents were verified in under 1 minute which is very efficient and much quicker than manual checks carried out over email, something that is done at other casinos.
